Cons I don't like how there is an extra fee for the meeting summary to be given post meeting.Occasionally you can't record the meeting as well, I have found this between individual calls. We also benefit from having connections with people outside our organization like contacts and associates. The integration with Outlook is very good. Cons We've been using Teams for about a month now. The interface is a little unrefined. The windows can not be made any size I want. It is limited in this way. The process for creating a room that will be the same link to share each time is not easy to share the URL. It would be great to have short URLs for these too! I wish the AI features were not behind a pay wall. I don't know how useful they are, since we did not pay for them. I would like to use AI to summarize meeting transcripts and give action points for team members. Some time, very rarely my company experiences very long delay in Teams or missing messages. But overall, Teams is a good software with multifunctions integrated. Pros Teams is a main communication method in my 600-employee-company. I like the function that allows us to create channels and subfolders to store the data. Also, with Teams, I can create many kinds of data, like collums, data tables. Besides, I can pin the favorite files on the tab, which saves you a lot of time to browse the files every time to need it. Cons One thing I did not like or maybe I did not know how to use it properly is if someone messages me or calls me on Teams chat while I am opening a file on Teams that is stored in a folder in a channel. After the conversation or the call finishes, I have to take some time to browse to that file again. I wish it will remember the location I was before the call/ conversation.
