Pros: We use this software on our company to manage our leads. Comes great when
organizing contacts, reminders, and schedules.

Cons: I a bit confusing and takes a little bit of time to get used to it, but once you do, yu will not change it.

Pros: 1. User Friendly for non IT peronsal 2. Low price compared to Salesforce and Microsoft 3. No Contracts 4. Mobile app works offline 5. Zoho Suite of Products gives a 360 view of each client

Cons: 1. The team implements changes rapidly and sometimes it almost becomes impossible to keep up with them 2. Support team might not understand your business model.

Not as featured as other products but get's the job done at a great price point.

Pros: Great price point. I used zoho mail to host my mail service for free and the CRM came along with the software for free. I used it for about a month and then purchased the full product. I've used Netsuite and SalesForce before so I'm accustomed to large and fully integrated CRM systems. This isn't as feature rich, but for small business tasks and keeping track of clients it does a great job.

Cons: I find it doesn't have the features of a Salesforce or Netsuite that I was accustomed to. It seems they add features as they go so some of those features actually were introduced while I was using the program. I didn't have to do any huge configuration or installation it was just pushed manually to me. Some of the google integration with GSuite doesn't work as seamlessly as I would like.

Overall: Low cost, Easy to Use, Integrated CRM tool. I feel like the value far outweighs the cost of the software in this instance. You get way more than you pay for. If you are looking for something like SalesForce or Netsuite then keep looking, but if you want a great integrated CRM for your small sales organization you can't go wrong.

Pros: Lots of features and plug ins. Can create your own categories and tracking info.Setup and Maintenance are very easy. Clean simple interface that is easy to customize.

Cons: Support can be tricky and limited. The language barrier can be somewhat challenging at times.It is sourced through India and not easy to understand and follow along in English.

Pros: It is a feature rich package for a very competitive price and easy to scale up or down as needed with growth

Cons: There is so much going on that it can be hard to see at a glance if this software solution is going to deliver on something that's required.

Comments: I used to work as a contractor for a very well established CRM company that is now publicly traded and I Zoho is much easier to use.

Pros: Zoho CRM is user friendly! I am just launching a new business and needed an affordable tool to help me stay organized. I did not want to spend upwards on an online CRM. Zoho offers a free CRM and you can always upgrade. The free CRM got my business started but now I am ready for the upgrade. Their dashboard is simple, task and event lists are useful. Running campaigns are awesome!

Pros: Zoho CRM is very professional and allows you to control appropiately your customers, add their contact names, phones, emails, etc. as well as solve incidents, make reports, plan activities, etc. It has so many functions that is impossible to mention them all, and all of them work very well.

Cons: In my case it was a little bit difficult to fully understand its way of work and start making profit of its full potential. So that would be in my opinion its main disadvantge. But with time everybody should be able to use it properly.

Overall: It helps me having my costumers issues controlled and some other minor aspects. The best thing is that anything related with costumers is noted there and linked with the corresponding costumer, making easier to remember things.

Zoho CRM is quick and easy to learn. It's great for note-keeping.

Pros: As we have been persistently looking for an optimum system solution to manage and monitor the Bank¿s lending activities, Zoho CRM fully addressed all our needs from prospecting up to when the leads are being converted to opportunities. Their functional modules are very integrated such that there is no longer need for a separate Management Information System to prepare reports and status updates of all accounts/clients and employees. Zoho also offers an orderly set of interface making the whole software a very convenient and adoptable tool to efficiently monitor marketing and sales activities both internal and external. Plus, it is very very helpful to conduct an actual demo with Zoho Sales Administrators/Team. That is how we were able to look on the best of the system's functionality.

Cons: It doesn¿t offer yet an on-premise type of software architecture. Its cloud-based platform may be risky most especially if sets of information being plugged into the system are highly confidential.

Pros: It's a fully functional CRM package for a small enterprise. It is relatively intuitive to use and I like that automatically picks up the emails you send and appends them to the client record, provided you've entered the clients email details.

Cons: The Indian call centre is a disgrace. Worst I've come across and that's saying something. I don't think that the CRM calendar sync's with the email calendar.

