I also think it's nice to you can customize virtual background allowing you to take meetings from anywhere. Overall, it makes team collaboration that much easier. Cons Personally, Microsoft Teams is hard to use. There's a steep learning curve, because I think the interface is kind of clunky. I also think buttons are hard to find, and when you have a whole team staring at you as you search, it can be kind of uncomfortable.
