Some features can take longer but are not overwhelming. Pros Creating teams for projects or ongoing collaborations for conversations and documents. Can also use for online conversations and can place phone calls to colleagues from it. Cons The chat feature can sometimes be a bit much. Being in HR, I have several chats with colleagues and some of the people show up in a number of chat conversations. I have to be very careful about sending communications in the correct one. The fact that we can set a date and time to send chats is a great tool, and so is the integration with MS Planner or Viva Insights. The channels are also useful and it is great to have plenty of room for setting (sounds, notifications, etc.). Cons Sometimes, MS Teams renders the computer very slow when sharing the screen. Unfortunately alot of the glitches brings it down. The crashing anf then not saving is a huge downtime problem. Pros I like having team chats for whatever projects im working on. Being able to rename them helps keep it organized. Having file spaces where we can share the workspace online is also very helpful. Cons This app seems to glitch often.
