Pros: Have been using this CRM in my old work for years. We were monitoring all of the work processes, managing sales funnels (uploading leads, contacts, creating and sending emails, templates, tasks). All tools of Zoho CRM solution is simple to understand.

Cons: It is a lot to learn at first but once you learn it you will see it easy. The mobile app was crashing every now and then.

Pros: Compared with many other CRM options and it is tremendous value for the functionality. Easy to maintain sales and prospecting activity, synchronize with Outlook email, and organize my prospects into groups.

Cons: Has more functionality then I can even get to so I'm probably underutilizing the tool. Would like an easier way to synchronize LinkedIn profile with Zoho user database.

Pros: The workflow, data automation are simple to implement. The solution is cloud based so storage is not a challenge really. Loads of free chrome extensions available which really helps in moving contacts from other platforms here, like LinkedIn for example.

Cons: Support team could be more efficient. While they have the solution to your problems, it is not easy to communicate with them. I feel they are not future ready and few of the other CRMs like Afinium offers few upto date features.

Pros: In the very beginning, I want to say that it is really cool that Zoho is free. I mean of course if you want to have a better version you actually have to pay, but the fact that you can easily try to use it without payment and worries for your money it is very helpful. Great product, trustworthy company, already helped me and many other companies to boost our sales and line up everything that way that you need to have a really successful sales department and of course business at all.

Cons: The truth is that I used to work with Zoho services for a quite a while, not only with CRM, so the fact that I still have not changed this resource means that I do not have any big problems. But when I only started working with Zoho it was a bit complicated to get used to the interface, but that is all.

Pros: Evaluating different alternatives for customer management, we decided to use Zoho CRM because it has many features that allow you to configure the platform to your needs. Everything is through integrations and modules that allow you to connect with special extensions. It also allows you to generate reports and dashboard for measuring, which is the only way you can improve.
And the best thing: Zoho One! you can access to another Zoho platforms with the same account.

Cons: The bad thing is that you require knowledge and programming skills when integrating and connecting with other existing platforms.

Overall: The best CRM online platform, it's the all-in-one tool for client management, specially because you can configure stages, registrees, automatization, and gives order to your sales team.

Pros: The tool is easy to use, has huge expansion capability into other tools (project, finance, etc) and is a solid online system. Support is great and user community is helpful

Cons: To integrate with email requires certain cost upgrade per user, so there are more cost effective alternatives available.

Overall: Ease of use, and free version gives plenty of flexibility

Pros: The way it preforms and the ease of usage is wonderful there is so much you can do with this product . Tech support helps if you need them But you really shouldnt need help with this program since it is so easy to use .

Pros: Lots of features, I mean LOTS - there are tons of integrations available, as well. It's essentially a giant factory of CRM features and integrations.

Cons: It's a little dated - the design (bad) is limiting the potential of its user experience. Forced user flows, hard to navigate - but once you "get it", it becomes much easier to use all they have to offer.

Overall: Nothing special, just the basics of what I needed from a CRM.

Comments: I don't know that I would recommend Zoho if you were looking for a robust CRM, but for our unique case use it's completely satisfactory.

Pros: We use Zoho to store our leads for our email campaigns. It's extremely affordable and easy to upload/export our data.

Cons: It's a tricky CRM/dash to navigate. It's almost more confusing than Salesforce at times! I don't like that we can't mass delete a set of contacts.

Pros: This product allows me to visually and easily keep track of all the metrics our company needs to track. Once set up, it is very easy and quick to use - it has replaced many of our other software applications.

Cons: It was challenging to set up. As it was too costly for us to customize the features, we had to spend a lot of time figuring out how best to set up the pieces so they could work with our company. Once this grunt work was done at the beginning it worked great.

Pros: It made it easy for us to work on tasks. It also provides control over dashboards, a 360 view of accounts and contacts, email automation, and comprehensive reporting

Cons: One main thing I dislike is the UI. Another major disappointment is the lack of integration with a number of third party apps.

Have only tried the free version and it is fairly simple and has the required basic features.

Pros: I like that we can input all of our opportunities/proposals and also be able to show what our profit on the project is going to be.

Cons: We only use the free version of it and but i dont know if i see the value for us if we had to use the paid version. Also it doesnt take much for you to need to have to pay the monthly fee.

Comments: Unlike my other review, I only used Zoho as a user, not as an administrator. I can't comment on the customer service, as I never had contact with them. I'm aware of the pricing as I shopped them before choosing the CRM my team uses now. Basically, this is a great free database, accessible by multiple users. It is not a great pipeline tracker. It is not a great system for an efficient data entry process.

