Pros: Simplicity and ease of installation and configuration. Intuitive menus even for those who have never set up a virtual central. Very good support of easy search for the doubts found. Most of all it's free.
Works with all phones within my organization Yealink phones

Cons: Is not easy to find issues in 3cx, however there is a suggestion, the reporting could be better. And less weekly upgrades

Comments: Perfect for offices where people are spread out.

Pros: Clear and concise user menu, with the ability to forward/hold/transfer calls quickly. The desktop interface is useful for screening and reviewing calls, as well as tracking team members.

Cons: Somewhat complicated to get going. We had to utilize a third party to set it up for our company, and several follow up sessions were needed to dial in the functions/features we needed

Comments: We are now implementing another IP phone solution.

Pros: Low cost IP phones and service. Originally had web based software solution for maintaining settings.

Cons: No support Software stopped working with some Windows updates and the only workaround removed features.

Pros: Most of the user customization is easy to do and really useful. Easy to operate on the front end. Colors options (light vs dark) appreciated.

Cons: Phone updates are a pain. Frequently breaks connection with IP, or changes all extensions' PIN and passwords. Have to do a lot of back-end clean-up work just to make minor updates (e.g. forced to change all existing passwords to six digits, which then resulted in banned IP addresses to all phones and required whitelisting each individually) Cell phone integration weak and limited.

2. Perfect for telesales
3. Perfect solution for in-house exchange
4. Easy conference call management
5. perfect recording
6. detailed reporting
7. Minute level information
8. Simply the best soft phone i ever used

Cons: In latest version there is one manual feature allowed user to switch on or off the call recording. This is creating problem for call monitoring sections. As most of the users use this feature to avoid Quality assurance department

A lot of bang for the buck, easy to setup, easy to admin.

Pros: I'm new to the world of telecommunication, UM, PBX's, networking, etc., yet with this product I have been able to figure out how to setup/configure the 3CX PBX. They have put a lot of thought into the functionality and features which means we can now manage the PBX and any changes needed as to having to call the support vendor so they can remote in and do the changes. I also like how they have a lot of online training videos and documentation to help lay the foundation regarding what it will take to setup and install a 3CX PBX. 3CX also includes a lot "stuff" for free that many other vendors charge for, for example our past vendor changed for IP licenses, and softphone licenses, and port licenses... nickel and dimed until broke. Yet 3CX doesn't do this, product includes web phone manager interface if you wish to use it, includes a softphone, includes faxing, includes webconferencing, includes voicemail which used to require a totally separate server from your PBX because the big name vendors want you to spend more.

Cons: So far not too many cons, still new to it and doing testing so there could be some limitations that are discovered later on. I'm guessing one limitation might be interfacing w/an existing call-routing tool we have at one of our building locations. A really small con, some of the free training videos could be improved, audio quality, but otherwise nothing currently stands out.

Overall: The ability to easily setup phones and manage the PBX, things like doing a scheduled backups, can easily restore a backup if needed, ability to manage calls, extensions, users, etc. Setting up routing, hunt groups, setting up extension groups, setting up open/closed schedules, voicemail, conferencing, web conferencing, and the list goes on. The product is quite intuitive as well.

Comments: Even though the interface of the 3CX app for mobile device isn't as sleek as I thought it would be its still a very powerful tool.

Pros: I like how I can forward my calls to my VOIP phone, my desktop and my mobile device. It's even like having 2 or more separate lines on my mobile!!

Cons: The 3CX app for my mobile device is lacking a bit in overall design and layout. Alot of the tabs seem squeezed together and rushed to finish.

Pros: -- Ease of Access for end users -- Minimal administrative burden -- Scripting option with 3CX Call Flow Designer -- Custom CRM support / Office365 -- Third party business intelligence integration -- Unlimited user and extension support -- Web phone client support with full features -- Inbuilt web conferencing -- Simultaneous call channel license scheme worked well for our organization

Cons: It was a breeze to implement 3CX solution. The 3CX partner supported us all the way through. Active directory user synchronization can improve a bit. Reporting can be made more comprehensive, but otherwise solves 99% of our requirement. Overall very satisfied using 3CX

Comments: Having implemented 3CX some 6 years ago we have been able to completely rethink our telephone strategy. Operating a Call Center help desk where agents are constantly dealing with inbound and outbound calls we have been able to manage call allocation and eradicate variable call charges. The implantation of fixed bundle SIP channels enables us to price fix 99% of our calls.

