I'm glad it functions on my PC and if I have to schedule and hold a meeting that will be over 40 minutes, I can use MS Teams instead of competitors. Pros The fact that I can use it without time limitations. Many clients and other key players in my field use MS Teams and expect me to have it. Cons The pervasiveness of the integration with Windows. I have privacy concerns and often have difficulty starting the program or signing in. It allows me to stay in touch with my supervisors, colleagues and employers. Cons I haven't had any negative reviews so far. Because is simple to use everybody enjoys using Teams as the main communication channel. Pros I really like Teams as it has a nice user interface wich make it easy to use. The app is fast and available for all devices, PC and smartphones. Also the smartphone apps are working very good and woks flawless on any device. Cons Maybe the costs is a little too high from my point of view, the app works great, is very useful but somehow pricy. Most recently, I have really liked the updates to Teams. Being able to have chats and channels all on the same screen has been super helpful and makes it more efficient. Pros Meetings, synced with Outlook, multiple communication levels/platforms. Cons There are some restrictions with it that can make it difficult to use. Sharing files is one. If you share a file in a group chat and then add someone to the group chat afterwards, you have to share the file again but just with that one person. Otherwise, they cannot access it. You can pull up a Word doc, Excel sheet, or PowerPoint right in Teams and work on it with your crew at the same time. You see everyone’s changes as they happen, with their little cursor bouncing around, which feels dynamic. Cons When you upload files to a conversation, they all get dumped into a single channel root folder, which can turn into a mess. Cons It is pretty buggy. If you don't have the latest version of Microsoft teams downloaded, you experience a lot of bugs. It would randomly freeze up or my video call with glitch, which was very frustrating. MS Teams allows it's users to easily save files within the respective chat, teams channel or add-on application. Cons We utilize MS Teams are our main source of communication given that our company spans the globe and 70% of our workforce is remote or on client site. At least 1x/week the connection falters or the sound cuts out. Usually it takes a simple restart to regain connection and rejoin the meeting, but every once in a while IT support needs to troubleshoot.