Pros: The best thing about Zoho is that it's free for up to a number of users. Great for a small business who doesn't have a budget for CRM yet and needs somewhere to store information and search it later. It can be simple to use. I always look for a system that you can enter a very minimal amount of information into in order to store a lead or prospect. Zoho is definitely capable of that. I have used this in conjunction with inside and outside sales teams together. It was simple enough for the inside team to look up an account that calls in to see if they've had contact with an outside rep, and vice versa. It's nice that it has a mobile app, though when I stopped using it it was still the least intuitive/useful app I had on my mobile devices.

Cons: I've used other CRMs, and I noticed that using both Zoho and another (Salesforce) it is very common to happen upon duplicate prospects in the system. It seems like the way an account is entered is not as intuitive in detecting that the account already exists. I've used others that will suggest any contact, address, phone number, name or business that already exist in the company's pipeline literally as you're typing them. With Zoho it's more like you look up each data field first on your own to be sure the account doesn't exist before entering it. That can be pretty tedious for an already tedious job like assisting our reps with data entry. The result is lost notes, because some are on one of the duplicates and some are on the other. I've seen this particular problem cause a lot of lost time and energy for outside reps in particular, who go out to an account not knowing the most up to date information about it. I also found the other tools to be less useful than in other CRMs. For instance, generating a report on your pipeline and what stage the accounts are in. Other CRMs in a similar price range are easily capable of telling a user how many prospects are in follow up or final stages of the sales process. While using Zoho, I actually tracked my pipeline on my own separately using a spreadsheet. It was easier and more intuitive than the CRM offered. Now, leading a team, I would not use this CRM and this would be a big reason why. I can't imagine trying to track the progress of our leads via a team using this CRM's tools.

Pros: I've utilized the free version, I most like that so much is bundled (projects, CRM, invoices) and it all works together. You can upgrade to a paid membership AS your business grows, but not before. This is wonderful for small businesses and those attempting to get started.

Cons: I haven't experienced anything negative. I believe you just have to research the thing you want to do, to make sure that it will work properly. It took a moment (as an example) to discover how to sync CRM customers to the invoice part of Zoho but it works really well once you understand.

Overall: CRM management. Invoices. Project tracking.

Pros: I liked that you could mass update accounts and keep track of them easily by using the search bar. The reporting features were okay as well.

Cons: There was no way to connect accounts and organize them in a hierarchy, which is crucial for healthcare companies. The reporting did not allow cross filters with filter rules. It was a lot slower than what my company currently uses now as well.

Overall: Good, simple way to organize accounts.

Pros: I liked the ease of use for Zoho. It's easy to log a call, and then connect it to a specific contact. It is then easy to find the past calls and refer to them while continuing to communicate with an individual sales rep.

Cons: I struggled with the actual layout of the software system, having used others, I felt it was at times difficult to look for tabs and sections that were needed. But all in all I had a great experience with Zoho.

Overall: Organize my calls directly and refer back to them when I reach out next.

Pros: Zoho CRM is one of the most simplified CRM. The layout is very easy to understand with limited training. It is very easy to move people through the process, to see how long people stay in a certain column, etc. We also run a bespoke reporting app that makes use of the API, which automates many processes that were previously done manually in Excel. If you're looking for a way to manage contacts and opportunities, then Zoho has you covered. They also offer integrations with other Zoho platforms for services like email marketing.

Cons: The mobile experience is not great. Would love to see a revamped experience that is more mobile friendly and responsive. Customer service is not very convenient, help desk and supporting documents need to be easily obtained.

Pros: What I like most is that it allows you to collect and manage contact and customer information, creating a history to give greater value to the offers of projects

Cons: As it is a tool that offers a complete management solution, integrating sales automation and inventory management functionalities, it should allow the establishment of multi-currency or local currency license payments.

Overall: It allows me to establish as a suite a series of integrated modules that provide the sales force with automation as well as email, sales and report management.

Pros: It's versatile, it's powerful, it integrates well with other software. Excellent value, and apparently it can do everything--if you can figure it out...

Cons: It has a HUGE learning curve. With hundreds of contacts to go in and tag/label, I found the task to be so very daunting that I just never found time to do it and eventually switched back to my old CRM. I also didn't find customer service to be very helpful when I was having trouble moving my data over. I didn't use it long enough to find out all its automations, I wasn't able to find tutorials on what I needed either. So frustrated I gave up.

Overall: None, couldn't get over the learning curve to figure them out

Pros: Every feature you use the most on a CRM platform is very accessible and easy to use. You can also connect with your Zoho organization (if you are using any of the Zoho platforms) and gain even more out of it.