Pros: We love the "No vendor" lock-in. We can pick and choose from the Windows client right through to top end executive phones.

Cons: If there is one point the upgrades are costly. Buy more than you require today.

Recommendations to other buyers: 3CX is virtually a single box purchase. Always buy more simultaneous calls than you need as upgrades are costly. Choose the Pro license for additional features.

Pros: It is smiple to install, and if phones are on the supported list it is trivial to deploy.

Cons: User interface and features change from version to servsion. Also suported phones: yesteday's best phone is unsuported today. It is also expensive as for the price of 16 calls system you can buy 1000 calls system with hardware.

Recommendations to other buyers: It doesn't work well in virtual machines: call quality with 3cx transcoding is bad.

Pros: Feature/Functionality matches up to any competitive solution. The fact that you have "Standard" or "Professional" as your purchasing options makes the decision simple. And, when you choose one or the other, there are no other "Ala Carte" options. You get what you get. No "extras" that end up being tacked on at the end of the sales cycle. The 3CX Phone System system simply works. The "hybrid" capabilities between Analog, SIP and PRI/MPLS are a great way to introduce either redundancy, least cost call routing and to provide for future changes/expansion/growth. Buy what you need for the next few years. You do not want to limit yourself to what you need today, then need to upgrade the license count within a year or two. The upgrade path would suggest purchasing the upgrade up front will cost much less. For example, a 16SC License can be purchased today, and to upgrade later to a 32SC License will cost the initial purchase of the 16SC License, AND 80% of the 32SC License.

Cons: Would be great to see the ability to break office hours down beyond single days. For example, we have clients that have standing meetings on Monday from 11:00a to 12:00p.

Recommendations to other buyers: Consider all dial tone options and make certain you understand any potential impacts of the LAN. If this is properly done, you will not be disappointed in the implemented solution.

Pros: Loads of functionality, easy to deploy and configure. After switching to 3CX our VoIP our phone bills were cut at least in half (including lower hardware costs as there is no vendor lock-in). One of the great features is that 3CX softphone is available on all major platforms, including mobile. We are using 3CX ourselves and are confident to recommend it to everyone. Feature rich IPPBX which will meet everyones needs and being software based will allow great flexibility. Moving away from old analogue systems will not only improve resilience, but also reduce maintenance and call costs if migrating onto SIP.

Cons: Web reporting needs improving since latest v14 release, but v12.5 was great.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just give 3CX a shot and you should be convinced. I hope you¿ll be pleased as we are.

We love how flexible, the feature sets, and they add more all of the time! Best bang for anyone's buck! Extremely scale-able, reliable, and efficient.

Cons: lake of recent functionality with Grandstream. Works well with it but company has shunned the manufacture not sure why.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take 3CX for a test. We have put this in businesses small and large and even running city/municipalities with it!

Pros: 3CX ties in with all of the requirements our clients demand. Customer service is really good and the product is easy for our clients to use.

Cons: Sometimes traffic shaping is required, including infrastructure upgrades, but that is not the fault of 3CX, the client would have to upgrade hardware if they were using any new system regardless.

Recommendations to other buyers: Check out other product offerings and you'll see that nothing comes close to the flexibility and affordability of 3CX.

Pros: I have been using 3CX Phone system for may years and gave found it to be a versatile, robust computer based PBX Phone system. I have used it on the following versions of Microsoft Windows, Windows 7 professional, Windows 10 Professional, Windows Server 2003 Standard, Professional Windows Server 2008 Enterprise. My latest installation is 3CX Version 12.5 64bit installed on a QNAP TS-453 Pro running Windows 2008 Enterprise R2 in Virtual Machine Mode. The installation was simple and smooth, activation and provisioning was straightforward, no hitches. The whole system is running and performing as you would expect stable and reliable

Cons: Its very hard to find any dislikes about the 3CX Phone system, if anything I would say lack of information on how to set-up configure VOIP gateways. I have had to search the internet to find the information I required and this was from fellow users who been kind enough to share their knowledge and expertise

Recommendations to other buyers: I have looked at numerous PC based PBX Phone systems, both Windows and Linux based but none match the sophistication and range of features of 3CX. The Dashboard and interfaces of 3CX are so clear, making installation, set-up and activation fairly simple and straight forward, for any computer literate person.

