Pros: Good Zoho CRM, is a very useful tool to manage the relationship with customers, helps us to inspect the commercial work with customers, provides us the option of making reports which allows us to streamline the process of buying and selling with our suppliers, On the other hand, another fundamental and important aspect of Zoho CRM is that it is economical and thanks to its easy handling of the platform it helps us to increase our turnover and revenues to the company.
In general, it is a very robust software when it comes to monitoring purchases and sales and something very significant is that it allows us to interact and link with social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. This is important since nowadays all companies have these platforms. social networks, additional account also with a mobile application that allows us to be connected to our operations outside the office.

Cons: What can be said about this application is that it should improve a bit in data security, since I work in the banking sector and because confidential data can be vulnerable because it is a software that is in the cloud. Also to be in line with the application, if you do not have an Internet connection you can not enter, but the minor details are this kind of problems. I would like to find a solution with which you can work online, but somehow maintain the data locally.

Overall: t is a very useful software for the operations of purchase and sales of the company, all operations can be managed quickly and this allows us to obtain income faster than the result of these operations, the accounts of our suppliers are constantly monitored by their action in real time with only an Internet connection and over time, all operations performed, as well as doing business. in general it is a very useful tool.

Pros: The CRM is easy to use. Unlike other CRM products, with Zoho you don't have to be an expert to get started. The interface is clean and easy to use. It doesn't have all the insane features that other products have, but that is what sets Zoho apart because they are trying to keep it simple for small businesses.

Cons: There's too many issues with this product to even begin listing. The application is buggy. I started reporting bugs to their support department but they occupied too much of my time and would remote into my computer and repeat the same steps over and over again, expecting a different result. I gave up on reporting issues. They don't even care to fix them anyways. The support is extremely poor. I'd rather have them offer no support than the support they provide, as you'll get even more frustrated with their support than not even having support at all. We had an "Enterprise Account Manager" which wasn't very responsive. Any unresolved issues with the application he would just send back to the support department (the same support department you'd been previously fighting with for months on petty issues) and then nothing would end up getting done. Based on my conversations with the account manager, I can confidently say that nobody in the organization has any clue what's going on. Nobody in the company has any empowerment to do anything, everybody acts like pre-programmed robots. There is a horrible communication gap between departments, nobody is on the same page, everybody just passes the buck thinking somebody else will take care of the issue. You can tell there is a pretty bad work ethic and culture. You'll get the run around and end up getting exhausted and give up. You end up having a second job just trying to deal with Zoho. It's quite simple, STAY AWAY.

Overall: The benefits this software provides is nothing more than any other CRM available. Keep records of your accounts, logs of communication, track your sales pipeline, etc. etc.

Pros: Beyond the basics of contact management, workflows and custom fields, Zoho CRM makes it especially easy to find the last communication and pick up right where you left off with any lead, deal, or client. It syncs with other Zoho products, as well as many external systems, making it perfect for a connected workflow. It also has an available API for creating custom application integrations.

Creating custom workflows and approvals with Blueprint is a straightforward process, and the power that it provides for process management and automation cannot be underestimated.

Self service portals for clients are another great addition to the power of the CRM.

There are multiple billing levels available, so the system will scale with your business, or even better check out Zoho One for a simple and affordable solution to even more of Zoho services.

One final Pro is that Zoho is consistently looking to make their product better, and has shown an extraordinary commitment to improving it's design and functionality. If you don't like something now, submit feedback and wait a little while, and it might appear.

Cons: Integrating the CRM with other Zoho products can be complicated, and the integration experience is not completely consistent yet. It is clear that this is something that is being improved, but some of the products are not at the same level of polish as Zoho CRM.

Zoho's introduction of an AI assistant is certainly cool to see, but it isn't quite ready for prime-time and much of what it can do doesn't seem to add a lot of value versus not having an AI. However, this will certainly continue to improve with feedback and it is good to see AI as a focus of future innovation in the product.

Overall: Zoho CRM is simple enough to immediately begin improving a company's sales process out of the box, but powerful enough to create complex workflows, automation, custom solutions, and integrations.

We were able to immediately start saving time working through leads, while continuing to improve and hone our sales experience, and then our customer experience by integrating with our Accounting system and Ticketing system.

Seriously, the best CRM software out there for the money when combined with all their products

Pros: First off, I own, manage & work at a Business IT and WebDesign business, located in the Kansas City, MO area...

The Zoho CRM platform is very intuitive and easy to use immediately. Plus, for the money, it's the best in my opinion. Now, dedicate a few days to learn the CRM, combined with their other products... You seriously have the best solution out there I've ever seen and I've tried them all. Additionally, Zoho is priced far below the competition for what you get. Third party integrations for big names like Google and Facebook are amazingly simple to add and configure. Spend a few days on the trial period, dedicated a couple hours a day to learning their CRM, combined with the other solutions they provide that fit your needs... and you'll be spoiled compared to any others. Customer support is rather good, although based in India. I never had a problem or experienced a debacle they were not happy to help me with. Also, the company Zoho.. Across the board is moving forward every week/month with new features and updates to not only the CRM here but, their entire plethora of SaS solutions.

If you are familiar with CRM's... I won't bore you with what it does. You already know what a CRM should provide and Zoho CRM does by far and then some. The learning curve really is not that bad, even then, there really is no limit you can take this platform to if you dedicate the time to learn and set it up.

Bottom line: Zoho CRM, combined with their other solutions... IS THE BEST

Cons: Honestly... I can not complain that much. The only complaint I have is this... Yes, they are far below the competition in terms of price when considering the big names out there.. However, if you are a power user like myself.. You want all the options. Even though they are cheaper than the others.. I really hate (across the board, all companies included) that their subscription pricing is a "per user" type setup. Being an IT business, you understand inner workings of resource usage... I really think all these companies should be tiered in groups of 5 - 10 users and the price will increase at that point but, I digress...

In the beginning of my startup phase (Having one employee besides myself), I really found it hard justifying the cost "per user" to use any CRM software. However, my end goal for the company was automation of anything Consumer Relations, related so.. honestly, I chose to save a couple bucks and went the open source route. Well, yeah.. It worked that way but honestly, it was open source but, closed. Anything I wanted that was not built by the community was insanely time consuming to implement. BUT.. It cost nothing that way and I didn't pay a per user fee. However, time is money AND... my implementations would have to be rebuilt anytime I wanted to update the core functionality.

So, long story short... These companies really shouldn't be implementing a per user subscription model. Truth be told, 1 - 10 employees takes the same resources on their end.. :/

Overall: Price, easy of use, endless expansion, integration capabilities with big name companies already built in... and mostly... Insight. I am by far one the most insightful IT companies around in my area because I use this software. It's probably what pushed us past the competition.

Pros: Overall, Zoho's CRM is about as robust as I've seen. It has a crazy amount of connectivity with other Zoho apps and integrates really well with G-suite apps too. Of all the CRMs I've tested, and I've tested dozens for at least 4 business models, Zoho seems to be the most flexible and cross-vertical friendly. There's plenty of competition and many that are designed for specific types of businesses, but what I'm finding is that just about any type of business (i.e. project management, online or web-based business, consulting, marketing, photography, etc) it can be customised to fit very well. You do have to be ready to put the time to set up your business though and that's true for any CRM. Yes, maybe some are a bit easier and faster, but if you're like me and like to bolt on new services, you'll appreciate that Zoho is likely going to still work for you, meaning less time having to start all over again.

Cons: So here are the things you have to remember when choosing Zoho. Go for Zoho One! It's worth it to get all the other apps for the difference in cost. Chances are, you'll spend a lot less by staying with Zoho and dumping all the other API'd apps that Zoho can already handle. Another thing that you have to be aware of is that their service and support can be excellent, but that depends on the rep you get at the other end of the line. My advice is to be very thorough in explaining your request and don't let them start solving issues until you know for sure they really understand what you want. Another issue is that they don't support on weekends. For many that may not be an issue, but when you live and work in a time zone or business area that needs that, time to solve issues and not get in the way of daily work, that may matter to you. But overall, I can say that from the time I started using Zoho's suite, their customer support has improved vastly! You will also find you have the need to figure out some workarounds on issues that are core to your business. Sometimes things can be customised, but not always. For example, it's a pain to have it set up for people or contacts who are associated with multiple businesses, something that's rather common in my space. Again, if you get the right technical help, you can solve issues like these. Their documentation and help videos are just OK at best. I find them very confusing and too technical at times, and I'm a pretty technical person, so once again, this means you'll be depending on their support team and you'll want to be ultra clear on what you want to accomplish.

