Setup was pretty easy, and wall led through the process. Searches work ok. Have not tried yet to upload older emails, but they provide an important facility. Pros It provides a complete solution for email archiving. Cons It can get a little complicated at times, but a necessary evil in dealing with the security requirements. Not particularly fast to work with. Switched from [GFI Archiver](https://www.capterra.com/p/88913/GFI-Archiver/) Old software was outdated and had to be replaced. Cons I only wish the Outlook addin was a bit more developed. Installing to a local workstation or laptop works great, but a large portion of our environment utilizes a RDS farm and the addin doesn't play particularly well there.