Cons: If you are not familiar with a CRM or what it is used for, it might be challenging. Not because it is not intuitive, but because the information boxes and help bubbles need a bit of background to be comprehended.

Overall: The follow-up alerts and leads status are really helpful and easy to print if you need to deliver an executive summary or a quick brief of your engagement strategy.

Pros: I really like that, in fact, that Zoho is free. It has all the great features that most CRM use. The user interface is quite simple and convenient for the user and allows you to customize the control panel view so you can be even more efficient. Like almost all CRMs, ZohoCRM solves a large number of tasks and can help increase sales. I often use a mobile client that controls sales quite well. But in case you have a real problem in the work of this service, it will take a lot of time and nerves to solve it.

Cons: Email templates are not bad, but sometimes not convenient to use, and embedded templates do not appear properly in some email clients.

Cons: The initial setup took me some time as I was not certain which path worked best for us but the team at ZOHO was patient and worked with me to get us rocking and rolling

Pros: I like that this software is Extremely configurable and flexible. It has the ability to conform to the needs of business and work like we work. It's robust dashboard is definitely one of the highlights.

Cons: This software, while powerful and configurable is, at some times, difficult to navigate and setup. They do have a very expansive help system which I made use of extensively.

Overall: I gained the ability to more easily track the sales process and follow up after the sale

Pros: Generally it has everything a CRM should have: nice management of contacts, lists, tasks and a tracking system, which would give you insights in everything connected with these entities. Besides, there are a number of options that provide flexibility and customization

Cons: Unfortunately, Zoho CRM loses it to a number of competitors: the design is old school and pretty old-fashioned, customisation is hard to manage and the pricing system is similar to better and more powerful products

Pros: It does have a lot of options, looks like it would be great for a medium sized business - it was too complex for our purposes. Does seem to be excellent in capturing quite a bit of data.

Cons: Just a lot, lot, lot of set-up, and kind of having to re-learn. Needed something that I didn't have to train everyone to get accustomed to. Just was not able to customize to the very simple task we needed.

The experience has been awesome using the product for multiple purposes.

Comments: I have been pleased with all of Zoho's offerings but I love Zoho CRM.

Pros: The multitude of integrations out of the box are impressive. Zoho is one of the few companies that doesn't over promise. All CRMs need customization to fit the needs of the organization. Don't overpay for CRM because you are dazzled by functionality.

Cons: Not a US based company. Support is fair but not great. The included features for a subscription level is constantly evolving. New features are purposely put in a new subscription level that did not exist before, forcing an upgrade.

Pros: The user interface has come a long way. Older versions were clunky and hard to use. It checks all of the boxes of a standard CRM (leads, accounts, contacts), and fits with our small business well. There are a plethora of reports that all you to get all the necessary data out of the system.

Cons: The mobile app leaves a lot to be desired compared to the web user interface. The amount of customization and integration is limited compared to the likes of SalesForce.

Pros: By having several applications connected to this CRM, you can have a good traceability of everything your contacts represent for your organization. I like to be able to visualize all this, from the mails, appointments to billings and everything in a single system.

Pros: This was the first program I used from Zoho and from there I used almost all of them. It is important to have this mainly to integrate the other services and thus have a complete organization of everything that your clients or your collaborators do. I love that the support staff, many times consider the good ideas you have to improve. Zoho CRM gives me detail of everything (contacts, emails, tasks, events, invoices, quotes, etc.) and well outlined.

Cons: Initially it was visually a bit poor but this has improved a lot and they constantly keep updating and improving.

Pros: Zoho CRM is a GREAT value and Zoho is consistently improving their CRM . We use Zoho CRM as the basic platform to service all our customers. We previously used a very popular CRM, but we have found Zoho CRM is more cost effective and we are not locked into an annual contract.

Cons: We would like the ability to do more with dates and tracking open of emails with the workflows without having to use the Deluge scripting language.

Pros: Their platform and the ease of use to navigate the software is completely awesome and to my liking. Their software has helped me log lots of notes with customers to keep Track and Zoho has the best platform that keeps in track of it and with a date and time stamp.

Cons: The only issue I find that isn't great for my business we cannot do scoring or connect to our call center software to log customer calls.

Overall: Lots of more customers gained due to having the software. If I was out with a customer I could manage their profile directly from my phone and not having to have a laptop makes it more professional for my customers

Pros: Zoho CRM has lots of great features in it. The client tracking and sales automation are fantastic, and the live chat included is good for the value. For an in-house solution that is one step up from google drive this is a good way to go!

