### "Meetings on the go with Microsoft Teams"

April 21, 2026

5.0

Pleasant, user friendly organized. Hybrid use makes it much better if you away from your desk. Like that is compatible with all Microsoft Office softwares I use.

Pros

That I can connect with anyone on my team or in my company very quickly. Easy to use when having company meetings or team meetings.

Cons

I can not say I don’t like Microsoft team I am very pleased with the program. I do Not believe that I have had many issues with Teams.

### "Excellent for Collaboration and File Sharing"

February 25, 2026

5.0

Pros

We use at our company as a centralised collaboration hub. Most of the collaborators work from home, so it's a crucial tool to get things going. Integration with other tools under Microsoft 365 is also great, for example integrates calendar with Outlook and makes it easier to plan calls between people in our team. Another nice feature is that I can use translator to help me sometimes as English is not my first language.

Cons

No major issue to be reported, but sometimes after uploading a video recording into Teams chat, the 3 dots to allow me download the video in another machine doesn't work. Need to press play in the recording to get the download option.

### "Robust Centralized Communication Program for Everyone in 2025"

August 14, 2025

4.0

Pros

Microsoft Teams allocates a centralized workspace that allows teams to chat and work together on projects via collaboration, meeting and customizable dashboard.

Cons

Apart from complexity of the platform which is an obvious thing across all robust tools I have nothing that troubles me since I have been able to customize over 70% of the available features.

### "Pro Teams please"

April 24, 2026

4.0

Teams has been one of the ways to communicate and networks with those at my job. Management prefers communication through teams

Pros

I have used teams for team meetings to help with team collaboration. I have also used teams to facilitate training and to meet with clients virtually. Teams is easy to use and cost efficient.

Cons

Teams has been lagged mainly due to my internet connection not teams itself. Internet based applications can sometimes have those issue due to connection.

### "Using Microsoft teams "

December 3, 2025

4.0

Overall when using the chat to communicate with coworkers it worked better the audio/ video portion was inconsistent.

Pros

Microsoft teams for the most part was easy to use when needing to have a quick meeting with my manager during the time I worked at Allstate.

Cons

The connection sometimes didn’t work well. There would be times where me and my manager would schedule to meet for a call review so we could listen together and couldn’t because the connection would fail.

### "Overall a Great Collaboration Tool to Use to Connect with Team Members"

April 18, 2026

4.0

Overall Microsoft Teams is a great program, but will just need a good internet connection for it to work properly with the audio and video. It is a great program to use to connect team members together with the ability to change backgrounds or blur as needed.

Pros

I like that Microsoft Teams allows our team to collaborate and have meetings when face-to-face meetings are not possible. I also like that we still have the ability to see each other via cameras.

Cons

The thing I like least about Microsoft Teams is that sometimes the audio and video quality cuts out or is poor. The program uses a lot of resources and requires a high bandwidth to operate properly.

### "Good Multi-platform support"

July 14, 2025

5.0

Overall, it's a full featured platform that delivers exactly what I need with good integration with all the other office applications we use from MS.

Pros

Consistent interface between the native client installed on Windows and the PWA version on my development machine on Linux.

Cons

Only con I had previously was a restriction on the number of video participants onscreen on the PWA version, but this seems to be corrected now.

### "Great for Communication Amongst a Remote crew."

July 19, 2025

5.0

I enjoyed using Microsoft Teams for work. With all the features this software offers, a company doesn't need much else. They have it all, the file sharing, onboarding meetings, and everything else a remote project would need. So for me, it made the workday go a little smoother.

Pros

I used this software when I worked at a virtual call center as a telephone interviewer. And although I worked from home it really helped as far as keeping the team communication at 100 percent. It really made me feel like my coworker was sitting next to me. We could celebrate each others acomplishments in real time. Overall made the remote work more engaging and less solidary.

Cons

Sometimes during the work huddles, it was hard to find which thread I needed to be in. But there isn't much to complain about.

### "A Useful but Occasionally Frustrating Teamwork Tool"

August 30, 2025

2.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Teams has been mixed. I appreciate how it integrates chat, file sharing, and video calls into one platform, making collaboration and organization easier. However, technical issues, such as glitches, lag, and connectivity problems in version 3 have sometimes disrupted my workflow. While it’s a powerful tool for teamwork, its reliability needs improvement for a smoother experience.

Pros

Microsoft Teams is a useful communication tool with colleagues when it works. It integrates chat and file-sharing functionality into one app. The ability to create group chats with different team members streamlines teamwork and helps everyone stay connected and productive.

