We've been using them for three years now and it's been a great experience for both check-in and badge scanning. Previously, we were hole-punching attendees certificates to verify which sessions they attended and printing badges the day/week before the event.

Pros

The thing that I liked most about Expo Pass, is the quick easy printing on-site for attendees and easy badge scanning.

Cons

The thing I liked least about Expo Pass for badge printing is that event users (ie staff) have to be put in duplicatively with another email address.

From start to finish, working with Expo Pass could not be smoother or more pleasant. We love working with their staff!!!

Pros

The ease of setup/take down. And how much work it takes off our staff to be able to do other important things rather than passing out name tags at the registration desk.

Cons

I truly can not think of anything that I would change about Expo Pass. I do not have any complaints.

Overall, it was a good experience. We really appreciated how fast we were able to retrieve the data of the attendees and event.

Pros

•Check-in ran smoothly overall, and the badge printing process received great feedback. •Setup instructions were clear and easy to follow

Cons

•Some android users had difficulty downloading or logging into the Mobile App. •Some attendees experienced challenges when trying to complete session feedback surveys. •Checking in attendees for the second day was a bit tricky, you created a workaround that worked well. I'll share that feedback with our team.

Overall I have been pleased. We are able to get what we need out of it, however the price point is on the borderline of where we're tempted to go another route or try to do something on our own each year still.

Pros

The team was always quick to respond and assist us throughout the process whenever we needed support.

Cons

The website and app were not as intuitive as I'd like. Some of our customers who used the app last year for lead retrieval encountered some bug in the setup this year. It was a simple fix by deleting and reinstalling though.

ExpoPass has been a game-changer for our events! The streamlined check-in process has been a breath of fresh air, and our attendees have raved about how quick and easy it is. This upgrade has transformed our attendee experience and was undoubtedly the best decision we made when selecting registration equipment. Highly recommend!

Pros

I like how user friendly it is for attendees and for staff on site at events.

Cons

I wish you can have a dashboard to see the status of registrants on the ipad equipment versus logging into the backend on a computer. I also find the way of pulling reports a bit troublesome and could be simplified but the front end and loading an event has never been easier!

We used this system for our multiple event. This is the best app I ever subscribed for any event. It makes process very simple and almost automate all the manual task. Right from check in and registration to bagde printing everything is in process. It saved our lot of time specially for huge events with less team size. We are pretty satisfied with this software till now and we will renew this software for next year also

Pros

Usability of Expo pass app is very good and it's easy to use. I liked all their features but specifically event registration and check in process are the best ones.

Cons

For one of our event some visitors attendance was not tracked properly We faced this issue with them . Rest all things were working fine. And cost also need to revised. They can think of charge the money based on usage of software.

ExpoPass provided event day check-in, badge printing, exhibitor lead scanning, session check-ins, and a whole event app for our annual Tech Summit. We had a dedicated person who helped and supported us in the months leading up to the event who was very quick to respond not only to my team, but also any questions that came in from our exhibitors and guests. We look forward to continuing to use ExpoPass for our future events.

Pros

On site badge printing Vendor Lead Scanning Dedicated support staff who were available at all times during our event

Cons

Exhibitor lead scanners can be difficult to setup. No options for gamification.

Soup-to-nuts Expo Pass is a great experience for our conference badges. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The product is great. Highly recommend.

Pros

Expo Pass is easy to set up and use! It is great for staff to be able to make quick edits if someone accidentally mistyped their name in the registration setup, print the badge, and move along.

Cons

I'm not sure. This will be our third straight year of using Expo Pass, so we must be happy with the product.

This was our first event with EXPO Pass. We enjoyed the service and received many compliments for the enhanced check-in experience for our show. The EP staff is super helpful and resourceful and was able to answer all of the concerns or questions we had about switching to a new platform.

Pros

Quick and easy set up, super user-friendly, responsive staff, didn't need any onsite troubleshooting, but they were readily available should we have needed.

Cons

No cons, would only recommend the added future of an integrated attendee list option for the event app.

It used to be so difficult to set up for registration since I was never sure if it would connect properly, if things would print, how badges would appear, etc., but with ExpoPass, everything is ready for me when it comes! I just need to connect everything in and unpack!

Pros

Registration process is very neat, it has mobile application as well with very friendly UI

Cons

we had to get some training to learn this

The platform simplifies setting up the conference app, uploading, attendee information, scheduling sessions, and incorporating sponsor details. The check-in process has become remarkably efficient, and the badge scanning feature ensures seamless tracking, allowing me to accurately provide CE credits to eligible participants.

Pros

Fast and efficient. Love check in process and the badge scanning.

Cons

Expo Pass has an email for support, however, if you are in the thick of the conference, emails back and forth can be a pain. After speaking with my Expo Pass rep, she explained next time, to ask if they can call me via zoom to resolve any issues faster.

Easy to contract, very responsive pre and post event! Affordable badges and onsite printing equipment. Integrates well with Swoogo which was what we were looking for!

Pros

ExpoPass is very user friendly. Equipment was so easy to install and dismantle with the instructions the company provides pre-event. The customer service line on-site was quick to response and resolve my issues which were minimal. Attendees loved the badges and quick registration process. Will definitely be using them for future events!

Cons

For a multi day event, make sure to get the clear sleeve to hold the badges, as they do tear easily if your event is more than one day! Still great printing quality.

Pros

Our company had a unique request, and we did not need a full registration system. We only needed a system to check attendees in and print their badges. Expo Pass was able to help meet our needs to ensure our event was a success.

Cons

This is less of an issue with Expo Pass and more with the API system we use to upload attendees. At times, the systems did not communicate well with each other, but we found workarounds to make it happen.