Cons: I tried to on board some of my team that were artists and not so much office / analytical types. They had a hard time embracing the workflows and getting in to using it. So, perhaps not the program you want to use with creative people on your team.

Overall: Lots of power, lot of scale, and would be great to step into when a company out grows google docs.

Pros: I like zohocrm implementation for our project business and this allow us to work out of our country, this aspect turn into an option for create a new way of communicate with potential and actual costumers, and that's a plus. The great thing is that we could show our work, create contracts, negotiate the scope of projects and prepare the deliver forms, with the invoices included. With the software all company can work as a team and reach the same goal, make every project within the crm software conditions. This allows us to grow in the region.

Cons: At the beginning of the implementation phase it was very difficult to adjust previous contract negotiation to the new contract negotiation under the crm software, it take under consideration time of execution, cost and profits. At the end we learn not only the crm software, also the process we are involved with.

Overall: I like to say that the implementation of the zohocrm is the beginning of the international phase to my company with the portfolio of the last project we did, the contracts according the needs of our client, the time of execution and the invoices to be done. Also we begin to address the construction phase in the same crm software.

Pros: I like zohocrm because I can make the communications to and from my costumers faster and accurate than ever before. This aspect shows off on the sales increments; create orders, delivery and, the most important thing of all, invoices that allow us to maintain the market alive. The whole company is under the software and is great when everyone is talking the same language and is directed to the same goal.

Cons: I dislike is the implantation time because takes some to adjust all details to the new crm software, even if we did all the stuff by different programs to get one goal, sales. The learning process was a very complicated time because of our process flow diagram, for us, was also a chance to adjust every step in the way of learning.

Overall: With the use of zohocrm I solve the uncertainty of knowing who we are calling, when we are making the sales and which the sales method more efficient is until we could make the same process to everyone on the company; and we can follow up and report every one of this aspects mentioned before.

Pros: Once my previous company moved from Microsoft Office to ZOHO, things got easier and faster immediately. The IT support guys were freed from constantly tinkering with the mail server. And working on organizational documents became so much easier!

Cons: Although it was great for a startup, the more people we added to the service, the more expensive it got. Another mailbox, another paid account. To a point where it was again cheaper to use our own mail servers and our own document sharing.

Overall: Sped up work in our startup significantly.

Pros: In the first place, being able to personalize it is fantastic! Besides that I can do anything with it, it can be configured according to your sales needs. It is important to highlight the satisfaction it gives with simply "managing" offline, for you it's great. You never really have to worry about your life lost or stolen, because you have been in business for many years! It provides the facility to configure everything in a single portal. We register, and we receive it on the same day, and you can even upload .cvs files to Zoho to take charge

Cons: I dare say that Zoho is on the right track, but I would like to have the downloadable program for the Mac version. That way there would not be "everything" online, needing to open a browser all the time, anyway it's sensational in all aspects and I hope to have this application in the future.

Overall: I personally recommend that you integrate CRM with other Zoho programs. Maybe it's an extra expense, but it's worth doing.

Pros: It has an excellent configuration tool, where you can place the fields that are needed and in the order they are needed. The integration with the mails of the company does it correctly like the one of the social networks. The follow-up to the prospect is followed and then they can be converted into clients. It has several tools that allows you to see the evolution of sales. It enables the marketing and production team to work in a single application, which improves communication and delivery times for a prospect.

Cons: Definitely the tool has many things to carry the entire marketing process, should have an option where you can integrate or remove functionalities and that the cost changes, when you have a marketing that depends on making offers for projects in the production area (project executors ) It is complex to use all the functionalities of the tool. The process must be structured well to train users since it is not very inductive with options such as territorial hierarchies.

Pros: It is a very complete CRM, it allows you to keep control over the different aspects of your business, control the sending and mail responses, store all the data of your clients and associate it with all the zoho applications.

Pros: Basic CRM functions are working out of the box and most customization can be done without any programming knowledge. GMail and Drive integration is easy to setup and very powerful. Also data analitics is very customizable with just few mouse clicks.

Cons: To obtain the maximum flexibility you need to buy the most expensive plan which is, well, expensive, i.e. groups are useless in any plan which isn't the more expensive. Two times in a row we got into two different bugs which took them a couple of days to fix leaving us waiting for them looking at the monitor without nothing we could do.

Overall: Made a customer happy with a powerful CRM setup in just a couple of days

Zoho CRM is full-featured, but certainly not for the freelancer or small entrepreneur

Pros: Zoho CRM has a lot of high end features, and it integrates with other software in the Zoho range (eg Zoho Books). It's very customizable - you can add custom fields for your particular business needs.

