Often if issues arise, it can be a learning opportunity (e.g. how to transition to using your headset properly in the office after being used to working at home) or connection issues related to remote employees. Pros Microsoft Teams has become the ubiquitous tool for communicating within our organization. From member to member, or conducting innumerable workshops, syncs, Agile ceremonies, and more, it's Teams we rely on. I'm very impressed with it's reliability and noise-canceling technology. Cons We have experienced issues with it updating often, or logging in, but both may be attributed more to Security concerns on our side of the fence vs. any particular product issue. That said, minor odd things do occur. For example, I had a critical channel pinned to the top of my Teams list, and it just, disappeared. I have a job almost every hour. Especially the meetings were important, I solved it easily this way. Pros I can use it on all my devices. I also let all my colleagues use it. It's very easy. Cons sometimes it slows down and the connection is lost. It is a bit difficult to organize a meeting again when the time is out. The use of emojis in correspondence is limited. They invite people into a Teams chat and pretend to be a hiring manager to steal their identity. Pros What I like the most is that it is user-friendly and easy to operate. Cons What I liked the least about Microsoft Teams is that when an individual leaves an organization it sometimes is difficult for the individual to access their account which can be frustrating at times. I wish you could access the chat inside the outlook program. That is the one thing google has better. Google gmail has a company chat built in so you don't have to switch between programs. Pros I love the easy access to chat with co workers. Cons Our company stores blue prints in teams, so if you have to sift between teams channels you have to physically download it to view multiple things at once.