Pros: As an IT service provider we trialed a number of systems to see how fit they were for our customer base, 3CX came out on top with having the most features, being the most reliable and the easiest to use for both us as admins and the end customer. This system saves our customers thousands of pounds a year in landline charges and helps their staff be more productive.

Cons: To be honest there is nothing that we have a problem with.

Recommendations to other buyers: Trial the 2 simultaneous call system (it is free) or use the demo version for a while and I am sure you will not need to look anywhere else for a new PBX.

Pros: 3CX is one of the easiest phone systems I have ever worked with. It uses VoIP and you don't need any special hardware or network gear, and you can run it on a server. It has everything a big company needs, but it is easy enough for a company of 2 to use. I LOVE the fact that the Windows/MAC/iPhone/Android clients to use 3CX are FREE. I had to move it to a new server during a hardware upgrade an it was so easy I was amazed.

Cons: Yo need to find a good partner to help on initial setup, esp with the router port settings. Their website has lists though and after the initial setup it can be maintained with just a little training.

Recommendations to other buyers: There is a free version for 2 call paths, It has limited functionality but is a good way to start.

Pros: Flexibility, reliability and the fact that its a Windows based PBX so no technical Linux background information is needed to get this product up and running.

Cons: Not a lot to be honest, it supports a wide range of products and services and is very flexible.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look for a product that is easy to understand, reliable and requires little work to get up and running. A lot of the Linux alternatives require a lot of technical Linux experience which can make it very difficult to get up and running. The user interface for this product is easy to understand and the product just works so is really worth at the very least giving it a try.

Pros: For many years we've neglected the VOIP sector due to Asterisk requiring on it's own a specialist. As a MSP and It Consulting Firm we rely on our staff to pick up our new offerings quickly. With 3CX unlike asterisk, it's quick simple to pick up, learn and support. Additionally I have to say I absolutely LOVE their SmartPhone App. It works very well even via 3G and LTE and did I mention it's FREE!

Cons: It some special instances it can be difficult to create some more advanced rules. For example, when forwarding a call to an external number making the Caller ID and number show a set name and number depending on which queue they are coming from. 3CX does have a way around this but it requires purchasing the 3CX Voice Application Designer module.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try their free 2SC version. It installs quickly on any Windows 7, 8 & 10 Pro machine. You'll quickly fall in love.

Pros: As an IT industry professional and 3CX Partner, I have implemented numerous 3CX systems including offering it as a hosted solution to my clients. 3CX has been a great vendor to work with and their software is standards-based. The team has done a fantastic job at building a PBX that is easy to use, very well featured and fairly bulletproof. Even being Windows-based, all of my installs are rock solid. But what really sets 3CX apart from the rest of the pack are the mobile tools. Included in the system is a provisionable mobile application for Android and iPhone which extend the range of the traditional PBX outside the traditional physical boundaries of the office.

Cons: Major software updates have a habit of reorganizing the control panel.

Recommendations to other buyers: There is a free trial available that is fully featured. Download, install and play. 3CX has also done a fantastic job of explaining their implementation of VOIP and the configuration of their system with a series of videos easily found on their website. I'd advise everyone interested in selling and/or replacing their existing PBX to give 3CX a try.

Pros: We have used a lot of different PBX's over the years, and switched to 3CX due to it's versatility. There is no need for proprietary appliances or phones, and the list of devices they do support is large. The support is outstanding, fast, and easy to work with. Lots of great features that definitely stand up to or exceed many competing phone systems.

Cons: The documentation on the website could be more thorough or up to date with new version releases.

Recommendations to other buyers: Requires a fair amount of network infrastructure knowledge to implement effectively.

The collaboration features are amazing. 3CX allows you to use SIP trunks, which can save a company large amounts on phone service spending per year, but if you are still unsure of going with VoIP, then 3CX will work with many name brand gateways to allow you to use analog phone lines. 3CX licensing cost is very simple to understand and you can upgrade your system at any time, with easy. 3CX cost of ownership is very low compared to other phone systems on the market, but they provide so much more.

Cons: 3CX is very simple to maintain after install, but if you have problems or want to setup remote extensions, you will most likely need some network, VoIP and previous phone system experience. Overall, there really aren¿t any downsides to 3CX. It¿s very dependable and feature rich.

