The AI tool co-pilot is very helpful and its great to have everything in one place, i.e. can make calls, send messages and virtual meeting. Pros The ability to send quick messages to individuals and the ease of joining remote meetings. Also, it's a good way to share links to documents and shared folders. Easy to use and navigate as well. Pros I like the ease of use for calls, video chats, and messages. I also like the way it's integrated with office outlook for ease. Pros I can meet with clients, message colleagues, record meetings, use the AI and it is so easy to use I couldn't be without it. While searching for files is not the fastest experience, it is included with out business premium licenses so we don't have to pay for extra storage. Pros It is a product built by Microsoft so it is quickly becoming a standard for communication within the office and with external users as well. I also think the recording feature is really high quality for video and works well with AV Cons The updates - it can cause issues to the settings and without warning you find it takes ages to join a call and no one can hear you. L'accesso alla chat è collegato anche all'accesso ai shared folder dove si possono salvare documenti e condividerli velocemente con il team,e organizzarli in cartelle, tenendo tutta la documentazione accessibile e in ordine. Pros Molto intuitivo e pratico, permette di stare in contatto con i colleghi velocemente attraverso messaggi o videochiamate. Ampiamente usato da molte aziende, quindi facile organizzare chiamate con clienti/stakeholders esterni all'azienda per cui lavoro e accedono facilmente alla chiamata tramite link. Everything is linked and they can track your active work status, file editing, and messages. I personally prefer Google and Slack though. Pros It's a well made team communication tool with integration with the Office suite Cons I found it kind of annoying to use. I missed the simplicity of sharing and collaborating with others like you can in Google. I know they have those features, I just found they didn't work as well. Teams allows us to have one location for multiple tools, keeping things simple for our team. Cons We just wish we could find more ways to make Teams useful for our team as we're sure we're not using it to it's full potential. If you're already using other Microsoft services, Teams is an excellent choice for flexibility. Cons However, it can be quite heavy, much like other Microsoft tools. The web and app versions offer different features and functions, which can be confusing for some users. Cons Many times, the app can be slow or just crash for no reason, leaving the user to refresh or restart the app. Imaging having an interview and all of a sudden it freezes.
