I want to do more. Hopefully I will soon. Not till the first project is done, which has taken way longer than it should. Pros Spencer is great at helping manage things. Otherwise, this is simple in concept complicated and broken in use. Needs to be much, much smoother. Better systems for completing and managing things when something is purchased. Cons Tons of glitches and overbilling. I feel like I'm dealing with a robot and not a human, till I ping the humans to help me. Nothing is self-explanitory. You have a menu of items that lead to confusion. Someone should walk you through orders and literally ensure its accuracy from beginning to end. Too disjointed. Easy to set up a new business/account. Cons Some pricing is clear, some is not. Dealing with their vendors is problematic as some are offshore. Having to reply to an email at 5:30 AM in hopes of getting something resolved (which is rare) doesn't feel like their is much, if any value add. Pros Any product you could possibly imagine to help support your customers is available. You just have to pick which product you want to share. Cons There are very few downfalls with the platform. Pros This one stop white label commerce solution comes product-loaded, and is easy to use, with a short ramp up time. I have been able to familiarize myself with the marketplace options, reporting functions and payment solution quite quickly. As I continue to explore the features, I am finding more product options to upsell to my clients! Cons So far I see no negatives, but would like to see more white label products available, and labeled differently, potentially at a lower turnkey wholesale price, (possibly sale pricing?)for some of my clients still feeling the impact from Covid-19 closures.