Recommendations to other buyers: When you evaluate phone systems, features are important, but make sure to look at what your licensing cost will be if you need to upgrade. That is where most phone system companies get you. They will get you into the phone system at a reasonable price, but as soon as you need to add more extensions or phone lines, the cost is unreal. 3CX does NOT use this tactic. They are very straight forward on their pricing. I would also recommend getting a hold of an authorized and trained rep and discuss your needs and see if that system will fit your needs.

Pros: Mark my words. In 1 year, most of your friends will carry their business phone in their pocket. Think about how texting has replaced the phone call for most people and it happened almost over night. I now use the 3CX on my iPhone and never give out my cell number. I answer all business calls on my cell phone and no longer forward calls to my cell phone. This is a huge advantage and makes it easier to transfer calls to customer support or colleagues in my office.

Cons: I thought I would have issues with the platform riding on Windows, but this has actually been a huge advantage and extremely stable.

Recommendations to other buyers: We suggest using VMWare for easy installation and testing.

Pros: 3CX is a solid VoIP system. There is a minimal learning curve to get the system setup. It is feature-rich and the fact that it can be fully hosted is what built the value for our managed services practice. We had tried other hosted PBX providers in the past but after finding 3CX, we won't be looking for another any time soon.

Cons: There's not really anything to dislike. It does what it says it's going to do.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get a demo of the system. Have a technician walk you through a demo setup. Ask questions and then demo it yourself for a couple of days. You'll see the value very soon.

Pros: We have been using 3CX Phone System Professional Edition for almost 3 years now. After a series of non-starter with other brand name phone systems we stumbled across 3CX. We were initially turned off that it was Windows based however this has turned out to be a HUGE benefit. Not only can we use are existing utilities and subscriptions to do backups, screen sharing, maintenance, etc, but our employees were immediately comfortable making changes and other maintenance. 3CX Phone System has features like Web Conferencing, built in screen sharing, free smart phone applications that were not initially a buying consideration for us but have become some of the most valuable and powerful parts of 3CX - and they continue to improve and release more of these valuable feature rich tools - at no additional cost. The licensing model is unique from any other phone system we've used. 3CX is licensed based on Simultaneous calls rather than total extension or lines. While the pricing is very good, its particularly good for larger offices or public spaces where extra phones are required in places they will receive little use. Other systems require you to pay full license cost for these low use phones but with 3CX, there is no extra cost.

Cons: I've noticed they are too innovative. Where most other phone system are quite stagnate and only release bug fixes, 3CX regularily release new features and is constantly improving capabilities. We have been seeing at least 2 service packs a year, each which represents leaps forward in features and capabilities. They can be ignored, though we've invested into learning and building on them

Recommendations to other buyers: The built in Web conferencing is a game changer with 3CX. Though its not yet culturally comfortable in Canada especially in the SMB, once you start using it, its hard to consider being without it. The smart phone apps are good but unreliable if your smart phone cell company has a weak network. We've seen the continued investment in this area by 3CX and an improving cell network so consider it just a mater of time before it becomes a cell phone replacement.

What you can do with the software on desktop handsets it is great, but when it comes the mobile app and saving time and money, hands down the best!

Cons: Nothing that we had any issues with. Like any software you have to invest time in learning it.

Pros: The software can be setup and ran from the Cloud using a Hosted solution or you can install to a Windows Server, on premise. There are apps available for both Android and Apple IOS which extends your office extension. Conduct a Web meeting direct from your desk or from your mobile, this is an excellent option with no need to login to a different Server. It could help you save up to 80% on PBX costs and increase productivity at the same time. Other options available, CRM integration and there's even a call center module for the larger companies.

Cons: Configuration options choice could get complicated if you are not too technical, however there are many competent re-sellers of 3CX equipment who will be more than willing to help you get up and running.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try the Cloud Hosted solution in parallel with in house PBX and add one Department maybe 3 or 4 people to really test the system, iron out the issues and the roll-out should become much simpler.

Pros: We are a heavy Windows shop but were using asterisks/linux as our phone system. We liked the ease of management and the fact our windows admins could handle troubleshooting if needed. Updates are regular and we have no issues. We also resell the services and the multi-tenancy is great for larger organizations or inside our own cloud. I also like the Free version. Some of our 1 person shops use this as they really only need a basic PBX nothing special. The integration's to other software are nice for our clients also. Helps sell the product. Built in conferencing and web conferencing items are great for productivity.