Comments: Unlike my other review, I only used Zoho as a user, not as an administrator. I can't comment on the customer service, as I never had contact with them. I'm aware of the pricing as I shopped them before choosing the CRM my team uses now. Basically, this is a great free database, accessible by multiple users. It is not a great pipeline tracker. It is not a great system for an efficient data entry process.

Pros: The best thing about Zoho is that it's free for up to a number of users. Great for a small business who doesn't have a budget for CRM yet and needs somewhere to store information and search it later. It can be simple to use. I always look for a system that you can enter a very minimal amount of information into in order to store a lead or prospect. Zoho is definitely capable of that. I have used this in conjunction with inside and outside sales teams together. It was simple enough for the inside team to look up an account that calls in to see if they've had contact with an outside rep, and vice versa. It's nice that it has a mobile app, though when I stopped using it it was still the least intuitive/useful app I had on my mobile devices.

Cons: I've used other CRMs, and I noticed that using both Zoho and another (Salesforce) it is very common to happen upon duplicate prospects in the system. It seems like the way an account is entered is not as intuitive in detecting that the account already exists. I've used others that will suggest any contact, address, phone number, name or business that already exist in the company's pipeline literally as you're typing them. With Zoho it's more like you look up each data field first on your own to be sure the account doesn't exist before entering it. That can be pretty tedious for an already tedious job like assisting our reps with data entry. The result is lost notes, because some are on one of the duplicates and some are on the other. I've seen this particular problem cause a lot of lost time and energy for outside reps in particular, who go out to an account not knowing the most up to date information about it. I also found the other tools to be less useful than in other CRMs. For instance, generating a report on your pipeline and what stage the accounts are in. Other CRMs in a similar price range are easily capable of telling a user how many prospects are in follow up or final stages of the sales process. While using Zoho, I actually tracked my pipeline on my own separately using a spreadsheet. It was easier and more intuitive than the CRM offered. Now, leading a team, I would not use this CRM and this would be a big reason why. I can't imagine trying to track the progress of our leads via a team using this CRM's tools.

Pros: Product is somewhat OK if you're starting with the CRM but they are slow in adapting to new technologies. They are still learning and is a good tool if you're a nut bolt retailer.

Cons: Their support team is a bunch of absolute pathetic people. Clueless nincompoops who have no training, empathy or understanding of how customer support works! When you call ANY support line for any cloud service, they first tell you their name, ask yours, and request details on the issue and provide you with a case reference. NOT WITH ZOHOCRM SUPPORT CLOWNS. They talk to you on the phone and DO NOT PROVIDE a support ticket number. Even if you ask them they fail to provide a support request number. Next, if you call them about the same issue, the same nincompoop would ask you for a ticket number which he previously didn't provide!!! As a result, you waste time, explaining them again and again repeating the same thing to a useless clown who couldn't care less about the customer's issue and has absolutely no empathy. Their work ethic and attitude are probably worse than those working in the oldest profession. Here¿s what their support reps should have done, but they NEVER do all this. All of this is Customer Support 101: a. Announce their name! When you ask the customer their user ID and name, why can¿t you introduce yourselves too?? By default? What¿s there to hide?? Why wait for the customer to ask? Even a domestic call center in India does this! b. Take a call back number to call back in case the call gets disconnected! c. If you can¿t call back drop a 1 line email with the case reference number so at least the customer has a chance to pick up from where he left off! WHAT A BUNCH OF LOSERS. A rather crude bunch with absolute zero respect for paying customers. They fail to realize that they're employed because of paying customers! I have posted an audio recording of their unprofessional attitude on a support call, on YouTube. Just look for it and have a listen yourself, so you know what can be expected. ZOHO MANAGEMENT - Get your support clowns to signup for free trials of other cloud bases SAAS products and raise support requests so they can experience and may learn how to provide customer support!!

Pros: Functionality: Mail merges, email templates, customization, reporting

Cons: White the new version has some great new features (seeing when a client opens an email), it is also harder to find the customization modules and I hate that Events I create automatically are marked as closed when the date arrives. Sometimes events do not actually occur, or I have to get to them the next day - I use events to do important tasks. I want to be able to mark it closed. I want to be able to mark any activity closed in a very fast, easy way... just a check, done. Also, wish the activities would show in the calendar, not just events. Wish I could see what my team member sees on her calendar, especially when we share an event.

The creating a call function is too cumbersome and too many steps, you have to scroll down, etc. Make it faster, easier... takes too long. Wish there was a faster way to even log a quick call... reminders need to have more options like 1 week out or 2 weeks out, even 1 month out.

Really do not like that I cannot see my screen (lists) of prospects or clients at a glance as it only shows a few at a time, you have to go to next page - font is too big, too. Dashboard is not very customizable and doesn't give me the ability to put in the reports I created and want to see... getting help is ridiculous. I have to "chat" - send a message basically, then I have to wait for a response. Need to be able to get answers and help faster.

Overall: I run a small business and I evaluated many, if not all of the CRM's available to small companies. By far, Zoho offered the greatest functionality, ease of customization and overall value in price. Zoho offers the ability to create mail merge templates - one of my criteria when choosing a CRM - few others if any offer this. Also, I love that I can see when a client or prospect has opened or read an email, right from the application. Reporting features are fantastic too! I was even able to add a Zoho code to my website so now all new leads come directly into Zoho and receive an email immediately from me. Overall, I can now contact my prospects faster and close sales faster. I can manage my clients better with great detail right on their records and my one team member and I can better communicate through the CRM and even assign each other tasks. Although I highly recommend it, I do wish Zoho had live Chat Help. Takes a bit to get a response when you need help. That said, overall, best CRM, best value for small businesses that want to see and understand where their business is related to sales, sales pipeline and customer management.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think I said it above... really need these things addressed and you will be almost perfect! Thanks.

Pros: - Cheapest tool out there, especially for the feature set
- Ironically, one of the most full functioning tools out there too. Even against the biggest CRMS (Projects built in, Invoicing and Bookkeeping built in, Live chat, etc.)
- Extremely customizable
- With their own programming interface/language with Creator, a company can develop serious automations for their infrastructure, but will require work

Cons: - They used to have a vision not anymore. Their technology is always a few years behind.
- They were one of the first live chat apps, but no chat bot.
- Was one of the First CRMS, but limited data analysis, visualization, or no real AI
- Has forms, but not really landing pages
- Has SalesIQ but no anoymous prospecting, or real notifications unless they start a chat
- No document tracking for views and proposals/presentations
- Third party tools need APIs, Creator or Zapier. So no inside sales tools, automations, etc. in an app store like environment
- No individual email tracking (open and close, vs mass campaign), which is about half-a-decade old technology used by CRMs
- Individual lead notifications are not available
- Support is very, very slow and disorienting. Does not complete work on a ticket, and conversations can drop
- Completely manual input, no smart tools or database for lead details and filling information on CRM

Overall: Cheap and customizable. Easy to export and import. Fully featured when considering their Zoho One product with projects, invoices and more.

Pros: Ease of use, connectivity to outside apps (Google Apps for business, Ring Central) and the search function.

Cons: Sometimes I have a hard time explaining what I need to tech support. This is not a problem with other vendors so I know it's not in the way I'm explaining things but to their credit we always solve my problems just not always on the first try.

Overall: Zoho was not the first CRM we tried but it's the best fit for our business. We've been using it for about 2 years to manage our pipeline, contact list (and related notes), track activities we wish to perform, activities we've completed, upload PDF copies of our handwritten scribbles, attach completed forms and documents that we'll need later. We have a section within each person where we keep links to our private YouTube channel with training tutorials.

It is our hub for things that you might try to remember. Our actual work is performed outside of Zoho using industry specific software but Zoho is how we ensure that we don't drop the ball and that we quickly and easily remember where we left off when we spoke to someone 6+ months ago.

It takes a little while to get used to using software instead of saying "ohh, I'll remember that" or paying for something when you could save it in a 3 ring binder on your desk but once you get into the flow you'll never consider going back. Zoho's search function means that I can find anything I need in a few clicks. I use Google Apps for my email and Zoho for my memory.

FWIW we're a team of 5 people across 2 continents and with Zoho everyone is always in the loop and up to date on what's done, what's left to do and anything else that's going on. :)

Recommendations to other buyers: I use a premium version but the lower tiers are still really amazing and solved many of my problems until I realized I wanted more.