Easy-to-use CRM for small sales team with most of the functionality one would want.

Pros: Can create custom views of leads or accounts, by rep, employee headcount, softwares used etc. I have multiple lead lists depending on the vertical I am targeting and that makes it easy to manage.

Cons: The new layout is confusing. However, I can still revert back to the old one (which is what I am accustomed to so that is what I still use).

Comments: At least with my company, Zoho CRM is only amazing if you have the Enterprise or Ultimate editions. The other (cheaper) editions do not have enough customization ability.

Pros: This is great for companies of all sizes. The ability to customize dashboards and modules makes it one of a kind. The reports are super helpful as well. Customer service is very helpful.

Cons: This is a lot to learn if you are introducing it to a large company. Customization features are very specific, and you want to be sure everything is running correctly prior to training. It can also get pricey.

Comments: Recommend this CRM if you are a small organization looking for a simple interface that is very easy to use.

Pros: Setup and Maintenance are very easy. Clean simple interface that is easy to customize. They offer a mobile app and it has voice recognition for taking notes. Training sales team was a snap.

Cons: Field type limitations. For each level, you get a certain number of fields, but it is subdivided into types of fields. So you may show you have more fields, but if you have ran out of numerical fields, you have to delete. Only can have two columns. I had a great experience with customer service when I was first setting up. Now, with more detailed questions its hit or miss for help.

It is a very good CRM at a reasonable price

Pros: We have all good features for sales and business development and we maintain all our data here. It is available at a very reasonable price

Pros: I got free trail for my enterprise edition - I was using ZOHO application since months and then for new trail they have provided me this application to use for my organization for free. I like some features like can avoid overlapping within organization while working on same project. Overall good product!

Cons: the thing which I dont like about ZOHO some features don't have enough depth and we can use them till some extent only - it is product limitation. Average rating for all features!

Comments: Zoho gets the job done, but is not as easy or functional as other CRMs I have used.

Pros: I like how I can set up task lists, clone contacts and leads, and the displays are visually appealing.

Cons: It seems that some functions are not quite as user friendly as other CRMs. As an example, when I convert a lead to a contact, all other leads under that same company need to be converted as well, rather than converting them at one time. It is functional, but missing key features that make work more smoothly.

Pros: Lot of features and promises. Also some handy tools like iq, desk, book and cherry on the cake, lot of integrations...

Cons: but most of the integrations doesn't work. Wanna add your bank ? Well doesn't work with most french pro account (business) as they don't support EBICS. Could use it on my personnal account but i do not need a CRM in my private life :) Even zoho integrations between ttheir own products fails. Example CRm and Books will give you 2 quotes links, one from books and one from crm both not related to each other.... it's pretty the same for all other features. In books you create articles, in crm it's products meanwhile the article link is there too in crm but not working Customers show with their name in books, with another name (account name) in CRM I could spend the day on that .

Pros: Probably the integration and adaptability to other programs. I love the templates and workflows that you can create. Easiest way to do it compared to every other CRM I've used so far.

Cons: I think that it could look a bit nicer. It's a little crowded. There are so many different components of Zoho aside from the CRM, I don't have time to learn them all so I could be really missing out on some great features.

Overall: We have been able to train and model Zoho CRM for our Contact Centre.

Zoho CRM offers a simple and effective way to manage your clients activities.

Comments: This is one of the cheapest CRM systems out there, consider trying it out and compare features with other CRM systems

Pros: Easy customizable frontoffice, nice design. Doesn't use a lot bandwidth when connected to the saas platform user friendly, mobile friendly Free edition available

Cons: No internet means no access to your business. basic and free edition almost the same, people will only upgrade when the need more user licenses

It's a complete tool, with lots of possibilities to organize contacts.

Pros: The ease of use is one of the best features of this software, although I think it is very simplified for some cases.

Cons: It did not meet all the requirements that we needed from a CRM. We tested it as part of the Zoho package (including the billing package) which was incomplete in many ways.

Overall: I think it is a good product only in case it meets all your requirements, in any other case, forget about it.

