### "Quite Budget Friendly Web Conference Software"

April 27, 2026

4.0

I think, it gives a very good customer support. It is super easy to create a team and collaborate which many webinar software do not have. Currently quite satisfied. The developer mode is super easy to integrate with other microsoft tools and devs.

Pros

The good thing is that my company covers the subscription for this. We hold our weekly meetings with research group. It is easy to set a meeting, send notes, take meeting minutes. The audio is quite crisp. So, the meeting does not show any issue. Also, HD quality video makes it comfortable to interact even it is virtual.

Cons

There are several add on to purchase, I do not use those as there are no good videos on how to add those. Also, Teams sends annoying sound when joining or leaving a meeting.

Because of the pricing and customer support.

### "The Gold Standard for Team Collaboration"

January 28, 2026

5.0

I love it. It makes talking to others in the organization beyond easy. It is my default app when it comes to booking zoom meetings as well.

Pros

Its ease of use is unmatched. It allows for real time virtual collaboration that other apps have tried to emulate. This is the standard for virtual working.

Cons

The ding when you get a message...kidding. The main thing I dislike is the lack of a channel function like slack. That allows for best practice sharing better than teams.

### "Easy to Use but Can Be Laggy at Times"

July 8, 2025

3.0

Teams is a decent tool, especially for companies or colleges already using Microsoft products. But if you’re looking for something lightweight, fast, and more intuitive, it might not be the best. It does the job , but not without some frustration along the way.

Pros

I’ve been using Microsoft Teams for over a year now, mainly for academic group work, online classes, and a few internship-related meetings. It’s definitely useful, especially if your organization or college already uses Microsoft 365.

Cons

Seamless integration with OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Outlook. I can open and collaborate on documents without leaving the app. Meeting scheduling is smooth — it connects with the calendar and sends invites directly. The chat feature is organized, and I can find previous conversations easily. The file sharing works well and even supports version history.

### "Great workplace tool"

March 13, 2026

5.0

I have been using Microsoft Teams for about six years now - I think it is a great tool that has been introduced to the workforce, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pros

I love Microsoft Teams - I like the most that you can use both a desktop version of the software and a mobile app

Cons

The thing I like the least about Microsoft Teams is that the 'online' function times out very quickly - especially when in meetings watching videos/webinars on your PC but not using the mouse.

### "Top notch messaging and document sharing platform"

November 28, 2025

5.0

We have been able to organize and implement most projects with this platform. It is a five star system that has generated positive ROI from productive video conferences and screen sharing.

Pros

Ms Teams has enhanced reliable conversation in the organization. The project workforce can share task progress in form of file and chat securely. It is easy to set up and integrate with Microsoft 365.

Cons

I have not experienced any technical issues while working with this platform. Ms Teams is efficient and has positively transformed our business operations.

### "Well Integrated Microsoft Office Tool"

July 6, 2025

5.0

Useful tool that makes communication easy, well integrated with the Microsoft suite, but definitely not without some glitches in calls.

Pros

It isn't just a messaging platform but an all in one tool that integrates meetings, Outlook, documents in Sharepoint, all together.

Cons

There are some pretty bad glitches with calls, one of the core products at times. Like calls dropping out on the phone, or not connecting properly, especially when paired with a need to enter your PIN.

### "Be a TEAM with Microsoft Teams"

April 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, I think Microsoft Teams is very beneficial. It helps keep emails, files, etc in one easily searchable place.

Pros

I like how I can put so many tools into a single location and not have to switch back and forth between apps.

Cons

Sometimes, I feel like it drains by battery and is slow overall. Often, there are technical issues that can become frustrating when it happens at an inopportune time.

### "Microsoft Teams is Essential for Quick Business Communication"

March 20, 2026

5.0

I really like Microsoft Teams and use it everyday for quick communication with coworkers. I would recommend to anyone.

Pros

I like the ability to have video chats, calls, one-on-one/group messages, and to share files among groups.

Cons

I think Microsoft Teams video chats could be a bit better. Occasionally, the links don't work for me, and I have to manually type in the meeting code.

### "MS Teams vs. Slack "

August 9, 2025

2.0

Mostly okay, sometimes glitchy. It’s not that application I’m excited to use when I’m at work - let’s put it like that.

Pros

It serves its purpose as a live chat and I like that my calendar and other Microsoft tools are synchronized so I don’t need to switch, for example, between my email account and MS Teams.

Cons

Comparing to Slack, I’m definitely missing the cool and intuitive design: having to use MS Teams now feels like a downgrade.

### "Communication and Collaboration on one platform!"

April 3, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Teams has been very positive. It’s a powerful tool for communication and collaboration, keeping chats, meetings, and files all in one place. While the interface can feel busy at times, its features and integrations make teamwork much more efficient.