Cons: It's a young company so there are some glitches/kinks still being worked out

Overall: I manage Zoho CRM (Enterprise subscription) for a small B2B company. We have used this platform for about a year and a half now.
Price: Compared to other options, Zoho has great pricing for the features/value that you get.
Features: Zoho has a large number of features available to Enterprise customers. We, of course, use the Leads, Contacts, Accounts modules to keep track of all customer information. Zoho has greatly impacted our ability to keep track of the potentials/opportunities in our pipeline and to stay on top of follow-ups with customers. Also, despite our complex quoting process, we are able to quickly generate professional quotes for customers. We use the Zoho CRM Documents module to work on documents simultaneously. This eliminates the need to save several versions of documents. We use the Reports feature to evaluate performance, identify strengths/weakness, etc. The Campaigns, Solutions, Forecast and other available modules are also very useful.
Ease of Use: I think using Zoho is more hands on, as far as doing most of the initial setup and customization yourself as opposed to Zoho doing it for you (like other CRMs offer), but the process is relatively easy. Because our company has many unique pieces of sales/customer information that it wants to capture, Zoho's easy customization has been a great fit for us.
Customer Support: There are a variety of ways to contact Zoho. I use the live chat most of the time and am usually able to get assistance right away.
Development: Zoho seems to actually take note of feature requests and feedback from customers. They release a very good update to the CRM this year that provided several new and improved features. I am looking forward to seeing how the platform continues to evolve.

Comments: I think Zoho is a great option if you are looking for a free CRM in a smaller work/sales environment. It simplifies a lot of sales and marketing tasks that can be cumbersome. It is not very sophisticated with other integration (at least in the free edition). At my company, we need a cheap solution that would securely store leads and contacts so we could keep track of our interactions (e.g. emails and events), while still having the ability to standardize templates with our recruiting team.

Pros: A Huge pro for Zoho is that it is free! It contains all the must-have features that most CRMs use l like uploading leads, contacts, creating and sending emails, templates, tasks, etc. The user interface is very simple and user-friendly. It is robust enough to allow you to customize your dashboard view so you can be even more efficient. Zoho does integrate with outlook and googles calendars, making it easy to schedule and send invites to clients/customers outside of your organization. The email templates are also a useful feature that is so easy to use. You can upload your own photos, logos and custom colors.

Cons: What I don't like about the CRM is that email campaigns and invites from Zoho are more likely to be blocked by spam filters. After sending out email campaigns and invites, I have had to follow up with most of the individuals I reach out to, because it has been filtered to their junk email. I can't seem to find a consistent pattern either - as some people from the same organization received the email in their inbox, while others found it in their junk mail.

Overall: Zoho CRM is a part of my daily life as a Software Sales-Consultant. Let me list out the pros and cons.

PROS:
1. The first thing I admired about Zoho CRM is, its ease of use. I know many Saas CRMs are easy to use. But this one packaged with multiple options and features than some Saas CRMs yet I never find it hard to use all the features.
2. Reports: I always love to generate reports for my Vendors and my boss. Reporting features comes with numerous customizable filters . Dashboard with reporting is icing on the cake.
3. Very seldom I faced server issues as it's a cloud based service.
4. Sales pipeline became easy now as we can categorize all the leads with regards of product, Vendor and Etc.
5. Innovation: I like that they always come with innovative ideas integrated with such less complexity.
6. Value for the money: I believe that Zoho brings most features which can be seen in Salesforce, SugarCRM and etc, but in a reasonable price. Completely satisfied with that.
CONS:
1. Customer Support: Well they have 24/7 customer support. But the knowledge of any Tech Support person is not sufficient to resolve any big issues. Yet they are quick and kind.
2. 2016 update: Well it comes with many goodies like Sales-Impulse and lot but have many bugs as well. Sometimes i could not add a note on a lead or contact. I spoke to them regarding this and hope that they will resolve it soon.
3. Lack of Customization: Sometimes I feel like it would be better if they let me add my own customization on data fields and Filters. The scope of customization is comparatively less.

Recommendations to other buyers: Firstly I appreciate the idea of getting feedbacks from the users. You guys rock.

Pros: Its a CRM. It does what we need it to do most of the time. Look I am reasonable, no CRM is going to 100% meet your needs. They all have their limitation. Overall it does what we need it to do most of the time which is what you expect from a CRM.

Cons: Whenever something goes wrong on their end, which has happened a number of times now, its almost like they don't employ any developers at all. Actual quote "You have to wait until 11am ISD as we have no developers here to assist until then". What sort of multinational SAAS provider has NO developers available? Then at 11am ISD, it will be maximum 4 hours, ok things take time to fix, I am reasonable. 5 hours later the manager is "out of her office" and EVERY other manager in the building is 'on the phone currently'. Meanwhile I have been waiting for over a week for their developers to fix a 'global error' whilst my staff are sitting at home wondering why their pay advice's haven't been sent, or if they are getting paid at all this week... No one at Zoho wants to talk to me. The best they can offer is "I will have someone email you once the situation is resolved". Why can't they just be honest/real? Why can't they just do what we the consumers pay them generously to do??

Pros: * Easy to use: not hard to find features and navigate the options
* Easy customization of modules and fields
* It has more features than we need
* Very ubiquitous, which means that others have integrated already. We use RingIO for our call management, which was readily integrated with Zoho
* It is quite fast most of the time
* Do not recall any downtimes ever
* Customer support seems to be quite attentive and responsive, which is very nice considering it is a a really large company
* You can see the evolution in usability without being too pushy with radical changes

All in all I see a lot more pros than cons

Cons: * The reporting engine leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, you can customize reports, but it is very basic. You can't really anything beyond the most trivial filters so we ended up created redundant fields that were necessary to work with the engines. At some point we ended up exporting the data to netTerrain and using netTerrain for the reports, which has a much better reporting engine
* The API is not really RESTful. The security schema is weak and in general REST guidelines and patterns are not complied with

Overall: It's a CRM, so the benefits are quite obvious I think.

Comments: We are using Zoho email, calendar and CRM to run our small startup with 5 active users. I've previously used the full Salesforce.com package in a large multinational. I have to say the Zoho allows me to do the same things that I previously did in Salesforce to a pretty high level. Having said that, I don't think that Zoho is that cheap either, at USD $20 per head per month. That's $1200 per year for 5 people. A necessary evil unfortunately. Part of signing up for Zoho CRM is that they offer a call with one of their support staff to familiarize you with the product. This was a complete waste of time. Fist the call was 20 minutes after the appointed time. The man from India who called me was completely distracted and appeared to be taking other calls (putting his mic on mute) and typing on a keyboard while I was trying to ask him questions. He was very arrogant and rude and a liar. When I pointed out that he was typing instead of listening he denied it. I'd asked him the same question 3 times, and each time he came back with the same nonsensical question to my question. Bad, Bad, Bad. I ended up hanging up and am angry that they wasted my time with such a pointless and empty offer.

Pros: It's a fully functional CRM package for a small enterprise. It is relatively intuitive to use and I like that automatically picks up the emails you send and appends them to the client record, provided you've entered the clients email details.

Cons: The Indian call centre is a disgrace. Worst I've come across and that's saying something. I don't think that the CRM calendar sync's with the email calendar.

Recommendations to other buyers: Avoid the call centre at all costs. If you can't work it out yourself, don't bother calling them as you'll just end up angry.

Pros: I love that Zoho has many different "bolt on" features that I can add depending on the needs of my business. The ability to integrate and scale is one of the many things I really like about Zoho. It's basically an Ala Carte menu that I can take advantage of when necessary. Zoho CRM and other Zoho products integrate seamlessly and you don't need a programming degree to figure it out. Having a better then average understanding of how technologies work is very helpful, but the novice shouldn't have any problems getting acclimated to how Zoho CRM works.

Cons: Like most software services like Zoho their customer service isn't ideal and it often takes some time for someone to get back to you if at all. This is one of the biggest CON's I've noticed. You pay much less for their services, but you lose the customer service touches you would typically get with a service like salesforce.com. If you can handle the trade off, some people can't, then Zoho is for you. If you are aren't willing to sacrifice the ability to get CS in real time then Zoho isn't for you.

Overall: If you are an out of the box thinker and someone who works well independently and likes to learn new things and build businesses, then Zoho is the platform for you. Most software platforms are migrating to this model and it includes numerous software bolt on solutions to help your business grow. If you are looking at building your business strategically and don't want to break the bank then you would be doing yourself a dis-service if you don't review and consider Zoho as proven growing software platform.

Pros: I used ZohoCRM in two different jobs. My first job was in Sales and Account Management. I used ZohoCRM on a daily basis and I was not the one who set it up originally. The tool is really easy to use with very good flexibility in adding/removing/changing fields. You can also add workflow automation which is great when you get it right. On my second job I actually set it up from scratch and I was surprised at how easy it was to set it up and get it running. Since I was an experienced used before, it took me, literally, less than an hour to get it up and going. I was able to import hundreds of contacts and leads with just a few clicks.

