### "Temas nota 10"

October 26, 2025

5.0

### "Became an Essential Part of the Workday"

October 7, 2021

5.0

It truly has become essential and something can't operate without. Plus, the video backgrounds on our daily meeting have been a nice addition.

Pros

We feature a management team that is spread out across a variety of locations. Video conferencing and collaboration tools are a must for us. We've used this tool for collaborative work on Office documents, file sharing, team communication and lots more. It's been something that has quickly become one of the more essential tools to our daily worklife.

Cons

Perhaps the biggest drawback to the software is that while the collaborative file work is useful, it's not quite as easy or as seamless as Google Docs, for example.

### "Microsoft Teams Review"

April 27, 2023

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Teams was positive. While the interface could be confusing at times, the app's ability to integrate multiple collaboration tools into one platform made it a valuable tool for working with my colleagues.

Pros

What I liked most about Microsoft Teams was its ability to integrate various collaboration tools into one platform. From video conferencing to file sharing to project management, Teams made it easy to communicate and work with my colleagues in one centralized location. I also appreciated the app's robust features, such as the ability to record meetings and collaborate in real-time on documents.

Cons

One thing that I liked least about Microsoft Teams was the sometimes confusing and overwhelming interface. With so many features and options available, it could be challenging to navigate the app effectively. Additionally, the notification system could be quite overwhelming, particularly if you were a member of multiple teams or channels.

### "The ultimate video conferencing tool to support remote work"

October 6, 2021

5.0

Pros

During the pandemic we were really struggling on an easy to use and reliable tool for video conferencing. Microsoft Teams is still really reliable, fast and secure. So confidential conferences are always safe across teams who are working remotely. We didn't have to be in the same room to accomplish the same.

Cons

The interface is different from other video conferencing tools. For instance if you are looking for the chat module, you have to click away from the video conference. It would be nice if everything is shared in one screen instantly making it a more complete tool.

### "Teams Daily"

November 12, 2021

5.0

Awesome, it's a great application which has allowed us to merge many aspects into a single area for ease of use.

Pros

I use Microsoft Teams every daily for internal work communication aswell as customer communication. It is the central point of communication in this business towards both customers and company meetings. We also use the VOIP feature in Teams replacing our hardset phones and use "Tasks" integration for "To Do" lists. It can handle pretty much anything your company needs for collaboration from organising meetings for Audio/Video. Remote assistance via screen sharing aswell as simple messaging which can be done via PC or Mobile/Tablet

Cons

Sometimes the remote sharing feature can be hit and miss aswell as VOIP calls can sometimes ring out quickly. Nothing major and could be bandwidth related.

### "Microsoft Teams Collaboration Platform"

January 12, 2022

4.0

Microsoft Teams is a very powerful tool that gives you a high level of integrity with office tools and becomes a strong collaboration tool when combined with the different apps that permit more interaction between teams of work.

Pros

Integration is one of the most remarcable featureas as it has a great interface with Office365, AD and other Microsoft Apps and Products.

Cons

External collaborators are not familiar with it and commonly have problems by installing or using it if it is not their corporate platform.

### "Teams Rocks!!! So much better than Zoom, in my humble opinion"

June 12, 2021

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been excellent! My learning curve was quick and easy compared to other systems like this.

Pros

Okay, I'm 51 years old so technology takes a little longer to click for me. I caught on to Teams so quickly and absolutely love it. I am able to call co-workers and brokers with ease and can use the chat function flawlessly. The connectivity is excellent. I notice when using Zoom call people cut in and out but that does not happen with Teams. I also love the file storage with Teams!!!

Cons

If you are not using Share Point, Teams folders/file can load slowly if at all. That's my only complaint/issue.

### "MS Teams is the best for achieving real time activities in any corporate world"

Teams is very convenient app for almost all the initiatives that we are launching and collaboration is the biggest hit

Pros

instant messaging, emojis, scheduling meetings, calendar, groups, recording, user friendliness, announcements.. almost everything

Cons

One thing which i am not happy about is, in a new group created, if we have to make an announcement, we cant enable the notification for all of them in the group. Every individual will have to set their notification on.

### "Improving Solid Product That Works Well in the Workplace"

March 2, 2021

4.0

Overall, this has been a solid Office product for us. It allows remote workers to stay connected. It is simple enough for everyone to use and has enough features that I don't have to install yet another product to get simple sharing done. Very few complaints from us.

