Pros Expo Pass has been a life saver. The badge printing on site is quick and professional. The staff are very helpful and courteous. We would not do our expo without Expo Pass! Cons The cost is a tiny but higher than we would expect. They charge for each registration even if the registered perosn does not attend and check in for the event. Cons We did encounter an issue with importing data. We aren't sure what the glitch was, but it, unfortunately made importing a little tricky. Last year, we had badges preprinted and then they arrived and were not in any kind of order. It took hours to sort and then put them on lanyards. This time, with Expo Pass, members could check in with the kiosks, print their own badges, and be on their way in less than a minute. Cons Very little.