Cons: The interface could be cumbersome at times. The editing of individual fields should allow the user to click anywhere in the field to go into update mode. Instead you need to click on the actual pencil, which depending on your screen resolution can be small and not as easy to target and click on it. The automation workflow is great, but it's hard to get it right and there's no easy way to test it out to see if it's going to do what you'd expect. If you set it up wrong you may not realize until some time later. It'd be good to have a way to test the automation you're allowed to configure.

Pros: We investigated so many CRM's and found many of the others to have good marketing but a lesser product at a higher cost. We started with the free version and gradually moved up to the Enterprise Subscription so we could fully customize not only basic CRM functions but a full transaction management system. We have several custom modules and custom buttons that the Zoho Engineers designed to our specifications at no extra charge! You can use it right out of the box and get great value but the customization was really the icing on the cake for us.

Cons: I like that their is a whole suite of products that can integrate into the CRM but unfortunately the three we have tried/investigated Zoho Websites, Zoho Mail & Zoho Survey have not offered us the functionality we need so we have had to use alternative products. Older versions linked with LinkedIn so you could synchronize pictures of contacts but this no longer is possible - I think due to LinkedIn making an exclusive agreement with another CRM provider?

Comments: If you're looking for a CRM that is customizable and can adjust to your business, Zoho CRM is the best bang for your dollar. However, recognize that Zoho's platform is to develop features, *not* to be a sales partner. They have partners around the world who can help you on an ad hoc or on-going basis, but the 24/5 support is really just there for trouble shoot issues with the program - not to help you develop your business.

Pros: The customization means that Zoho can be adapted to a variety of fields. It's generally intuitive for sales people and their cross platform support is really picking up with the new User Interface.

Cons: Documentation is nearly non-existent. Support is present effectively only to address bugs, not to problem solve.

Recommendations to other buyers: I've looked at a lot of CRMs but I've been very happy with the value of Zoho and am not leaving any time soon. As much as I wish they'd invest a bit more in their customer support, I am so happy with the product, the people working on the product, and all of the innovations they continue to bring. Additionally, if you're looking for a platform to build a business, Zoho has one of the richest ecosystems out there and they're basically hidden from view because they don't spend any money on marketing. A far cry from their competition.

Comments: ZOHO CRM in general is a good CRM for SMB's. It's always one of the options in the CRM selection process. Any CRM is only as good as the business process behind it.

Pros: Pricing: ZOHO CRMs pricing is very affordable for SMB's. The pricing structure allows businesses to scale up without worrying about the monthly subscription. Functionalities: Overall, ZOHO CRM's functionality is good. It has most of the essential business functionalities. Customizing the CRM according to the business process is very easy. It does provide basic reports and analytics that gives very good business insights.

Cons: Functionalities: Although ZOHO CRM provides good functionality, it still lacks some of it that will definitely be an added value to most of it's customers. An example would be a validation rule. A lot of the customers have already brought this topic over ZOHO forums, although ZOHO CRM reps respond with courtesy, this functionality is still in the RnD. A few other requested functionalities have been requested, but it may take ZOHO CRM years before implementing such.

Overall: I use and implement Zoho CRM for 3 years.
For me it's the best solution for all type of companies: from a one person company to a big corporation with multiple subsidiaries. the new update that zoho implemented in 2016 was welcome, and provides a UI that is sleek, and easily manipulated to suit whatever form of data i wish to see. BIG bonus points for the ability to seamlessly integrate gmail with the platform, letting me see my entire email history with any of the leads or contacts in the platform, at the record level. Development flexibility is great, reporting is easy to use and detailed. my only ding would be with button functions, and that the interfaces are not COMPLETELY customizable. Hey. nothing is perfect, but for a CRM, Zoho is easily the closest thing to perfect software as I have found. They saw the challenges and weak points in the various platforms out there, adressed them, and present it in the most streamlined way of the bunch. We custonized the modules and workfliw to suit our unique industry, no problem. Highly recommend this software to anyone looking for a CRM.

Pros: It ties in with our Zoho Mail, is very affordable compared to its competitors, and we love the Salesinbox feature

Cons: It's very difficult to setup to get it running at full functionality and the guides aren't in depth enough.
The phone apps could be improved to tie in better with cell calls and texts

Overall: We've been using Zoho CRM for almost 6 months now. The beginning was very, very rocky. It's tedious to get setup if you have no CRM experience, and while there are How-To guides out there, they aren't very in depth and didn't answer most of the questions we have. The guides cover the most obvious things you can probably figure out how to to do yourself (like adding company details). The more complicated things like setting up work flow processes, are not user friendly and don't have good enough manuals.

Once you get setup and running though it's a decent CRM system, and very good for the price. I love their Sales Inbox feature and the way it separates out our salesmen's emails.

We also use the Zoho CRM app on our phones and haven't been too impressed. Would love to see that upgraded and improved to better interact with the cell phones and log calls and texts.

If you have Zoho Mail or any other Zoho programs already, definitely look into using Zoho CRM for your CRM needs. It's more affordable than some of the others like Salesforce, and has some good features that get the job done.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have Zoho apps like Zoho Mail already, then this ties in beautifully and is a great addition.

Pros: We love that fact that the different modules can be customized to suit the different business units within our organization. The ability to create the modules and then design rule based views to manage workflow is very simple to do, not time consuming, and doesn't require advanced programming skills.

Cons: We feel the support side could be better when having issues or simple questions about features, at times the team doesn't seem to understand the questions we are asking. There are many little quirks with the software that somewhat limit the search feature, specifically the phone number fields.

Overall: We have been using ZOHO for the last 8 years at our company. The software is very flexible and allows us to customize modules for different business units at our organization. Would recommend to others.

Comments: This is a amazing software. I have been using SFDC before, and I find ZoHo as a really good tool for a small start-up as we are. All contacts and information, actions, everything you need in one place. Of course you could ask for more such as outlook integration and better collaboration, but so far it serves our needs

Pros: Easy to use, the App for Android works perfect. I am on a free plan right now but we will upgrade as soon as revenue starts to kick in. I like the search and report functions in particular. It is a perfect tool for start-up business. We are a Chinese related firm with operations in China, and there is also a version available in china through a partner company. Otherwise SFDC and other popular CRM tools are blocked in China as of now.

Cons: Not so easy to back-up. Limitations of records seems tight in the free version. Also the integration of email seems difficult. I prefer to write emails, use tasks and schedule in MS Outlook, but I cannot see how it could synch seamlessly between MS and ZoHo

Recommendations to other buyers: Check out the free version first, and upgrade when you see your business grow. If you work for a larger organization than ours, than check how well it works with groups, chat function etc. I am sure it does, but that would be my prio no. 1, when we grow our business to have everyone on the same page, but not everyone need to access all data.

Pros: Easy setup and use of the system and the ability to customize with a few clicks even for new requirements, which I did not foresee, when I started using the system.

Overall: I started testing the free version Zoho CRM even before I did setup a new business in holiday rental. With start of the business I switched to the premium version which provided to me all the additional features and possibilities to customize the system to my specific needs.

In the meantime I could further enhance the solution for a Coworking space, which I started in March 2015.

What I also use is the easy integration with Zoho Campaigns, which helps me to be in regular contact with my customers and prospects.

A great feature is the integration with my social channels on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. This helps to find additional new contacts and to stay tuned with my followers.

Whenever I faced a problem or question I received prompt support from Zoho's support team.

Comments: While the application has its flaws, we have been using it for over a year and it serves its purpose. Our main concern at this point is scalability, once we increase our user base significantly.

Pros: The application serves its purpose, but seems to be directed to much less sophisticated users than, say, Salesforce customers. It's fairly easy to figure out the basic functions, the reports are easy to set up, and the interface is fairly fluid.

Cons: It isn't always easy to figure out how to implement various functions. One issue we had was with the bcc function, which was blocked by an internet security application until we figured that out. Also, customer service is really poor. We use Zoho for projects too and customer service is even worse. We've been trying to work with them to figure out an institutional authentication protocol and they are useless. Not recommended for more sophisticated users. Oh, and we had multiple billing issues until they got their act together and fixed how they were billing for numbers of users and reimbursed us for that error.

Comments: I would recommend this for a tech savvy startup who is on a budget, at a very reasonable for one user this is a great tool for the office if you don't need individualized task assignments, if you have a bunch of users I would explore salesforce as a solution instead as the price will be better in the long run.