Pros

It's a one-stop-shop for interoffice communications. Need to text- Teams. Need to call- Teams. Need remote access-Teams. No matter what level of office communication you need you can find it with Microsoft Teams. I have to be honest Microsoft was slow to roll out features. But, now that they are here this is a powerhouse of a piece of software.

Cons

Not the easiest communication software to use and every time you have to do remote access all the permissions get annoying. But, it works and that is all we need most of the time.

### "True Seamlesss Multi-Platform Collaboration"

November 18, 2019

4.0

We are a group of a dozen people across North America and expecting to grow to multiple countries in the next year. We use the group chat and video chats as a way to "walk to someone's desk" or "peek over the cubicle wall".

Pros

Proper and correct syncing between multiple platforms is by far the best feature. It looks, works, and keeps track of current conversations regardless of the platform. Ability to take notes and/or schedule notes within a meeting or group chat is very valuable. All of these files are kept in sync regardless of the platform, and this syncing is seamless. The fact that all of this is integrated fully into the rest of our Office365 package means we don't have to have multiple apps or worry that a plugin won't be supported.

Cons

What we have like least is currently in development by Microsoft. At the moment, we cannot undock a video chat window from the regular chats. We also cannot have multiple chat windows going. It would be great to be able to continue a live video conference and have a chat window on another part of the screen or use the whiteboard or note taking features all at the same time.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Microsoft Teams

Previously my team had experience with several "competing" software products. When one of us goes on a walk, answers some messages, and then transfers back to their desk, the Skype for Business desktop app was missing parts or all of the conversation. Switching between phone, tablet, and desktop was problematic. Spark Server with Ignite and other XMPP clients required significant custom plugins and custom development that we would have had to maintain. Other solutions like Slack of Google Hangouts had a higher price point and offered less than what we needed, as well as less professional appearing.

### "Easist tool to communicate internally with the team."

February 6, 2021

4.0

Sorted out lots of things for us and now we are using Teams only instead of several tools and security it provides for chatting and data keeping us safe that things are internally.

Pros

Many features found in the program and security in sending messages, sharing files internally between the team. can chat 1on1, create group chat and select users, do calls with other team members, creating shift schedules and apply swaps, holidays on, share files on it, create tasks and assign it to team member, can work on any OS platform (windows, mac, android, iOS,....)

Cons

nothing much, it is providing us with everything we are looking for, may only that it takes few secs when first load on computer but other than that cannot think of anything.

### "Great for Work-from-Home Teams"

January 18, 2022

5.0

Pros

I love that MS Teams allows my team and I to chat, talk, and meet from our homes. We are able to keep in touch which helps our cohesiveness. Makes communication easy. However, for important communications, we still use email because it stays in our inbox - Teams messages tend to slide off the screen quickly and you forget about things.

Cons

I hate hate hate the red/green/yellow status buttons. If you're not engaging directly with Teams is goes yellow, which looks like you're not working. I also hate the constant dings of notifications coming in. You need better choices/more choices for which notifications you get. Right now you either get ALL or Nothing. Not useful. Also, Teams take a LOT of bandwidth so with our aging computers we seems to have a lot of system freezes with Teams because it sucks up so much bandwidth. I end up leaving my camera off most of the time to save bandwidth.

### "Changed the way I work with my team"

October 22, 2021

4.0

Pros

For remote work, team collaboration and instant messaging Teams has made a big impact on the way me and my team work, it's much easier to communicate when people are working remotely. I have at least 5 teams video calls and many more instant messages daily.

Cons

It's very buggy, every week someone in my team is having technical issues and it's always a wide variety of issues. There are a lot of features and it can be difficult to really grasp what can be done within Teams.

### "Teams review a Microsoft 365 administrator"

January 21, 2021

5.0

Microsoft Teams is considered a time and a lifesaver for me, I use it more than any other application and I enjoy using it and explaining how it works to others

Pros

as an administrator, I like how I can create teams, channels, add members and even assign owners from the admin center and make it easier to gather employees in specific groups. restrict document sharing and guests inviting. as a user and a CSP technical sales/ support representative, Microsoft Teams is my favorite application and it has helped me tremendously during the pandemic in scheduling and hosting business meetings in a mater of seconds, as well as providing support to customers and being able to have a live look at their screens, having the option to request control to resolve their issues. another cool feature is the meeting recording option which automatically uploads the video to my Microsoft Stream and gives me a chance to go back to the meetings and share them with others if I want to. my favorite of all time is the ability to share a document and collaborate with other team members, and it gets better when you just add a tab of the important file instead of looking for it in files every time you need it.

