Pros It's easy to use and has a lot of add-on features without having to download multiple apps. I like being able to video conference without zoom. I love being able to attach files to chats instead of emailing back and forth. Cons I think the one thing I don't like is that you're not able to delete messages. It is very helpful for video calls with clients. Pros I like that Teams has a great free product. You can use the paid features, but the free features are excellent. I truly enjoy the features of screen sharing and the chat options. Pros Microsoft teams is a very good to collaborate with people at work. There are options to conference one on one or with a large group of employees. Cons Microsoft has a lot of great features however there are some areas for improvement. Other conferencing apps may need to be supported by other apps to incorporate live transcription, whereas Teams is one install. Also, the ability to collaborate on documents in the 365 suite natively is excellent for work from home teams. Cons If I create a specific Team meeting and want to later add an additional person, I can’t just send information to them - it resends to everyone else. Also, sometimes the viewing of documents don’t look quite as they should when opened on a desktop app, such as Word. Switched from [Google Meet](https://www.capterra.com/p/176572/Google-Hangouts/) The company used Microsoft 365 so it o ou made sense to use the Teams feature with it.