Cons: The software seems to be aimed at businesses with call centers or old-school telephone sales people - not the modern entrepreneur and certainly not the freelancer. It lacks simple reporting features that would be useful for smaller organizations.

Excellent user friendly system for maintaining and managing your accounts, tasks, projects and more!

Pros: This makes maintaining and growing a customer base so easy. You never miss a beat or task. You can stay on top of every little project and track progress.

Cons: Getting to know all the methods of customizing can take some practice. There are a lot of things you need to tweak to make it your own and it takes some time to understand workflows.

Pros: I like the ability to customize the layouts and how each section of the CRM functions. We use most of what we purchase and love it. The love part is the ability to see everything on the accounts page. Desk tickets, Projects, future Leads, etc. Zoho in general is definitely making a name and need to keep up the good work.

Cons: Just their support team is my only con. Their responses times to situations the require immediate attention (this has only happen twice to me btw) take way too long. Once they get that under control, I think my con will become a pro.

Very customize-able CRM but it's not easy to set up and the customer service could be better.

Pros: Zoho CRM allows for a lot of customization which is great for those who's customer base is not a straight forward database.

Cons: The customization of the data takes a lot of time. It's not very intuitive and it takes time to get used to how to set things up. Also the customer service isn't the best.

Pros: Zoho CRM has an attractive look, and is fairly easy to use with a short learning curve. I can manage my daily tasks and monitor work flow. There are numerous options and ways to utilize the CRM that I have yet to explore. In other words, the options are available to help accomplish most tasks in a functional way.

Cons: When adding contacts to company records, some of the information does not carry over. Things can be lost or duplicated easily if not performed exactly right the first time. It is not as intuitive as I would hope.

Overall: Daily work flow, tracking projects, database functionality

Pros: It gave our small business clients all of the features they needed in a CRM, but was able to fit their budget. The team was quick to reply to bug or technical support issues as it grew, and have added features over the years that have made the product better and better. Their integration with the video calling is a nice touch, and we find that the customizability was really what stood out for our clients.

Pros: What i like best is that it allows me to organize my day and view it all in one place. I like the ability to track deals and quotes within the system and also automation is a key value to me.

Cons: What i do not enjoy is my inability to simply view contacts in a list mode with the fields I use and actually make changes to those fields in that view. Second, you have to re-enter data from one module to another manually. Even the standard Zoho fields do not autofill between modules. So if you place address in a lead, you have to re-enter address in a deal.

Overall: Organization, simplified workflows. But I know I could do more if I had better training on the entire Zoho suite.

Pros: I use this with a company to collaborate incoming projects and I find it is very user friendly and easy to customize and has many ways to integrate with other applications. I found the templates to be very useful as well.

Cons: The customer support has to be the biggest downfall. When you do have an issue plan to spend a lot on time on hold with customer service to deal with the issue.

Fantastic tool for all businesses trying to boost sales. I couldn't imagine using anything else.

Pros: This CRM is very easy to use. A few members of my sales team did not have past CRM experience. However, it was very easy for them to learn. I also like the ability to create your own custom pipeline.

Overall: Absolutely fantastic CRM that has taken our sales process to a new level. I love the calendar and custom pipeline.

Pros: I use Zoho for one of my businesses primarily due to its flexibility in terms of creating custom field, custom views, and custom reporting (paper, PDF, and XLS). And ... it always seems to work!

Cons: The day to day operation of Zoho is very easy to use. Being the administrator can be more challenging as it is a separate interface and it can be somewhat difficult to navigate.

I think that part of this is that Zoho has so many modules aside from CRM (dozens) and they want to give you a place to manage all of them. I want to manage one and one only. Even changing a password, which is infrequent, it like a new trip to a new city every time (for me).

Overall: Zoho in infinitely customizable and flexible and it always works!

Pros: As a start-up with few resources we started using Zoho CRM and it was an absolutely capable tool to let us manage our sales activities. Cheap and fairly easy to use.

Cons: When it comes to custom reporting, we found a few limitations, although we always found a way to workaround them.

Pros: Zoho offers a great deal of features that can be used to customize what you want out of your CRM experience. You can create your own mail merge templates and there's even a great deal of compatibility with G-suite to integrate your experience and make it closing and managing customers easier.

Cons: As with most apps, the most customizable features are only included with an app upgrade, but its worth it if you're looking to make your CRM experience easier.

Pros: Zoho CRM is very easy to use for someone who never used a CRM before. The app is not too expensive for small business. There are a lot of videos online that shows you how to use the app. The app can also be used in french. Email integration is easy. Easy to use with Mailchimp.

Cons: The overall look of the website si OK, but it could be better. The price can be expensive for more than 10 users.
