I don't know how else I would have posted to all these accounts. Pros Vendasta makes posting to social media platforms super easy and scheduling the posts convenient. Highly recommended! We had a great conversation, and I moved on thinking I would still probably never use their services because my needs didn't necessarily align with the original outlined plan. Then, a few weeks later, an awesome Sales/Customer Service rep (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]), saw my account floundering in no man's land in their CRM with this angry woman attached to it and decided to give me a call to see if he could help- what a brave soul. He's been awesome to work with, and I'm using services that better align with my needs and goals. Pros Very clear user instruction and implementation videos make the software easy to use. Cons Sometimes the interface feels dated or clunky but it's not hard to navigate so that's really an aesthetic preference more than anything. Great platform for an agency who is looking at selling bundled solutions to increase deal value and recurring revenue. Steve Maughan is an excellent mentor, always willing to listen and really helpful. A great asset to the company and probably one of the reasons I decided to go with Vendasta. Cons I'm new to the platform and still exploring. Found a few limitations on CRM & Marketing Campaigns feature - one of them is not being able to schedule emails as desired and import & export of accounts / contacts feature is not at it's best and needs improvement. The platform can't get a little buggy at times. Customer support is prompt and they do their best to resolve any issues raised. So, no complains. It’s built to capitalise on lazy business at the expense of your clients satisfaction & your own scale. I don’t know how they do business in Canada but in the UK, you won’t get away with outsourcing to Vendasta. Pros The client portal is a good idea & the overall concept is strong. Cons Poorly executed, lazy mans business model. You will have no scale, the content will be generic. In a hugely saturated industry, you will simply not stand a chance putting your eggs into this basket. The training platforms offer a library of modules to address all facets of business. Marketing, Sales, Service, Tools, etc are all designed to show us the best ways to present the products to our clients. We are able to show value to every potential client immediately. Pros A terrific find! When I can provide an immediate benefit to my clients with real tools and measurable results, that is a win win! There is a lot to learn but also so much to offer clients from every industry group. Since the software is not industry specific, we can present ourselves as business evangelists and vendor agnostic. It becomes more about solving the client's challenges with superb solutions. Cons Initially, the dashboard hierarchy (Partner,Sales, Customer) is a bit confusing but that is really because it is a new experience. After 30 days, we are really learning to master the tools. Previously, we mostly used the platform internally–set up & ran apps on behalf of the client. I think both work well. The team at Vendasta is very helpful and support is quick to troubleshoot if needed. Pros The social management pro version incorporates all of the social channels most important to our clients so posting is now a breeze. The tracking integrations with Google My Business, Google Analytics, Social Pages and more make viewing online presence quick and easy. Cons Getting used to how to set things up and where to find things; however, this is pretty much any software. The learning curve is not steep so do be afraid to jump right in. I have been trying to cancel the service for more than 3 weeks now and got no result and above all, they sent me an invoice...how pathetic service is this??? I really like the instant results it can bring once you learn how to really use it. Pros It's easy of use was great, the wide array of uses was also very helpful. I broke down information and metrics in a very easy to understand and beneficial way. Cons It did have a few glitches in pulling in and scanning information in terms of listing scrapes. It sometimes couldn't pull in data even after connecting the listing or account that contains the data, but was easily fixed after tinkering with it.