Pros: Zoho CRM in keeping track of Leeds, Feeds and the Accounts of our Clients. We can Keep Track of Vendors and also add our Products so that we can Analyse whats really Happening.

Pros: We make use of the free version of the software and it does almost everything that we need to manage our lists of members and also documents. In fact the documents part of zogo CRM (not zoho documents) is very good for searching for content within documents.

Cons: The reporting and output options for the free version of zoho CRM are somewhat limited and thereally seems somewhat of a disconnect between contacts and their organisations.

Overall: Access to a free mostly fit for purpose CRM.

Pros: It is intuitive to use. Very simple and priced very well. We like the ability to add custom fields very easily and run reports off of them.

Cons: You can't de-duplicate contacts and leads, meaning if you have a contact and a lead that has the same email you can't combine or delete the extra record. You can't mass email account contacts in a simple way like you can leads.

Pros: I really like that its really easy to use and it looks very modern. I researched other CRMs before deciding to go with Zoho and a lot of them were outdated and very hard to use.

Cons: Everything works great, the only thing I would improve would be giving us the option to select which fields are mandatory.

Pros: Love that the CRM can be tailored to accommodate the needs of users. Has been easy to customize to fit our needs.

Cons: I cant think of too many negatives. I use the CRM daily and it works flawlessly. I would like to see the app version become a bit more robust.

Pros: We investigated so many CRM's and found many of the others to have good marketing but a lesser product at a higher cost. We started with the free version and gradually moved up to the Enterprise Subscription so we could fully customize not only basic CRM functions but a full transaction management system. We have several custom modules and custom buttons that the Zoho Engineers designed to our specifications at no extra charge! You can use it right out of the box and get great value but the customization was really the icing on the cake for us.

Cons: I like that their is a whole suite of products that can integrate into the CRM but unfortunately the three we have tried/investigated Zoho Websites, Zoho Mail & Zoho Survey have not offered us the functionality we need so we have had to use alternative products. Older versions linked with LinkedIn so you could synchronize pictures of contacts but this no longer is possible - I think due to LinkedIn making an exclusive agreement with another CRM provider?

Pros: -Great value
-Extremely easy to use
-Everything is very intuitive
-Uploads are a breeze
-Love that you can customize each form with the information that makes sense for your business
-Form customization is easy and VERY flexible
-Love the mapping tool -- makes life easy for our "road warriors"!
-Reports are easy to create, generate, and store for future use
-De-duping is easy
-Search functionality is very through and easy to use

Cons: We use this software mostly to organize accounts and their associated contacts and to track visits, so we are only using a fraction of the software's capability. Our sales team has complained that sometimes the software is slow to "sync" on their phone app and we've had a few glitches with the app not prompting us to "log" a call at its completion.

Pros: Zoho is just fun to use. Everyone that comes into contact with it enjoys it. As you use it more, you really start to appreciate that it is the most stunning CRM on the market. For all our leads and customers we can now see all their interactions to our company including all their emails, quotes, invoices, deals, pictures of their business cards, their facebook feed, their twitter feed, their visits to our website including times on the site and pages visited. It really shows you all customer interactions - and this makes it the best CRM on the market.

Cons: Their customer service is getting better by the day. With over 5000 employees they have the resources to answer all questions - however complicated.

Pros: Account links. I can modify almost anything. Blast emails and Templates. maps your accounts. ease of use on computer.

Cons: mobile app limitations. I wish it was easier to set up a new role. The mobile app crashes a lot. I would like to see the same search features on the mobile app that is on the computer.

Pros: The Zoho family is characterized by having potentially useful platforms for your business, no matter what your turn, has helped us to keep all our activities in order, protections, tasks, personnel, appointments, etc., best of all is that you can go adding modules according to your needs and budgets to have even more solid tools.

Cons: Maybe I could improve the response times by the support area, I did not have many problems but the only occasion I had to wait several days for me to solve a problem.

Overall: Overall satisfied by the solutions they offer us and by their free versions that are very useful.