Cons: The call channel restriction is a pain. Say I have 9 users and they all are on the phone but some are calling each other. You have to purchase the 16 license. They calculate every call no matter if it is internal. I would be happier if they either discounted internal calls maybe 1/2 a call or something or had a license agreement where its . XX external, XX internal. I wish we had a little more control over web conferencing, maybe shared logos. Also you can only use web conferencing in Chrome. Would like to see this expanded on.

Recommendations to other buyers: They have a full features demo so you can get your hands dirty. Try some others also. Test the support of either the partner or 3cx direct. A good partner can make or break a deployment.

Cons: I'd like a gui for programming the graphics on the phones.

Recommendations to other buyers: I have tried using different versions of asterisk through the years, but I keep coming back to 3cx as I almost never have downtime and the time it takes to setup is fast compared to asterisk.

Cons: About the only thing I could possibly complain about is that there's a branding at the bottom of e-mailed voicemail messages that I could do without. Beyond that, nothing comes to mind

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend giving 3CX a chance. If you can host your own phone system, rather than paying for a service, it's a no-brainer! Pros: After researching many different VoiP Solutions, 3CX was the clear choice! Being Windows based, the Multitenant offering along with the Single instance offering gives Data Tech the flexibility to tailor fit our client VoiP needs! 3CX has, by far, the most online documentation, video resources and product information available in the industry. 3CX Technical support is quick to respond to Support requests and are always eager to help using Team Viewer access.

Cons: I can't think of anything in the software itself that Data Tech does not like. If we see a need for something that is not currently offered, we are encouraged to put in a request to have it added to the next update or release when feasible. If there was any knock on the Vendor at all, it would be that communication with support via phone is essentially non existent. All Support that requires interaction is done via Team Viewer and chat.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do your due diligence and be sure that the software you choose fits your needs the best. I think once you have done the research you will find, as Data Tech has, that 3CX is the clear choice. Things such as Video Meetings, Screen sharing, on the fly Conference calls along with mobile device apps right out of the box with no additional costs make this product far and away the best the market has to offer today as far as Data Tech is concerned!

Pros: I work for a certified 3CX installer and maintain 3CX servers in many New Jersey small businesses. Very often we install it on existing Windows based hardware that is used for other purposes as well without any issue. VERY solid system and it is LOADED with features. There are plenty of good plugins and it has been able to handle everything we've thrown at it.

Cons: Not too much to say here as I am a big fan, but I think if anything it would be nice if it was truly multi-tenant. We work around this easily in most cases and if not we run two instances on the same server.

Recommendations to other buyers: Work with an experienced certified installer from their web site, even if you have done some voip. Try to stick with devices on their supported devices where you can (unless you have existing hardware). A lot of devices are supported but some phones are way more feature rich for the same price, another reason to talk to a pro.... It's definitely easier to manage than a freepbx / elastix asterisk based boxes. But there are some gotchas to make EVERY feature work smoothly. You want someone who knows every feature so they can help you take best advantage of all the bells and whistles.

Pros: Having primarily dealt with FreePBX before, involving lots of deep command-line code and tinkering with various config files manually - 3CX was initially brought on as a trial in-house. We took to it like a duck to water and have began selling it as a partner now.

Cons: As other reviews have noted, 3CX is best utilized through channel partners however this isn't really a problem as they have partners all over the place.

Recommendations to other buyers: You can download a fully functional free version of the software from the 3CX website to evaluate it properly. For us, the 'plug and play' provisioning of the big brands (Snom, Yealink, etc) coupled with the software running atop Windows with the beautiful UI was a no-brainer for us. Give it a try, especially if you're currently using an asterisk fork as it's a big slap round the face and will almost certainly make your life 100x easier!

Pros: Its a windows based VOIP PBX and its simplicity in use coupled with the wizard based setup make it a wonderful product. Unlike other Linux based products the familiarity of Windows and administration via your web browser means you can get to grip with it straight away. The latest service pack allows for failover (although yet to be tested fully). Customer support are always at hand if you have any difficulties.

Cons: v14 was a major change from previous versions in terms of DNS etc so it will involve the IT team for that part. You may need to amend/upgrade phone provisioning templates aswell.