Pros: The largest benefit with zoho can is it's ability to be customized for each user and application usage (however see cons). My favorite part of the tool is blueprint mapping, it will let you visually map out your work flows, tasks, emails, etc all in one screen, however the directions and terminology is vague so it takes a while to setup. From a functional standpoint zoho CRM is feature rich, with endless options for integrations and usages.

Cons: The help documents are ok at best, with that being said they do have free email support. The settings and terminology ate difficult to arrange and set per organizational needs. Some if the integrations zoho offers are not two way integrations with their own platforms.

Pros: Cheaper than Salesforce and it seems like they offer a lot more add-ons for free so that they can take more market-share from them.
For those of us who had used Salesforce, it was pretty easy to use (but not as easy as Salesforce) and we adapted to it just fine. Our younger employees do fine with it, but the older ones struggle (but I blame the people not the software).
A decent amount of other software we use integrate with Zoho or are working on that integration.

Cons: Boarder-line too many features and add-on programs. Sometimes accidentally navigate to different app (outside of the CRM) and it can be confusing. So I'd save navigation could use some work.
Some areas feel half-baked, like the functionality is mostly there but the UI/UX isn't quite fleshed out perfectly.
Support was slow to respond and didn't always have an answer. Our internal team tended to do most of the troubleshooting. (Therefore, we didn't use Support too much.)

Overall: It does what you need a CRM to do- that's to keep your customers, prospects, and opportunities organized in one location. And it does it for a more reasonable price compared to the Salesforce standard.

Pros: There is so much flexibility and customization possible, you are mostly limited by your ability to use them all. It has given our sales managers much better tools to manage their leads and accounts, and given management visibility to everything that is happening. It ensures that potential customers aren't left hanging and that the whole team knows the history of interactions. The ability to customize all of the modules and how they interact is great. There are so many features that we are barely using half of them, each month we discover something new that will help us.

Cons: It can be a bit confusing to the end users at first, the interface is less intuitive than it could be, especially with all of the different view options. Reports are also a little difficult to build properly.

Overall: So far I have been using the new CRM for the last 3 months or so and it has been a far improved experience as compared to their previous iteration of the CRM software.

Of the best improvements are the additional functionality especially with the new filter features and integration of email into the system, including notifications of opens, clicks etc.

There are still some features missing like the full email integration which at the moment is only available to premium customers but hopefully the full suite of services will be available to all in the future.

A great system and would recommend to all that want to improve their business processes in dealing with clients, campaigns, marketing and support.

Pros: CRM is broken down into many different categories. Each one combines your Accounts, Activities, Contacts, and many other features. These headers are also broken down in subcategories, which helps group all your important company information together. Zoho is a nice package if you're just starting out with your CRM and you don't want to be confused by having a ton of features all in front of you.

Cons: If you plan on switching to another help desk, you'll probably switch your CRM along with it. Zoho combines all your basic needs into one package, but they come up a little short when competing on the market. Connectwise and Atera may come off as having more features that make sense versus having one CRM with only basic information. A lot of these other CRM will group everything together versus going to one particular spot all the time.

Pros: Zoho is a powerhouse. There are lots of features and functions. They want to become your single provider of business software. They do everything from CRM, Email, Project Management, Bookkeeping. Most importantly, a lot of the information is connected and useful across different "apps."

If you and your team are all committed to the program and stick with it, you'll see massive rewards. I've been using Hubspot for a side business and it works great as a CRM but ZOHO allows you to do so much more.

With ZOHO you can almost not leave the interface which aids in minimizing distractions.
There are still lots of apps though so if you have everything open you'll still mess yourself up.

Cons: It's amazing if you are committed to the system and the whole team gets on board and commits. There is a lot of software learning and picking up of functionality. If you and your team dont commit to setting up and customizing functionality to fit your needs, you'll only continue to get overwhelmed by all the features and not be able to get what you need from this software.

Good to kickstart your business - better if not standalone

Comments: Zoho CRM is a good tool if you start your business. Fast and intuitive. It is also very flexible. the way fields and rules can be programmed makes it perfect to save countless hours of development. My conclusion is * Good for small businesses with little to no dev capacities * Good to start functionalities or a business but if you can plan on a combination Zoho/homemade * Pros: Fast, easy, flexible, cost efficient at small scale * Cons: 1) Not open enough at the data level. IF you have no developper: It might simply be your best option because you will go pretty far for a very reasonable cost If you have developpers, then starting with Zoho is a good option because you will figure out exactly what you want before you actually program it. I would recommend you build your own platform in parallel and very soon after you start. It's goal should be to make you the owner of your data and to "make up" for what zoho lacks. Making your platform and zoho work together will soon require that you get more users (because of the limit in data transactions imposed by zoho) that you get a zoho report accounts etc

Pros: Evaluating different alternatives for customer management, we decided to use Zoho CRM because it has many features that allow you to configure the platform to your needs. Everything is through integrations and modules that allow you to connect with special extensions. It also allows you to generate reports and dashboard for measuring, which is the only way you can improve.
And the best thing: Zoho One! you can access to another Zoho platforms with the same account.

Cons: The bad thing is that you require knowledge and programming skills when integrating and connecting with other existing platforms.

Overall: The best CRM online platform, it's the all-in-one tool for client management, specially because you can configure stages, registrees, automatization, and gives order to your sales team.

Pros: This software is very well designed, it contains all the needed functionalities by sales team and management for daily use. Zoho CRM Is not complex like what we see in other software. The best is that Zoho is improving it continually.

Cons: The look and feel of the last version Zoho CRM 2016 is different than the other Zoho products and that is not really nice. Also, when comparing the price with other CRM Like Salesforce or MS dynamics. The difference is huge and most of the time not justifiable

Overall: I am using Zoho CRM since one year now, and also other products from Zoho like Zoho Invoice and Zoho Mail. When it come to the product, it is great in terms of quality / price. When it come to the company, personally I love their philosophy in business - sometime I feel like I am dealing with a foundation not as they are giving all the time and don't ask for return. I don't know companies providing professional email hosting for 25 users for free forever - Zoho Corp do and do also for Zoho CRM.

Pros: ZohoCRM is one of the CRM system I use most. The Zoho Corporation has a solution for any business needs: customer relationship management, invoicing, project management, inventory and so on. I was really amazed the first time I've used Zoho by its ease of use and powerful features provided. The Zapier integration enables you to automate lots of repetitive tasks and integrate Zoho with other apps and systems (even if you can manage almost anything directly in Zoho).

Cons: The first setup can be hard. Sometimes, effective tips to drive you in the first setup are missing. Providing a huge amount of tools and features, some operations could be simplified. For example, importing leads from an external lead generation sources requires you to create a Zoho Campaign, otherwise you won't be able to create new records. This is a great approach conceptually (leads belong to specific campaigns) but it is not so easy to understand and implement, at least at the first time. So I think they should simplify this process or, at least, provide an exhaustive documentation or a quick tip to suggest how to proceed.

Overall: Great management of several business operations and marketing activities at an affordable price. Zoho is one of the cheapest solutions I've ever used and they provide lots of features and tools even with the basic plans. It is a scalable solution that enables you to unlock "super-powers" only and when you are able to afford higher cost, alongside with your business growth.

Overall: I used Zoho CRM software for over two years on a daily cadence and had relatively little bugs and issues. We managed all incoming and outbound leads for our department and also integrated a qualification survey to vet potential vendors. External users typically were able to complete the survey within 5-10 minutes which saved our company over 40 hours a week of management level labor. The external facing application could have been more user friendly but overall it was a success. I would recommend this software for small/mid size teams to track projects and leads, as well as create visually appealing progress reports and summaries.

Comments: I've tired all kinds of CRM's and all of them were to expensive or even outdated. The insurance business as a whole is out dated with technology and by using ZOHO CRM we are able to assign prospecting territories, keep our agents from calling over each other when they are cold calling. Track qualified leads. Convert those qualified leads to opportunities and then into a customer = $$$. You really don't know the value of your pipeline until you track it and understand your industries averages. I realized how much money we were losing by not calling people back at the right time to reschedule appointments to close more deals. This is a great product for small growing agencies like mine. Most importantly, every time I add a new user or agent it only cost me $15 a month which I make my money back every month. So don't view this CRM as a liability when it is keeping track of your assets!

Pros: Everything I mentioned in my review.

Cons: It will take a minute to customize the CRM to your agency or companies workflow but when its set up it is awesome!

Recommendations to other buyers: I highly recommend it for the price, usability and overall quality.

Pros: I love that you can literally create your own workflow. The automation rules and blueprints and the ability to create custom fields and design each page of the CRM to display what you need is just superb. I've explored a lot of CRMs in the last couple of years and have yet to find one as flexible as this. It's almost overwhelming with all you can do. Then add in the ability to do emails, integrate with almost any other tool, etc. and you have a CRM that can grow with you.