Comments: I would not recommend this product. If you have the budget, try to use Hubspot or infusionsoft (Scalable, robust and integrative) for small to medium size company, highly recommend Freshdesk for small to boutique size businesses. (Super user friendly and easy to use. Great great IT service support)

Pros: It is highly integrative and includes functional modules that can pretty much (supposedly) integrate with any other popular software. Beware!! Many of the software integration doesn't work or it is not clear how it can properly function after integration. It is inexpensive (they offer free version), quite cost-effective, integrative, clean interface (though it is a bit clunky with large font) and it is feature rich for especially for the upgraded one.

Cons: Customer service is beyond awful. Don't even attempt to use "chat" function or email them because it will take ages for them to reply. IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. They have documentation found everywhere but it is not clear. (They need to provide more supporting document!)

We have customized Zoho CRM to run our entire business.

Pros: We love that we can keep all of our incoming leads, customer information, invoices, sales report and record in one place. We set-up Zoho CRM 5 1/2 years ago. At the time Zoho was limited but good enough to serve our start-ups needs. --Zoho keeps getting better each year with new features added regularly. We love all the new features that have enhanced our way of doing business. --Today I would recommend Zoho as the BEST CRM available. And we love the new tutorials and webinars!

Comments: It is one of the cheapest CRM systems with highly integrative and functional modules out in the market today. It can be applied to most, if not all, businesses/companies for efficient marketing and sales monitoring.

Pros: Pros: As we have been persistently looking for an optimum system solution to manage and monitor the Bank¿s lending activities, Zoho CRM fully addressed all our needs from prospecting up to when the leads are being converted to opportunities. Their functional modules are very integrated such that there is no longer need for a separate Management Information System to prepare reports and status updates of all accounts/clients and employees. Zoho also offers an orderly set of interface making the whole software a very convenient and adoptable tool to efficiently monitor marketing and sales activities both internal and external. Plus, it is very very helpful to conduct an actual demo with Zoho Sales Administrators/Team. That is how we were able to look on the best of the system's functionality.

Cons: Zoho doesn¿t offer yet an on-premise type of software architecture. Its cloud-based platform may be risky most especially if sets of information being plugged into the system are highly confidential. Although security features are comprehensively presented with certification from authorizing bodies, the risk will always be there.

We have started to use Zoho for our CRM scheduling and tracking.

Pros: I like that the software has so many ways it can be used. It is very complex and I know our company will be able to grow into all it has to offer.

Cons: Because it has so many features, it take a while to learn all that it can do. Sometimes I wish it was a little easier to understand.

Overall: Great option for a CRM.

Pros: In trying this program, I found it very intuitive - the platform (both desktop and mobile) was very user friendly.

Cons: I kept bumping up again required "upgrades." It seems that a lot of the functionality and integrative aspects of the program require paid upgrades, though, I was using a free trial so this may not be the case if you are using the program outside of a trail context.

Comments: If you can navigate, create, and figure out all tracking and reporting on your own, this may be a good value. Otherwise, there are more user-friendly CRMs out there with good support service.

Pros: Lots of features and plug ins. Can create your own categories and tracking info. Cost of added features and plug ins are fairly inexpensive.

Cons: Getting customer support is tough. Occasionally can receive online chat help, but not always. Support is sourced through India and not easy to understand and follow along in English.

Pros: They have numerous integrations and has a responsive support live chat. Webforms are pretty easy to integrate, and allows you to create workflows to automate simply tasks. Zoho CRM has a mobile app that allows you to check on your leads easily.

Cons: Clunky interface with too many restrictions. Requires you to upgrade your plan to have access to basic features such as creating a separate lead pipeline or triggering a notification when lead stays in a stage. Reporting is basic and requires you to upgrade again if you want access to a more complete reporting. Lacks integration with marketing tools to automate the population of lead source & marketing channel. It requires on third-party software that is clunky.

I used Zoho at a different company I worked at previously. They still have it in place at this time

Pros: I like this product it was easy to use and had all my prospect and sales and marketing activities on one page so I didn't have to flip through multiple pages or tabs.

Cons: I wish it had more analytics and marketing automation tools. But for the money it was perfect.

Pros: Open tasks function on this tool is so neat! I'm a huge proponent of time management, and the functionality of this feature is wonderful.

