Pros: It is intuitive, scalable and interacts with my existing apps without a great deal of effort on my part.

Cons: At times updates have changed parts of the software that I felt were more user friendly. That said It ultimately became a non-issue.

Pros: Very intuitive.
Great combination of major feature areas, including: PIM, CRM and Campaign Management.

Cons: I am not sure if it is possible but when a person responds to a mass email, the formatting retains a dark background.

Overall: Quick and easy sales management

I am new to the software and I have something I have used. I am looking for something like this.

Pros: It has a lot of features that my current CRM does not. I like that I dont have to cut and paste my follow emails and calls.

Cons: It was hard to move around the first time since I was used to my current CRM but once I was taught a few of the features it made perfect since.

Overall: I was able to see my daily opportunities.

Pros: The way that Salesmanna is designed allows for me to keep up with my notes in a simple and fast way.

Cons: The only issue I have with Salesmanna is the inability to see the individual contacts within a particular company or office on the app. There is the ability to see that on the normal web page, however, I use the app almost exclusively.

Overall: It has been the best tool to date for helping me keep track of my notes in simple format. I do not need an extremely detailed system that needs updated all the time. This software allows me to make numerous visits each day and note each visit. It also allows me to see who I am failing to reach.