Cons

it requires some assistance for end-users to get familiar with it and use it to its full potential. it is not considered a user-friendly app for those unfamiliar with it. the fact that it is a part of other 365 plans, makes customers prefer other single applications

### "Must-Have Software for Every Business"

September 11, 2022

5.0

Pros

At my previous employer, we only used Teams for occasional quick chats. At my present employer, we use Teams for almost everything: meetings, document sharing, phone calls, chats, and more! The record saving functions allows you to keep conversations with other people and groups for quick reference. I don't know how we would be able to perform our daily functions without this must-have software!

Cons

When presenting in a meeting, you are unable to see the other attendees. It would be nice to have a pop-up window for that which would only show on the presenter's screen. Other than that, I love everything about Teams!

### "MS Teams"

October 5, 2021

5.0

Pros

Teams really does allow our business to collaborate more efficiently. It is simple to use, yet has robust enough features to satisfy the needs of everyone in our company.

Cons

There have been some issues of Teams not loading properly on some workstations. This is fixed by an uninstall/reinstall. The problem is this usually arises at the worst time - when a user actually needs to join a meeting.

Reason for choosing Microsoft Teams

Teams is included in our Office365 subscription, which made it really easy to trial. We don't need to track additional software or licenses, which is of great benefit to the IT staff.

September 24, 2021

I really like Microsoft teams it makes it easy to connect with my coworkers while we are all working remotely. And make it easy and fast to get answers from supervisors. I've had a great experience with Microsoft teams.

Pros

I like this a software is simple to use. There's no lag time it's automatic there's no waiting.

Cons

I just wish it was a little bit more customizable when it came down to color and fonts but that's just a personal thing I like dark settings on everything and Microsoft teams from what I have been able to find they do not offer that.

### "Great for cross-communication."

October 5, 2021

5.0

I have relatively no issues with Teams for the most part. Just small things that I think could take it to the next level. However, these issues are really only my opinions and don't effect how I go about using the program.

Pros

I like that all my colleagues are in my list. All i have do is click on their name and our forum pops up. I can send any type of file format i need to. My meetings are all in one place in their calendar view.

Cons

Sometimes I can't grant access to PDFs to the user I'm sending it to. I have no idea why. Also, when I'm talking with someone and another person texts me, its hard to find them in your Contacts view because the highlighted name is not highlighted enough.

### "A Great, fun way to communicate with your team."

December 14, 2018

5.0

When I got assigned to a new team at my company, I found the Teams app was in full swing. Now, I've already spoken about its features, but I want to tell you a more personal story. From the time I first arrived, until about three years ago, my company used Skype for instant messaging. Not everyone used it, but my team did. And every Friday, I would send out a little animated emoji of a dancing monkey. I called him "Friday Funky Monkey." When my compnay did away with Skype, the new app didn't have a dancing monkey, so I couldn't send it out to my collegues. When we got Teams, however, I was able to get Friday Funky Monkey back, and so much more. I really think it helps team unity and cohesion to have a bit of humor in the communication, and this app really helps with it.

Pros

This communication app has a lot of fun, social features. You can communicate entirley in animated emojis, GIFs, and memes if you want. Also, sharing your screen, sending files, video conferencing, (disabling incoming video if you don't want to see the other person's face) are all very easy with this app. These are all standard features for company-wide IM apps. Where Teams shines is its aptly named Teams feature, where you can setup team-wide messages. Like if you belong to several small groups in your company, each one can have their own team that anyone on the team can then communicate with the rest of that team. Another neat, but underrated feature, that I haven't seen anywhere else is the "Organization" feature, which allows you to see who a contact's associates are, and also see their managers in a hiearchy.

Cons

It lacks some of the integration that I have seen in other company apps. It doesn't know when you are using a phone, so if you are using your desk phone, know one will know through teams. Also, if the person you want to contact is not using teams, then you cannot call them from directly inside the app.

### "Teams makes working remotely much easier"

December 16, 2021

5.0

We've had no issues that I'm aware of.

Pros

The instant messaging feature makes our not seeing each other in an office environment much more personable and fun. The ease of sharing documents makes things a lot easier to share with a whole zone of people - it's faster than email. The amount of subgroups you can set up for different aspects of our jobs is great. It was a game changer for us as far as video chats/meetings go-the quality is good and it's so easy to navigate. I also like that it has an app so if I need to keep in touch with my team when I'm away from my desk, it totally lets me do that. The praise and emjoi/gif buttons are so fun and my zone uses them a lot.