Cons: Wish you could reformat the locations of each area--possibly "hide" ones that you rarely use. Sometimes I don't need the entire set of details, so it would be nice to hide when not in use.

Comments: Since I have an IT background it was so easy for me to use and configure. The limits on downloading was a real issue for me, but overall it's an awesome tool. There's limited telephone or account support...so, you have to figure a lot out on your own. For me, it wasn't much of an issue. The integrations are cumbersome and harder to figure out without testing and patience.

Pros: free, intuitive and easy to navigate...helps me prioritize my pipeline

Cons: integration to outlook difficult, hard to keep up with tasks and takes a lot of configuring for a basic user if you want to maximize use.

Pros: It is very customizable only if you want to change it according to functionality of basic zoho crm. If you change it too much, the basic features get discarded. However ,very customizable and feauture rich crm. Learning curve is very easy. It follows customer pipeline model. It is very user friendly.

Cons: The setup is complicated and the customer support are not much supportive in that regard. It requires investing time even on setup process.

Overall: This is absolute solution for vendor leads managed by my company. Whenever anyone comes to our company we provide them with our inputs, which has boosted our sales. The customers are very satisfied by user friendly environment and all of my colleagues are happy by this crm.

Comments: I would say that you should check out there Plus package, has everything you'll need for your Customer data and keeping up with your audience. Highly recommended for the Price!

Pros: A lot of features and very easy to setup and learn, there is some great guides to follow, their support is great as well.

Cons: I would have to say that you have to upgrade your package for a lot of features, so your kind of limited, but for the price it's worth to upgrade for all the features you need!

Comments: As a manufacturer I use Z crm to track our small but growing retail jobs (most of what we do is wholesale and managed entirely in QB). Integrates. We create sales orders on the customers page and store the coposing path to ttheir custom products. Is fine, not much to compare it with. Zoho has been slowly but steadily improving it. I am underusing it.

Pros: Good and complete setup and customization.

Cons: Lots of extensibility I can't understand. Needs connection with 3dCart Ecommerce.

Pros: It seems as though there's lots of flexibility with how to use Zoho. It came highly recommended by a friend, so I gave it a try. Importing data was easy enough. It was also easy to search my data.

Cons: I found it a bit laborious to set up. It seemed like it was taking a lot of work to get it set up and dialed in the way I needed it to be. I do realize that every CRM will require some tweaking and customizing to get it to fit right. Ultimately, I didn't want to commit the time it was needing to get it dialed in.

-Robust in allowing one to tailor contact fields specifically to their needs
-Strong reporting capability, very effective filter system
-Mail Merge fields for emails work very well

Cons: -Inability to create email campaigns outside of Zoho Campaigns - there are several cases where we need to prepare to send 10,000 emails to customers or contacts, though must be restricted to campaigns, which is very limiting, and imposing with disadvantages

Pros: I love how robust Zoho CRM is. It really has amazing functionality once you set it up to fit your business. It ties in to so many other Zoho products seamlessly and supports integrations with other platforms like Google and Salesforce. Zoho as an internal platform to manage your customer interactions is a great decision for any business and the cost makes sense.

Cons: Zoho setup is not the easiest. They do offer in-depth documentation on "how to" but if you hit a snag the trouble shooting isn't as in-depth. Some documentation can be outdated as technology changes so this can create integration or set up delays. Cost could increase if you had to hire an expert for set up assistance. Support will assist when needed, but this again can be time that not every business can spare.

- Team on-boarding flow is quite easy
- As compared to other CRMs, it has all the features a SME might need

Cons: - The user experience can be much better
- It has so many features which are just dormant and I don't think many people use them
- The UI of entire dashboard can be made more colorful as the current one seems dull

Overall: We used Zoho CRM for a while and it was a pleasant experience. However, due to too much happening in the UI we had to do away with it. There was something that we did not like in it and were forced to move to Freshdesk.
However, for a free solution for a small team it is a great CRM to use.

Comments: While the application has its flaws, we have been using it for over a year and it serves its purpose. Our main concern at this point is scalability, once we increase our user base significantly.