Cons: It's a little complex to set up everything if you don't know what you are doing. There are boatloads of features, and you don't have to use them all. But it would be nice to see the core features explained better through onboarding. Once you work with it for a bit there isn't a problem. But for those who don't want to customize their workflow, the defaults might seem daunting at first.

Overall: This software has become the very core of my business. Pretty much everything else I use integrates with Zoho CRM and runs through it. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose it.

Pros: I love how much this software platform gives you, even for the free based product. Even if your business doesn't conform to the normal business in a box model, you can quickly adapt Zoho CRM to serve your needs with even the free version. Upgrading to the paid version only expands your abilities, which happen as you grow and have more money to spend on things like this.

Cons: I wish that SOME of the features in the higher paid versions were available ala carte so that you didn't have to invest a lot of money to get something you need, including a lot of stuff you might not.

Overall: Fast and easy CRM without having to pay a lot of money, along with a system that grows with me in size and features as I grow and can afford to upgrade along with it.

Comments: ZOHO CRM is an excellent tool for small businesses who get access to the functionality that was previously only available to large companies with big budgets for CRM tools.

Pros: The pay per user model. The back office. The app has certainly improved lately. It used to have sync issues and wasn't easy to navigate but I have been using it again in the last 3 months as there have been some major imrpovements.

Cons: Most of the issues I originally had with the app have been cleared up. I haven't used other tools and am not able to compare products, but for a small company, ZOHO provides excellent reporting and enables business/sales mobility.

Recommendations to other buyers: Any company looking to use cloud functionality and upgrade to new technology should look into ZOHO as it is a very user friendly and customisable CRM tool.

Comments: It is one of the cheapest CRM systems with highly integrative and functional modules out in the market today. It can be applied to most, if not all, businesses/companies for efficient marketing and sales monitoring.

Pros: Pros: As we have been persistently looking for an optimum system solution to manage and monitor the Bank¿s lending activities, Zoho CRM fully addressed all our needs from prospecting up to when the leads are being converted to opportunities. Their functional modules are very integrated such that there is no longer need for a separate Management Information System to prepare reports and status updates of all accounts/clients and employees. Zoho also offers an orderly set of interface making the whole software a very convenient and adoptable tool to efficiently monitor marketing and sales activities both internal and external. Plus, it is very very helpful to conduct an actual demo with Zoho Sales Administrators/Team. That is how we were able to look on the best of the system's functionality.

Cons: Zoho doesn¿t offer yet an on-premise type of software architecture. Its cloud-based platform may be risky most especially if sets of information being plugged into the system are highly confidential. Although security features are comprehensively presented with certification from authorizing bodies, the risk will always be there.

Pros: I've used this for about 5 years and I really like it. The support team is awesome. I see new updates all the time. I seriously don't know why everyone doesn't use it. Clearly I'm a fan. When I hear people say "i use salesforce" i'm like, really, show me what's so special and they aren't able to show anything that's not in zoho so I think they are just believe the marketing msg from SF.

Cons: Well, I wish it was less money. I know I've already got a good deal but paying less is always better. I'm testing the crm + now and that's got some pretty awesome features like the predictive email sending. that's cool.

Pros: The best thing about it is its search capability. It is easy to find anything in the database - not just what's in formal fields, but even what's in notes. Not all CRMs do this. For example, HubSpot's CRM only searches the specific fields, so we don't like theirs. In general, Zoho is easy to use.

Cons: We have reached some of its limits. For example, it only allows a certain number of date-based fields on a record, so we've had to improvise with other types of fields to enter the additional dates we need to track. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to sort the order of email template groups, which is inconvenient. Finally, customer support is not that great, but I suppose it's adequate considering the low price of the product.

Recommendations to other buyers: This software is geared toward sales and marketing, but we don't use it for that. Even though we use it for a purpose Zoho probably never imagined, it works quite well for us. So, if you're considering the software, you could think outside the box in terms of how to use it. Its low cost, coupled with ease of use and flexibility, should make it worthy of consideration for database use, even if you're not intending it for sales and marketing purposes.

Pros: The very helpful thing about Zoho CRM is that it automates vital sales tasks and it¿s excellent connectivity with many of google apps makes maximal use of social media too.It also features a dedicated conversational assistant Zia which can provide you your status in every form. From gantt charts to monthly revenue information all features are provided. It also features multi-user portals which turned out be very helpful for our team, encryption and predictive AI with Mobile SDK and app distribution on their most popular enterprise plan.

Cons: The price for a standard user is moderate but it doesn't features things like personal assistant for a standard plan. They require much more money for the services mentioned above. Despite the great features offered by Zoho CRM. Sometimes bugs can also occur in new features. We have pointed out a few improvements and the customer response time was good and they dealt with our problems efficiently

Cons: A few things are hardcoded which reduces the flexibility.

Overall: As a long time Zoho user I have experienced its growth and improvement. My company uses Zoho daily to manage sales with the CRM, marketing with email campaigns, and website communication with Sales IQ. The support staff has been extremely responsive and taken suggestions for the improvement of user experience. I am very happy with Zoho and heartily recommend it!

Pros: It's extremely intuitive to use once you get the basics right. Ample customization possible to suit your business. They have a great app, which means I can get a lot of work done on the move. I also use Zoho books, social and other products and all of them integrate very well with each other.

Cons: Some of their customer support staff who come on chat don't know enough about the product. The roles and user management is complex. I still haven't figured that out. And the integration between multiple Zoho tools can do with some improvements.

Overall: It's the only way to keep a tab on all our clients and potentials. I can't imagine scaling up my sales team without Zoho CRM.

Comments: Company is very aggressive from a development standpoint, so new features are introduced regularly (Enterprise version). While we view this, in the long-run, as a huge positive, it does sometimes have its down-side when new training is required for changed features. Customer service is consistently way above expectations. ZohoCares is not just a hashtag line, they really do care about their customers and their productivity!

Pros: Very pleasing user interface. Product is intuitive. Excellent mobile application. Very good application for both marketing and sales reps.

Cons: While product is easily customizable, special functions are not as easy as portrayed. Additional tutorials would be helpful. Can sometimes have server "lag-time".

Pros: Zoho CRM is an enterprise-level CRM solution with a full suite of functionality. It can do far, far more than other CRMs in its price range, and the API is wide open so we can add even more functionality as needed.

Cons: The support for Zoho CRM is based in India, as is the entire company, so support is difficult to get and not always easy to understand nor accurate. Like other products in the Zoho suite, CRM has some features that don't work as expected, or that have odd limits (API calls per day limited to x number per user license, for example).

Pros: This was the first program I used from Zoho and from there I used almost all of them. It is important to have this mainly to integrate the other services and thus have a complete organization of everything that your clients or your collaborators do. I love that the support staff, many times consider the good ideas you have to improve. Zoho CRM gives me detail of everything (contacts, emails, tasks, events, invoices, quotes, etc.) and well outlined.

Cons: Initially it was visually a bit poor but this has improved a lot and they constantly keep updating and improving.

Pros: Zoho is just fun to use. Everyone that comes into contact with it enjoys it. As you use it more, you really start to appreciate that it is the most stunning CRM on the market. For all our leads and customers we can now see all their interactions to our company including all their emails, quotes, invoices, deals, pictures of their business cards, their facebook feed, their twitter feed, their visits to our website including times on the site and pages visited. It really shows you all customer interactions - and this makes it the best CRM on the market.

Cons: Their customer service is getting better by the day. With over 5000 employees they have the resources to answer all questions - however complicated.

Pros: It is great having Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk for Tickets and Zoho Projects. I am an administrator for projects. Having consistency with one company helps.

Cons: 1. Doing reports can be cumbersome. It can take several tries before you are able to capture all necessary fields as well as to have the date range correct.
2. When going from Leads to Potentials to Accounts does not populate all the information from the previous record. This includes contact information. Having to enter the info for each is time consuming.
3. Recently have had issues with the account information not populating into Zoho Desks. I check the CRM and the contact person is listed in the account. However the account information does not always populate.

Pros: I like the ability to customize the layouts and how each section of the CRM functions. We use most of what we purchase and love it. The love part is the ability to see everything on the accounts page. Desk tickets, Projects, future Leads, etc. Zoho in general is definitely making a name and need to keep up the good work.

Cons: Just their support team is my only con. Their responses times to situations the require immediate attention (this has only happen twice to me btw) take way too long. Once they get that under control, I think my con will become a pro.

Cons: Email formatting can get messed up with some characters being larger than others when you add words to a template email.