Cons

Microsoft Teams, specifically version 3, has been quite glitchy and slow. In the chat, words sometimes appear backward when typing, and there can be up to a 30-second lag when pasting a picture. The app has also failed to connect to the network several times recently. As a result, I had to resort to using the version 2 interface on the web browser, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

### "MS Teams Rocks!"

March 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, i would highly recommend using MS Teams. If you want to be efficient and productive as we have been, use this platform.

Pros

Teams is amazing. We use it for everything, whether its meetings, messaging, or document sharing. The user interface is incredibly intuitive and makes it easy to use.

Cons

I have not found anything I dislike about teams. I sometimes miss the notifications I get from the phone app but that may just be a phone system issue and not a teams issue.

### "Reliable for Teamwork, But Could Be Smoother"

May 1, 2025

5.0

Overall, it’s been solid—great for staying connected with my team, though it could be a bit more responsive at times.

Pros

I really liked how easy it was to chat, call, and share files all in one place—super convenient for team collaboration.

Cons

Sometimes it feels a bit slow or clunky, especially when switching between chats or loading files.

### "Microsoft Teams, a great meeting management tool "

July 15, 2025

5.0

It is a great tool and does have several functionalities which make conducting our virtual meetings almost seamless.

Pros

The ease with which we can schedule a meeting and have it. Also, I love the fact that we can with the same ease invite members of our organization and externals to join in.

Cons

I did not find a functionality to automatically take notes of the meetings without first recording the entire proceedings.

### "Easy to Use but Can Be Laggy at Times"

July 8, 2025

3.0

Teams is a decent tool, especially for companies or colleges already using Microsoft products. But if you’re looking for something lightweight, fast, and more intuitive, it might not be the best. It does the job , but not without some frustration along the way.

Pros

I’ve been using Microsoft Teams for over a year now, mainly for academic group work, online classes, and a few internship-related meetings. It’s definitely useful, especially if your organization or college already uses Microsoft 365.

Cons

Seamless integration with OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Outlook. I can open and collaborate on documents without leaving the app. Meeting scheduling is smooth — it connects with the calendar and sends invites directly. The chat feature is organized, and I can find previous conversations easily. The file sharing works well and even supports version history.

### "Good for indivuals and teams"

August 29, 2025

5.0

Teams is easy to use and get used to as long as your open to change. I like most of the aps I use together. It can be a little clunky and overwhelming at first but it's totally worth learning. The more I learn about Teams features, the more I like it!

Pros

It has a real time chat and call feature. You can use video on call or none. Voicemails automatically convert to text. It's easy to use and learn. The pin bar is great for quick access to the other aps you use, and you can customize it. The groups, or teams, are a great as to stay in communication about projects.

Cons

Some of the default settings are not mine or my coworkers' preferences and we had to go digging the settings to change them. I don't like the way you pull up a file on the Teams chat and the way to go back changes from the other screens.

### "Adding the "Personal" filter at the top of Microsoft Chats. "

August 11, 2025

3.0

Nearly 5 years using the Microsoft application. Generally, we use the "Team" group and "Chats" for everyday work.

Pros

1\. Easy to arrange, join the meeting, and the team could work online with one uploaded file. 2. Meeting records and reviews the record when needed.

Cons

In the Chat of the Microsoft team app, only "Unread", "chats", "Unmuted", and "Meeting chats" appeared at the top for selection, but we cannot filter "Personal" to directly chat to 1 person or find the chat history in the previous.

### "Team - An ultimate tool for Business"

February 25, 2026

5.0

Apart from the glitches and hanging of Microsoft Teams every once in a while, i have had the beat experience I can think of with this tool. It has been 8 years since I have used it and I have been through 100s of meetings through Teams, and it has never let me down.

Pros

Teams is the most easy, important and value for money tool I have ever used. It helps get in sync with our team members so effortless and has great quality meeting setups.

Cons

Microsoft teams can sometimes glitch and I have to restart it every once a while. Being one of the best microsoft product out there, one actually expects it to run flawlessly.

### "Multitask paradise"

November 6, 2025

5.0

Pros

I love that I can easily carry meetings over from my pc to my phone with the click of a button. As a parent I am often multitasking which MS Teams accommodates well.

Cons

There is only one issue I take with MS Teams. When added to a Team Channel there is no way to turn off notifications barring leaving the team in the app. As an operational leader I am in many group chats, but the number of times I receive notifications for messages that are not relative to my role is frustrating and 99% of them come from Team Channels.