Pros: The application serves its purpose, but seems to be directed to much less sophisticated users than, say, Salesforce customers. It's fairly easy to figure out the basic functions, the reports are easy to set up, and the interface is fairly fluid.

Cons: It isn't always easy to figure out how to implement various functions. One issue we had was with the bcc function, which was blocked by an internet security application until we figured that out. Also, customer service is really poor. We use Zoho for projects too and customer service is even worse. We've been trying to work with them to figure out an institutional authentication protocol and they are useless. Not recommended for more sophisticated users. Oh, and we had multiple billing issues until they got their act together and fixed how they were billing for numbers of users and reimbursed us for that error.

Pros: Zoho CRM allows you to create and manage a database of your leads, contacts, prospects, and customers. Like any great CRM, Zoho has a free version that allows you to keep basic record keeping. If you'd like to expand your features, you can purchase a Zoho subscription and have a vast amount of features. The ability to send automated emails, and directly import leads from social media, allows me more time to be out selling and generating business. Zoho is the perfect fit if you're running your own business or are part of small business sales team.

Cons: Having to purchase additional licenses per user so that you can have the feature filled version is always a downside, but definitely a necessity for Zoho to continue existing.

Comments: I really like this CRM. After trying several others that just kept on falling short, I stumbled upon Zoho, and it really just has the best features, and the fact that you can use only the one's you need, means you don't have to pay for features you don't use.

Pros: Very Comprehensive. Great Features and Support.

Cons: It has quite a bit of a learning curve, and set up time can take quite some time as well.

Comments: ZOHO CRM in general is a good CRM for SMB's. It's always one of the options in the CRM selection process. Any CRM is only as good as the business process behind it.

Pros: Pricing: ZOHO CRMs pricing is very affordable for SMB's. The pricing structure allows businesses to scale up without worrying about the monthly subscription. Functionalities: Overall, ZOHO CRM's functionality is good. It has most of the essential business functionalities. Customizing the CRM according to the business process is very easy. It does provide basic reports and analytics that gives very good business insights.

Cons: Functionalities: Although ZOHO CRM provides good functionality, it still lacks some of it that will definitely be an added value to most of it's customers. An example would be a validation rule. A lot of the customers have already brought this topic over ZOHO forums, although ZOHO CRM reps respond with courtesy, this functionality is still in the RnD. A few other requested functionalities have been requested, but it may take ZOHO CRM years before implementing such.

Comments: Company is very aggressive from a development standpoint, so new features are introduced regularly (Enterprise version). While we view this, in the long-run, as a huge positive, it does sometimes have its down-side when new training is required for changed features. Customer service is consistently way above expectations. ZohoCares is not just a hashtag line, they really do care about their customers and their productivity!

Pros: Very pleasing user interface. Product is intuitive. Excellent mobile application. Very good application for both marketing and sales reps.

Cons: While product is easily customizable, special functions are not as easy as portrayed. Additional tutorials would be helpful. Can sometimes have server "lag-time".

Comments: I work with Zoho for one specific client. Not only do I find it to be intuitive but it's also very difficult to get clear answers from their customer service team.

Pros: Very robust system, allows for a LOT of different things to happen within the account.

Cons: Difficult to navigate and understand for admins, hard to work with their customer service team.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely research and know for sure what you're getting into if you're thinking about using Zoho.

Pros: I love how the customizable this software is. It definitely takes some time to play around the system to see what it can do and how to do it best. Zoho has finally come out with ZOHO ONE, check it out all of the items we use for one low cost.

Cons: The Support can be lacking sometimes, especially when you are working on connecting 2 different modules, the support teams like to point the finger at the other modules. This has happened several times to me.

Cons: Need to be setup correctly at the beginning and make sure you are mapping your fields correctly. Tutorial would be more than helpfull with tricks and "How To" at the start

Pros: I like the sandbox customization. Feels like a cheap salesforce clone. Reporting can be good if you have used salesforce or excel and understand how to run reports and dashboards.