Overall: Zoho is user-friendly and very cost effective. You will see ROI within the first few weeks once you commit to using it's features daily to manage relationships. I am a new marketing professional who brought this product into my company. Before my time, they were using excel sheets to manage calls. With the help of Zoho, I've been able to truly foster my relationships by clearly seeing the relationship timeline and setting reminders for our next conversation. You can also see who opens your emails, and the response rate for each email template your create. Pretty cool stuff! And any difficulties you have, customer service is here to help. The guides are also great to get you started.

Pros: It does everything you would expect of a CRM. All the features you will end up needing are locked in the enterprise version, but that is industry standard...

Cons: Their tech support is almost non existent! It is infuriating. Waiting over a week for their developers to fix an issue that they themselves caused. Unfortunately for me the customer, the error has a catastrophic effect on my entire business.. But no one at Zoho seems to want to talk to me about it...

Comments: I wish they had a better "best practices" blueprint on how to use their suite.

Pros: Their paid editions are very nice. The sales notifications have increased our closure rate and the email tie in works well. Price is very good and nice tie in with the rest of their suite.

Cons: It's complicated, but so if life. They set up information is lacking and can create problems if you don't do in proper sequence, which they don't really talk about. The push free trials for pro editions, but some of the features are still unavailable. Training video are weak, not detailed.

Comments: I have been pleased with all of Zoho's offerings but I love Zoho CRM.

Pros: The multitude of integrations out of the box are impressive. Zoho is one of the few companies that doesn't over promise. All CRMs need customization to fit the needs of the organization. Don't overpay for CRM because you are dazzled by functionality.

Cons: Not a US based company. Support is fair but not great. The included features for a subscription level is constantly evolving. New features are purposely put in a new subscription level that did not exist before, forcing an upgrade.

Comments: I use Zoho every day and so do the sales people, the power and the flexibility of the reporting means that we can look at the data far quicker than using the previous method of excel spreadsheets. This means that we can better analyse our sales cycle and also most importantly our customer satisfaction

Pros: It works in all browsers, very easy to use and intuitive to generate reports.

Cons: It can be tricky with the changing of passwords for the password policy!

Recommendations to other buyers: start with a small set of data, get confident using it and then bring in more data.

Pros: There are a lot of additional support tools from ZOHO to fully customize the pieces and parts we need to run our business. We use the CRM, surveys, and social posts and all of these software talk to each other to keep us up to date on the latest leads for our sales team.

Cons: Some of the software is paid monthly and some are paid and renewed yearly. I wanted to consolidate my account to have only one receipt for each month or year, but the accounting team at ZOHO said they could not do that.

Overall: Daily organization of business contacts and leads.

Comments: We have LOVE LOVE LOVED Zoho. It has kept our team current with what each person has done with an account. It also has enable us to work more efficiently while we are not in the office. It sure saves us having to call a meeting and tell everyone on our Team what we've done, who we've touched base with and where the conversation was left while we were not in pocket.

Pros: -Ease of customization tailored to your individual business needs and requirements. -All your emails for all of your team in one place. -All contact info updated and kept in one central location. -Syncs with JotForm, so new forms can update information on your contacts.

Cons: -Our iPhone app, Android app, iPad app fails to sync with the server. We are currently having to do everything on the desktop website. -I wish there was a way to sync account info with a contact. Once a Lead is changed to an Account and Contact...(all leads are split to create both when they're converted, which is nice!)...but once it is changed, anything that you change on the account, you also must change on the contact. -Quickbooks integration is no longer supported. -We cannot get inventory to sync with our inventory system, either.

Comments: We have all of our National and International sales team members using Zoho (about 35 individuals). We've been using it for over 8 years and appreciate the additional apps, upgrades and add-ons that Zoho releases. Our primary use is specifically related to client, activity and opportunity management and tracking. We looked at many other RCM applications and Zoho was the clear choice.

Pros: Consistent integration of new apps. Outstanding price point, tons of functionality, intuitive and easy to learn...

Cons: I'd like to see tighter Outlook calendar and email integration.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are using or considering SalesForce or any CRM...you must take a close look at Zoho!

Pros: We can create templates for events easily and with great precision. It keeps us from messing things up by accident. Everyone on our team has been able to learn how to use the CRM quickly and effectively.

Cons: We use Zoho for two companies, and I wish that I could move back and forth between them without logging in and out each time. A toggle would be great!

Overall: We use Zoho CRM to intake leads, set up and manage all of our private events for two companies. It gives our company one place to keep all of this data and keeps us from getting our wires crossed. We have found it easy to use.

Comments: I am very happy with ZOHO as my CRM. I looked at many CRM's before landing on ZOHO and I found ZOHO relatively easy to use. I have also found that the Customer service and support is very helpful and quick to respond to questions and/or concerns.

Comments: Since I have an IT background it was so easy for me to use and configure. The limits on downloading was a real issue for me, but overall it's an awesome tool. There's limited telephone or account support...so, you have to figure a lot out on your own. For me, it wasn't much of an issue. The integrations are cumbersome and harder to figure out without testing and patience.

Pros: free, intuitive and easy to navigate...helps me prioritize my pipeline

Cons: integration to outlook difficult, hard to keep up with tasks and takes a lot of configuring for a basic user if you want to maximize use.

Pros: It is very customizable only if you want to change it according to functionality of basic zoho crm. If you change it too much, the basic features get discarded. However ,very customizable and feauture rich crm. Learning curve is very easy. It follows customer pipeline model. It is very user friendly.

Cons: The setup is complicated and the customer support are not much supportive in that regard. It requires investing time even on setup process.

Overall: This is absolute solution for vendor leads managed by my company. Whenever anyone comes to our company we provide them with our inputs, which has boosted our sales. The customers are very satisfied by user friendly environment and all of my colleagues are happy by this crm.

Pros: This program offers lead management, comprehensive reporting, advanced features, built-in compatibility with live chat, phone, and social media tools. It's first-class integration with G-Suite is impressive for any business already utilizing it. All of this goes well above and beyond many CRM options and a very competitive price. It also features an admin panel that allows customizable versions to those using the software to simplify the user experience for those unfamiliar with all of the features.

Cons: It's hard to find a complaint but if I have one it's that workflow automation is only available to those with the Professional edition.

Comments: I am a fan of Zoho CRM. I have been a user for over two years. I use it primarily to keep track of my interactions with clients. I also use the bulk mailing feature quite a bit. They have recently updated this feature and I am very pleased. Customer service has been very responsive whenever I have had a question. I had been using salesforce, I find Zoho much easier and more in line with what I need.

Pros: As I stated I love the bulk mail feature. Great tracking, very easy to use.

Cons: I really have not had any issues.

Pros: Zoho CRM offers far more customization than I ever thought. I'm quite pleased with choosing this CRM over the higher-end, higher-priced ones. I can say that it meets my every business need and is so user friendly. I use Zoho CRM in conjunction with Zoho Database, which is also great.

Cons: I did attempt to contact customer service on a few occasions and was unable or never heard back from them. This was very disappointing and frustrating. They definitely better tech support for the US.

Pros: The workflow, data automation are simple to implement. The solution is cloud based so storage is not a challenge really. Loads of free chrome extensions available which really helps in moving contacts from other platforms here, like LinkedIn for example.

Cons: Support team could be more efficient. While they have the solution to your problems, it is not easy to communicate with them. I feel they are not future ready and few of the other CRMs like Afinium offers few upto date features.

Pros: With this software, you can communicate, join, and close the matter with Zoho CRM. You will have the opportunity to measure and control. I found Zoho to be pretty intuitive, you won't need a Big specialist in CRM to use and customize it. The reporting is pretty good. I liked the reporting capabilities, didn't feel limited in that area like some platforms I've used. The flexibility you have with rules and workflows is done really well.

Cons: I don't like the user interface. Not as clean or sharp looking as some other CRMs, but I suppose that's a bit subjective. Also, Zoho's customer support doesn't handle bugs very effectively.

Pros: It has a built in system that reward you for any lead added to the system and it can be a great source of motivation to work harder on collecting leads.

Cons: ZOHO CRM is a great service that can be extremely valuable for a small business company, but be ready to deal with a lot of nonsense. In my case, what I liked the least about this software was the fact that it is not possible to create a lead without specifying the Last Name of the lead, which as you may expect is rarely the case when you collect leads from a "Subscribe to my mailing list" form, or from direct messages on Twitter, or from contact forms on your website just to name a few.

Pros: It has an excellent configuration tool, where you can place the fields that are needed and in the order they are needed. The integration with the mails of the company does it correctly like the one of the social networks. The follow-up to the prospect is followed and then they can be converted into clients. It has several tools that allows you to see the evolution of sales. It enables the marketing and production team to work in a single application, which improves communication and delivery times for a prospect.

