Cons

Navigation for newbies can take a bit of time to gain mastery especially for folks not familiar with office tools

One of the plus sides it easily integrates with Microsoft ecosystem and it very easy to chat with one to one as well as teams. also create online meetings and attend, share file, screen sharing, webinar. overall Microsoft teams is great tools for very size of organization.

Keeps all conversations, files, and meeting notes organized for easy reference. Easily connects with Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft apps. Supports third-party apps, bots, and automation and also provided enterprise grade security like encryption, compliance, MFA etc.

Cons

Sometime system heavy resource utilization. Too many alerts from multiple teams and channels can become distracting without customization. limited offline access, sometime required internet access for some function access. graphical interface sometime not easy to understand for new users.

Excellent, my experience with the application has always been 10/10 and i often recommend the application to other people i have to come into contact with while at work.

Pros

Teams is a versatile messaging app that allows me to contact and meet with colleagues all over my region and internationally with ease. In addition to the meeting features since it is a Microsoft 365 applications its integration with the other Microsoft apps provides a huge benefit to file sharing also.

Cons

Microsoft teams is a versatile app and in my everyday usage of the app i rarely have and issues with the application with the only issue only being app setting being changed sometimes.

Chat and file updates sometimes delay, especially with large teams. Sometimes it can slow down my devices and consume significant memory.

Pros

I love the functionality of it. How it's all integrated with other Microsoft programs, such as outlook.

Cons

I think the integration of new features are a bit overwhelming, such as the channels vs. the chats, but even then, I still think Teams is a great software to have.

I have enjoyed working with Microsoft Teams. I feel like I can access my calendar, Forms, documents, and chat with team members. It can even notify you when you are tagged in a message or have a new notification.

Pros

Everything is integrated into one. I love that there are online, app, and desktop options to access all your information.

Cons

The search feature is not all together intuitive. When you do find something, it does not show you the breadcrumbs of where to find the actual file or post.

Pros

Teams is a streamlined communication tool that helps our organization stay connected. It is a repository for conversations, and easily allows us to make calls and access Microsoft apps.

Cons

Teams is great for communicating, however it could improve the options when it comes to presenting or hosting learning sessions. Some additional features that would be great are easier to navigate break-out rooms, annotating tools, and a virtual whiteboard that users can access directly in the video session.

Overall experience using Microsoft Teams has been very pleasant. It's a very easy collaborative platform to have implemented into our everyday work life. Our dept uses it a ton to message each other individually and in a group manor depending on certain projects which has helped us keep track of project status and updates.

Microsoft Teams has a seamless integration with Microsoft 365. It's easy to use when for centralized communication, group messages for individual team's & video meetings.

Cons

Our company personally has had no real issues with Microsoft Teams for what we use it for. it's understood that it can have some minor performance issues but that hasn't been the case for us.

Pros

Skype is easy to use and it has a user-friendly interface plus it connects me with my friends all over the world through it's video calls.

Cons

The only thing that is wrong, are the frequent glitches that i experience when making my video calls but the rest is fine.

I loved how I was able to communicate with alot of people that I needed to work with during the duration of my calls.

Cons

What I least liked about it was the fact that sometimes it would cut off the calls for no reason, and I didnt know why.

It has been mostly good, the move over to the new Teams interface has caused a couple of odd bugs, however, these are bugs that they can fix.

Pros

It is very easy to setup meetings, townhalls, live events, webinars, etc. compared to other platforms.

Cons

The NDI functionality within Teams is exceptionally buggy at the moment with inconsistent functionality. We will have the NDI working flawlessly today, and tomorrow it won't work... on the same computer and same account.

Reason for choosing Microsoft Teams

We use both Zoom and Microsoft for some of our clients, however, we have found that Zoom is strong in some areas, such as large webinars, but Teams is better for meetings. However, the pricing of Zoom is a lot more than Teams.

Our free trial was coming to an end on the Google work suite, and as we primarily use Microsoft for our events, it was a more obvious route to move over.

Pros

I like that you can have different group chats, message others in the organization,set up meetings, do video calling and have meetings.

Cons

You can only message people in your company’s network and not message other business professionals or organizations.

The thing I love most about Teams is the ease of use. From instant messages to using Adobe, it is the best interoffice communications program to use.

Cons

The only complaint I have ever had about Teams is when they updated it. It deleted my Adobe suite and I had to redo the whole thing.

Pros

The ability to integrate the communication software with other tools, like PowerPoint, Excel, file sharing and cloud storage on OneDrive, conference calls, etc.

Cons

I cannot save teams chats to be provided as shareable evidence, unlike emails for example. For this I need to take screenshots which is sort of unprofessional.

Pros

Teams is fantastic for it's customization. It let's you set several chats, subsections, and a wide range of versatility. It's fluid, stable, and "just works".

Cons

Sometimes, due to it's wide range of features, and different chats, users can get lost, or miss important messages.

Geeat tool for team communication. Crisp clear audio quality. Also supports real time caption generation.

Cons

It hangs sometimes and takes a lot of time to recover. Also, I noticed that call gets dropped sometimes even with good internet connection.

Overall it has been a positive experience. I like that I am able to access shared work files from teams - it makes my job so much easier. So I really recommend this product.

Pros

It helps me communicate daily with my remote team that I have actually never met in person. We are able to hold meetings every day also like we would in person.

Cons

I don’t like that the availity changes to away so quickly. For example in my job I have to read a lot so I am not always moving my mouse, but it shows that I am away from my desk.