Recommendations to other buyers: Install the free version and familiarise yourself with the interface. Once your familiar with the setup and admin you can scale up to a different version. Pros: 3CX is a forward thinking company offering a flexible business class PBX that is second to none. Deployment options allow businesses to choose from a turn-key, hosted solution through providers such as www.techsitters.com or deploy the system in-house on existing infrastructure. The unique software approach taken by 3CX eliminates the inferior hardware fluff that is typically bundled with phone systems sold by other manufacturers. Now, companies have the flexibility to deploy a more redundant solution as well as the flexibility to chose the deployment method. 3CX eliminates the proprietary hardware component of the PBX as well as the telephone handsets allowing businesses to maximize their investment.

Cons: After working with numerous PBX manufacturers over the past 12 years, 3CX is a breath of fresh air. The solution is solid and simply works.

Recommendations to other buyers: Discuss the pros and cons of hosted vs. installed deployment with your trusted advisor to better understand which solution will best complement your business

A software PBX that really does stand above the other PBX options.

Pros: The software is quick and easy to install and configure. The interface is simple, yet feature rich and can be quickly navigated by all IT professionals and most system admin's as well. The pricing is fair and easy to understand, with all features included in the license fee as standard.

Cons: We wish the OS X app was as good as the Windows and Mobile apps, but being a windows based product we are happy that at least an OS X option is offered.

Recommendations to other buyers: Like all software, make sure you choose the correct environment and connectivity options for deployment. Depending on the number of users and sites, you might be better with a hosted, on-premise or bridged solution. Your chosen solution provider will be able to help you with this.

Pros: We have 3CX phone system in use for SmallYachts manufacturing and repair facilities located in Tampa Bay. The Android apps work great for our mobile crews as well as easily letting us set up a project office on board any of our clients yachts. With the inbuilt webmeeting we can face-to-face with our workers and vessel owners any time. One PBX ties our main facilities in with multiple repair crews and project offices.

Cons: You must have a savvy partner, while just about anyone can sell you this system, you must have a solid knowledgeable partner to really get the most out of it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Research the partner you are buying the system from. Make sure they have plenty of hands on experience with both the 3CX platform as well as SIP/VoIP services. In the Tampa Bay area we recommend BizPhones4u as the 3CX partner of choice, they have over a decade of delivering SIP and VoIP services and are a 3CX Platinum partner.

In our opinion, the best IP phone solution on the market

Pros: The software is Windows based which allows a familiar structure for most users unfamiliar with Linux. Wizard guide through the initial setup and unlike many other systems is not extension based but rather is based on simultaneous calls. Voicemail is free from Standard to Pro. Can run on a server or spare desktop with minimal hardware.

Cons: Changes suggested such as customised logo are flatly rejected by the CEO however should not put you off the functions of the system itself.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try using the CTI mode and also the Softphone on its own (my preference) in order to get full view of the capabilities of the system.

Pros: The product is rock solid and the features rival or surpass any Cisco or other Excessively expensive solution.

Cons: Nothing. Its runs on a Windows box and is easy to manage whether you're an IT pro or just a competent user.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be sure you have a decent Internet connection if you plan to use SIP service providers. Go for a dedicated Data circuit for just voice or get a VoIP Gateway/s and connect to the PSTN/Mobile networks.

Cons: it takes a bit of getting used to, some of the menus are not always where you would expect them so sometimes troubleshooting can be a little difficult but not impossible

Recommendations to other buyers: give it a go. they offer a free trial, get it setup on a server and follow the user guides they really do explain what is needed to get it working. some phones are more difficult than others, we use Snom and they are so easy to setup.

Pros: 3CX offers a business phone systems without all the 'smoke and mirrors' of traditional systems. We have tried competing systems from major phone system vendors and they all require a great deal of training in complex and outdated administrative systems and are extremely complex both to order and to set up. 3CX offers a simple and modern interface and familiar PC operating system for your PABX. there are no hidden extras and additional costs for adding features as they are included in the system. We have installed 3CX systems for a number of our customers and they are all happy.

Cons: Nothing. They are extremely easy to deal with. Most issues can be sorted by looking at the support portal.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try a demonstration system. You will never go back.

Pros: It's a VOIP PBX based on Windows. It runs rock solid, and is easy to setup and manage. Helpful user forums and community of enthusiasts.

Cons: It works through channel partners. You need a good partner to have a good experience, if you're not capable with VOIP, SIP, or Windows.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it, you'll like it! Start with a small pilot and get used to how the product works. If you are not going all SIP trunks, (e.g. connecting POTs line), then you need to pick a good interface box. We use the Patton devices and have found them to be reliable.