Cons: Definitely the tool has many things to carry the entire marketing process, should have an option where you can integrate or remove functionalities and that the cost changes, when you have a marketing that depends on making offers for projects in the production area (project executors ) It is complex to use all the functionalities of the tool. The process must be structured well to train users since it is not very inductive with options such as territorial hierarchies.

Overall: The application is in test environment only with a group of users, and it has been possible for the information to flow between the areas and offer the prospectus more quickly.

Pros: I like zohocrm implementation for our project business and this allow us to work out of our country, this aspect turn into an option for create a new way of communicate with potential and actual costumers, and that's a plus. The great thing is that we could show our work, create contracts, negotiate the scope of projects and prepare the deliver forms, with the invoices included. With the software all company can work as a team and reach the same goal, make every project within the crm software conditions. This allows us to grow in the region.

Cons: At the beginning of the implementation phase it was very difficult to adjust previous contract negotiation to the new contract negotiation under the crm software, it take under consideration time of execution, cost and profits. At the end we learn not only the crm software, also the process we are involved with.

Overall: I like to say that the implementation of the zohocrm is the beginning of the international phase to my company with the portfolio of the last project we did, the contracts according the needs of our client, the time of execution and the invoices to be done. Also we begin to address the construction phase in the same crm software.

Pros: BY far the ease of use and the productivity I've gained. This has made it so much easier to work with clients now that I have everything at my fingertips.
The use of templates has made everything so easy and to complete on a timely basis.

Cons: Only when there are zoho problems and I am unable to access the patient information / necessary information to answer their questions does it causes a "drain" on being able to answer their questions. When the Zoho email is impacted it actually causes a decline in business.
Technical support seems to take hours, I've found that unless I call very early I do not get a call back until the next business day which I find extremely frustrating.

Overall: The simplified email structure, that fact that customer response emails also wind up in my CRM makes it so easy to track, look back, review previous orders save me quite a bit of time by not having to get up, retrieve the file and go through it to locate what the customer want to discuss.
I also appreciate being able to send the same email to multiple clients (each sent separately) when I want everyone knowing of a new product we've come up with

I can see my company using ZOHO using ZOHO for a very, very long time.

Pros: I Love the simplicity in setting up new leads. It's easy to change data entry fields for new leads to be mandatory and therefore "force" the capture of key data. Also updating leads (or accounts) with a new entry it easy!

There is a "work-around" but it's not iterative. Also sometimes the Support line does not help it's tough to get quick responses.

Pros: They have numerous integrations and has a responsive support live chat. Webforms are pretty easy to integrate, and allows you to create workflows to automate simply tasks. Zoho CRM has a mobile app that allows you to check on your leads easily.

Cons: Clunky interface with too many restrictions. Requires you to upgrade your plan to have access to basic features such as creating a separate lead pipeline or triggering a notification when lead stays in a stage. Reporting is basic and requires you to upgrade again if you want access to a more complete reporting. Lacks integration with marketing tools to automate the population of lead source & marketing channel. It requires on third-party software that is clunky.

Pros: Probably the integration and adaptability to other programs. I love the templates and workflows that you can create. Easiest way to do it compared to every other CRM I've used so far.

Cons: I think that it could look a bit nicer. It's a little crowded. There are so many different components of Zoho aside from the CRM, I don't have time to learn them all so I could be really missing out on some great features.

Overall: We have been able to train and model Zoho CRM for our Contact Centre.

Pros: I can easily customize the screen views and the information that I want to capture. For the most part I can make this work for my needs.

Cons: I can't create groups in my leads or accounts. When I attend an event and start working a small list or about 10-15 leads that are specific to my sales process. I need to see just that list. So I found it easier to use an excel spreadsheet instead which makes it hard to track next steps. But it is easier to look at. Can you help me with this? I found a work around by creating a new module for my short list of leads but it doesn't allow me to convert to an account or move. I would love to see you add a contact card view ... like a business card view that shows the picture larger. Needs a better way to look at your contacts in a small group or one at a time.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get your hands on it and use it. They try other CRM programs. You will find that this one is the best.

zoho crm is one of the best platform to manage business leads and you can do proper marketing also.

Pros: Zoho crm giving you the best features that will surely help you towards your business success. You can manage leads, create templates, create workflows, and the filter option is one of the best feature.you can customise Zoho crm as per your needs. You can also integrate cloud calling feature. Zoho social also the best one that I am also using. It has a lot of features and all of them are very useful and worth the money.

Cons: The cons that i would like to mention here is the Workflows alerts and email sending daily limit of the crm should be exceed. we are using zoho enterprise addition still our workflow gets over in a day and some of the workflow email sending remains left. We can't export more than 3000 records. I m not completely sure about this.

Very flexible and easy to customize if you upgrade pass the Free Version.

Pros: Can use this for all types of business and customize to fit your needs. After months of research and investing in having something developed I discovered Zoho. This reduced my overall CRM cost by hundreds a month and still allowed me to track my leads proficiently.

Cons: Tech Support in certain areas like development with other apps is limited. But now they have chat support and that seems to more efficient.

Overall: Saved a great deal and the CRM grew with my company as I grew.

Highly customizable and full of funtionality at a reasonable price.

Pros: I like the ability to customize just about every aspect of the record data and the sales flow process. Also, it is relatively inexpensive, especially considering its robust functionality. They also have a whole suite of apps that can be integrated with their CRM system.

Cons: There really isn't much I don't like. Since it is so customizable and full of functions, it can be a little difficult to set up, so you will need to make sure someone on your team is tech savvy enough to handle it. That being said, it is relatively user-friendly for something with this level of functionality.

Recommendations to other buyers: Think about your sales funnel or customer engagement process and determine what you need to accomplish. Then search for a solution that meets those goals. There are simpler, less robust services that might meet your needs and be more user friendly. Determine if you want something that is a little more complicated but gives more flexibility, or something that is less complicated but may not be as customizable. There is always a give and take. Also, think about what you may want to do in the future, and whether or not the solutions you are considering will give you room to grow.

Pros: Very interesting and convenient interface, everything is clear and accessible. Initially, there were some questions that were answered very quickly by tech support. I plan to continue to cooperate with them. All newcomers are advised to cooperate with Zoho, especially if the company or product is not particularly well-promoted, but they have a mass mailing, which is very helpful in the first stages. In general, I'm satisfied.

Pros: Features and the new UI

Cons: There minor bugs like slowdown and crash every now and then.

Overall: I've been using the tool since last 9-10 months and I can easily say that I am having an awesome experience with it .There were few bugs in the system (with the older version) like slowdown for an extended period of time,transition UI lags,issue with email attachments etc but now they're things of past and with the new awesome update almost every issues has been resolved.
Having said that I'd like to add that the system is not perfect and there are rooms for improvements eg. I am still facing problems while attaching big docs. (even though its not very frequent) ,things like slowdown can be bothersome every now and then.

In the end I'd say the overall experience is quite positive and I can recommend the CRM with easy.Keep up the good work Team Zoho.

Comments: Zoho is a very complex CRM that is inflexible and difficult to use. The main interface seems to be spread over such a large page that you have to search where you click to send an email. Very inefficient. Not expensive but also not really helpful. You have to pay to get your own data back too.

Pros: Cheap, monthly payments, large storage

Cons: very complex and expensive to get your own data back. Even then you have to pay someone to sort the fragmented data copy you have paid for.

Recommendations to other buyers: Have a look if you don't have much money, but most other CRMs are better

Pros: Comfortable, Easy to use and great to maintain.

Cons: Don't let the expectation bar to fall from here on.

Overall: When i first transited to the new Zoho CRM - I must say it caught my eye. Really loved the layout, colors used and the easiness.
Each and every button on top is well placed with good response time.
Home tab - The layout is well explanatory and spaced quite great. Customization is very comfortable.
Shortcuts under Lead and Potentials which are opened on the left hand side of the screen.
Easiness to search any potential or lead.
Raising notification for any task.
Reports tab having the necessary information and again comfort to generate and export reports.

Three are plenty of reasons, however these are the ones i could think about right now.

Keep doing the great work.

Pros: I like workflow rules, modules and fields, templates, web forms and also user control. I think I like all products of Zoho. I don't have knowledge of coding. but I am using Zoho CRM without any problems. Superb job by Zoho Team.

Cons: I think. you guys should work on spamming Leads. Spam lead should not enter in CRM. I tried a lot but I am unable to stop which is coming to Zoho webforms.

Overall: I am saving a lot of times by using Zoho CRM. thanks, zoho!