### "Overly complicated, not reliable "

August 13, 2025

2.0

Very frustrating. I prefer using simple communication methods for quick conversations. Teams is overly complicated for the intended purpose of a quick tool for communication.

Pros

I have very few good things to say about Microsoft teams. I would say what I like most is that it allows me to communicate with several different groups in one place.

Cons

Teams is overly complicated. I do not like having to put a subject and message for a quick communication. Teams is not reliable as it seems to continuously change. The updates always complicate communication.

### "Perfect for communicating with co workers!"

April 21, 2026

5.0

I love everything about it! Instead of having to pick up your phone to call or text you are able to conversate from your desktop while being able to still work!

Pros

Able to communicate with co workers from the ease of your computer. Very helpful with communicating throughout a large company.

Cons

Nothing! everything is simple, user friendly, you can see when someone is active, busy, or way. You can even use notes to paste messages to your chat head!

### "Integration of Teams with Microsoft 365"

March 5, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Teams is extremely positive. It is something that is utilized constantly and only helps me with my productivity.

Pros

The thing that I like the most about Teams is how well integrated it is with all of microsofts other platforms. You can easily login to your teams and have full access to anything that is in your cloud. It is very good for communicating with your coworkers on projects or just everyday tasks and helps teams collaborate easily on projects and documents.

Cons

The thing I like least about Teams is that at times it can be difficult to find a team that you have not used recently, and you have to do a search.

### "Do it all with Teams"

February 3, 2026

5.0

Overall, I find it highly effective as an inter-office communication tool, it's robust enough to share documents back and forth, hold group meetings etc..

Pros

I like a lot of the same features on Teams as the ones I like on zoom, like meetings, but they almost seem smoother with better computer functionality especially when screen sharing. Also the messaging app is cool and I like that you can send memes and Gifs with it.

Cons

My least favorite thing about teams was that sometimes I would miss message notifications, especially if there are a lot of different interactions going on.

### "Overall A Good Video Conferencing Option"

November 10, 2025

4.0

Overall I enjoy using MS teams, and find it easy to use - most of our clients use it as well and I find it more user friendly than Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

Pros

I like that it is integrated in Microsoft Office and that it makes it easy to collaborate with my internal team. The interface is fairly intuitive and we make use off add-on apps, which has really helped our team streamline our processes.

Cons

I find that there are a few bugs/glitches that occur every now and then that can be frustrating, especially if you're in the middle of a meeting. Video quality is pretty good overall, but sometimes the app crashes at inconvenient times - not sure if this is a Microsoft issue or a computer issue though!

### "Centralized Collaboration Tool That Keeps Teams Connected"

April 17, 2026

5.0

I have been using Microsoft Teams for quite some time and am very satisfied with it overall. It is a powerful platform that brings chat, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration together in one place, which makes daily work much more organized. I especially appreciate how well it integrates with Microsoft 365, since this makes it easy to co-edit documents, schedule meetings, and keep communication in context. For team-based work, remote collaboration, and ongoing project coordination, Teams is a very practical and reliable solution.

Pros

Microsoft Teams is excellent for keeping communication and collaboration centralized. The chat, video meeting, and file-sharing features work smoothly, and the integration with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools saves a lot of time. I also like that it supports both internal and external collaboration, which makes it useful for everyday team communication as well as larger project work.

Cons

One downside is that Teams can feel a bit heavy and crowded, especially for new users who only need simple messaging or meetings. The number of features and settings can create a learning curve, and managing multiple teams or channels may become confusing over time. Depending on the device and environment, performance can also feel less lightweight than simpler communication tools, even though Microsoft continues to improve stability and call performance.

### "Powerful features, Painful Performance"

November 13, 2025

5.0

In my opinion, Teams is an essential yet resource intensive tool for teamwork. It does a good job of centralising M365 access and chat, however the client is often slow, which hinders productivity when quickly switching contexts. An otherwise strong feature set that is crucial for distributed testing teams is declined by the complex UI and uneven notification reliability.

Pros

I like how Teams offers great value for money by combining dependable team communication channels, outstanding group meetings and smooth testing tool integration into a user-friendly platform.

Cons

The thing I disliked the most was that the customisation possibilities seemed to be restricted to the most basic admin controls for a large organisation, which affected the user experience and the design of an effective workflow. Additionally, elevating past first interactions was frequently necessary for customer assistance for sophisticated technical difficulties which slowed down crucial response timeframes.
