Pros Very easy to set up and schedule a meeting. Easy to add other members to the meeting and to adjust the meeting details. Cons The software can cause our systems to run at a very high CPU. Not sure why the usernames of people I am not connected with pop up in the search. It is random and makes me questioning if anyone knowing my username can randomly find me. That means if I click teams icon from the menu, it continuously show me the meeting but not the teams app itself. I felt that made me confused all the time. Another part, screen sharing in 2 display monitors. We have to make sure what screen we are sharing. Instead, it would be nicer if to have pop messages like you are sharing screen 1 or screen 2 or you are screen sharing. Also, opening teams app takes long time.
