Pros

Cons

Certain things like changing background/updating are somewhat harder to navigate.

Pros

TEAM IS A GREAT PROGRAM & ALSO ONE OF THE BEST TO USE. WHY? IT HELPS PEOPLE TO REACH OUT TO THEIR TEAM MEMBERS ACROSS THE WAREHOUSE.

Cons

SOMETIMES IT LOSE CONNECTING DUE TO WEATHER CONDITION.

Pros

We just use it for when our customers send invites. We prefer to use a different brand. I dont have too many likes as i am not really a fan but i have to put something in this spot.

Cons

Its not user friendly, We have had nothing but issues. Its hard to manage, thought we would give it time to sort out kinks and its still not great to use.

Pros

It is fully integrated into M365 making productivity and collaboration seamless. Nicely integrated with Outlook, especially the calendar management. Notification tab covers a lot. 24/7 Onedrive integration along with Word, excel, power point, and OneNote. Zero issues with meetings and their creation, clear and smooth interface familiar to all who used Outlook.

Cons

A lot of features around Sharepoint feel redundant requiring too many clicks. Teams channels often lag if the directory behind is 'heavy'. Permissions can be confusing and need monitoring / admin online. The latest update that blocks access to the center of the screen, where browser tabs are at the top, while sharing is insanely bad UI/UX. This requires immediate attention but it is still not solved. Search function is similar to Outlook.

Skype is simple and easy to use, but mostly geared toward the individual consumer and not businesses. It is not able to keep up with the demand of remote multi-person meetings that we experience in the business world today.

Pros

Skype pioneered the video call experience, and remains a secure connection for internet calls. Both the older and younger generations can benefit from its simplicity.

Cons

Skype lacks the ability to create quick meetings with multiple people by sending out one link, so it is not as useful for group calls.

It’s always worked very well for me. Never had any problems with the product.

It’s become obsolete due to Zoom. The switch is nearly total.

Cons

It wasn’t as easy to get on my phone. I didn’t always receive notifications.

Pros

Great platform that allows users to connect with one another no matter what device a person is using.

Cons

The platform was the first of its kind and other platforms have created better systems. Skype is a bit outdated.

I do not like how I log out, it won't log out for me. It might be a glitch on their part, but I wish I could be fully logged out.

It's intuitive to use and has a great layout to easily see everything you need. Adding a second device to a meeting is also a huge plus!

Cons

The Teams status will sometimes set to "Be right back" even though I am actively working on another screen, and will only reset back to "Available" after clicking back onto Teams screen.

A Microsoft Teams é uma plataforma robusta para colaboração e comunicação, o que mais acredito ser interessante e que eu mais gosto é a funcionalidades de reuniões e vídeos a capacidade de videoconferência são bem avançadas e tem permissão não apenas para vídeo chamadas de alta qualidade mas também possui recursos para gravar reuniões, compartilha tela e possui legendas tudo em tempo real.

Cons

Algumas vezes encontro dificuldade com problema de sincronização de mensagem principalmente quando a internet está instável.

Pros

Microsoft Teams is very collaborative and a great tool for web conferencing all over the world. Most office spaces do work with MTR’s.

Cons

Limited accessibility to files, still required to open files in desktop application to access full capability.