Cons: The telephony isn't clean. The Slack integrations are weak. The Zapier integrations are super weak. The email tracking is crap compared to Yesware/Tout and other solutions. Workflows are difficult to make work too. Having to using another app and relying on integration is never a great fit. There isn't templates to begin with. If you haven't set up a CRM before starting with Zoho without guidance is not recommended. That being said after being on several teams that set up the sales process from leads to ops and management this was a BEAR.

Pros: Great tech platform, very easy to set up custom modules for contacts and vendors. Smooth, stylish, and full functional interface.

Cons: The email marketing leaves much to be desired. There is a limitation of sending 1,000 emails per day, and the anti-spam settings rather over due it at times.

Overall: Excellent CRM platform and a great way to keep up on contact management.

Pros: Pro for this software is the ability to define fields across contacts, potentials and accounts for reporting purposes. Zoho CRM is more robust than Zoho Desk.

Cons: Zoho Desk has several limitations. For example, one cannot search by user defined fields. You can only search by Account Name. In addition, the links to Zoho CRM are limited. So if you have multiple accounts with the same "Account Name" but a user defined DBA, you cannot search by DBA.

Pros: Product is somewhat OK if you're starting with the CRM but they are slow in adapting to new technologies. They are still learning and is a good tool if you're a nut bolt retailer.

Cons: Their support team is a bunch of absolute pathetic people. Clueless nincompoops who have no training, empathy or understanding of how customer support works! When you call ANY support line for any cloud service, they first tell you their name, ask yours, and request details on the issue and provide you with a case reference. NOT WITH ZOHOCRM SUPPORT CLOWNS. They talk to you on the phone and DO NOT PROVIDE a support ticket number. Even if you ask them they fail to provide a support request number. Next, if you call them about the same issue, the same nincompoop would ask you for a ticket number which he previously didn't provide!!! As a result, you waste time, explaining them again and again repeating the same thing to a useless clown who couldn't care less about the customer's issue and has absolutely no empathy. Their work ethic and attitude are probably worse than those working in the oldest profession. Here¿s what their support reps should have done, but they NEVER do all this. All of this is Customer Support 101: a. Announce their name! When you ask the customer their user ID and name, why can¿t you introduce yourselves too?? By default? What¿s there to hide?? Why wait for the customer to ask? Even a domestic call center in India does this! b. Take a call back number to call back in case the call gets disconnected! c. If you can¿t call back drop a 1 line email with the case reference number so at least the customer has a chance to pick up from where he left off! WHAT A BUNCH OF LOSERS. A rather crude bunch with absolute zero respect for paying customers. They fail to realize that they're employed because of paying customers! I have posted an audio recording of their unprofessional attitude on a support call, on YouTube. Just look for it and have a listen yourself, so you know what can be expected. ZOHO MANAGEMENT - Get your support clowns to signup for free trials of other cloud bases SAAS products and raise support requests so they can experience and may learn how to provide customer support!!

Pros: I liked that you could pull in a Google AdWords account, social media strategy campaigns and listening, have all developer and design documentation stored at different levels of access according to team role. Zoho had a nice interface for project management that gave a good structure for product development and design. All design and development could be maintained in Zoho.

Cons: Hard learning curve, but completely doable. Zoho' features page and pricing could have larger more obvious icons and better wording to help you decide what parts of their product you need.

Comments: I have used many different CRM applications before trying Zoho. I must say that CRM is one of the best ones for recruiter that I would recommend you to try.

Pros: Very helpful, very trustworthy, easy to use. Customer support is also great even when I used a free version.

Cons: It's sometimes the system doesn't understand the pdf document format when I parse a CV into it. This needs to be fixed.

Pros: We recently set up Zoho CRM because the fremium CRM product we were using wasn't sufficient enough to grow with our company. We've been impressed with the features and flexibility in the CRM for the price point. It has filled our needs well. The feature I appreciate the most is the ability to email directly from the CRM and track if the emails are delivered, opened, etc.

Cons: The software appears to allow for a lot of customization, but there are some questions as to how to do that on our end. CRMs have to contain a lot of information, but because many businesses are different, there are sections of the CRM that contain fields that don't apply to our company and we've yet to customize those sections to make it as efficient as possible for us... however, I'm sure with some time we can figure out how to tailor the platform to our needs.