Pros

What I liked most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication and collaboration into one platform. Chat, video calls, file sharing, and integration with other Microsoft apps make teamwork smooth and efficient.

Cons

One downside of Microsoft Teams is that the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, and managing notifications can be overwhelming in larger teams.

### "Great app for meeting"

Pros

It is very easy to use. The meeting and webinar feature has been a great feature to communicate and have virtual meetings with the group.

Cons

### "MS Teams - Reliability"

May 24, 2025

5.0

A fantastic solution for handling business calls seamlessly on both your PC and mobile phone. Teams is a robust app that integrates phone functionality alongside the entire suite of M365 applications, making communication and collaboration more efficient than ever

Pros

Teams isn't just a powerhouse for business collaboration—it also boasts exceptional phone capabilities. It delivers the full functionality of a traditional business phone system, but without the hassle and complexity of outdated PABX setups. Streamlined, efficient, and built for modern communication.

Cons

Like any software, reliability can sometimes be a concern—crashes and voice degradation may occur. However, not all these issues stem from Teams itself; network conditions can also play a significant role in performance fluctuations.

### "Powerful features, Painful Performance"

November 13, 2025

5.0

In my opinion, Teams is an essential yet resource intensive tool for teamwork. It does a good job of centralising M365 access and chat, however the client is often slow, which hinders productivity when quickly switching contexts. An otherwise strong feature set that is crucial for distributed testing teams is declined by the complex UI and uneven notification reliability.

Pros

I like how Teams offers great value for money by combining dependable team communication channels, outstanding group meetings and smooth testing tool integration into a user-friendly platform.

Cons

The thing I disliked the most was that the customisation possibilities seemed to be restricted to the most basic admin controls for a large organisation, which affected the user experience and the design of an effective workflow. Additionally, elevating past first interactions was frequently necessary for customer assistance for sophisticated technical difficulties which slowed down crucial response timeframes.

### "Teams assists with office communication"

July 7, 2025

5.0

Teams provided my staff and I with another avenue of communication. When a thought isn't enough for an email, we send a chat. When it needs a call and we can't get to the same room, a video call. It's allowed us to store and contribute to a shared set of files. Calls are clear and rarely, if ever, dropped or garbled. And while this doesn't add to functionality very much, there are a wide array of GIFs for the chats that allow my team to be a little more lighthearted than other forms of communication might allow.

Pros

Teams has opened up a whole new way of communicating for my staff. Within days of it being unrolled for us, we were using it for video calls, text type situations, and for shared files.

Cons

I'd like to see the file sharing system be navigated more like a regular windows folder with all the display options - especially when I have picture folders and want to have a bigger display of the icons.

### "Overall a solid performing product"

June 13, 2025

4.0

95% of the time teams works as intended, with clear audio calls, video calls, video conference calls, screen sharing, and the like as it advertises. The improvements to document and image sharing are welcomed updates, and i appreciate their continued push for streamlining the interface to reduce clicks. Many improvements they have made, and I think are still to be made, seem simple, so i don't know if they don't support this product fully or just think it's good enough. It's a robust product, but it could use some finishing touches.

Pros

Reliability. Rarely do i have issues where the software doesn't function as it should or as i would like it to. They continue to make use improvements.

Cons

A little bit clunky. There's definitely a feeling that you are going from one conversation to another, whether on mobile or computer, when compared to competing software. Like most Microsoft products, it doesn't feel "light", although I will say it has come a long way over the last couple of years.

### "CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT 10/10"

March 23, 2026

5.0

10/10 this has been essential in my day to day whether it's just chatting with coworkers or needing quick answers

Pros

Teams has been ESSENTIAL for communication with not only my team but a quick way to contact other teams to make sure our project is on time and well managed. It is super easy to use and great value for money as it's under the Office360 package. Customer support is great as it's a microsoft product and the customizable emojis are a popular choice amongst the company.

Cons

sometimes has it's bugs like any microsoft app but they are usually resolved within 24 hours. nothing of any real concern

### "Great Software"

February 26, 2026

5.0

Teams has been a game changer with getting quick answers from inside my organization. It truly has helped with daily work flow.

Pros

Teams helps me communicate effectively with my team. I like the mute option for the group chats. I also enjoy being able to screenshare and do video calls outside my organization with ease.

Cons

I cannot think of anything I do not like about Teams. It suits my daily business needs. I also like to utilize the Teams app on my phone.

### "Teams, a great tool for global connection "

July 3, 2025

5.0

Overall, I rely on Teams every day. It allows me to quickly reach my peers and also to connect with people who are in the same organisation but sit in different parts of the world

Pros

I like how easy it is to connect with everyone in your organization, no matter where they are in the world.

Cons

I don't like all the added features that try to connect into Teams like other channels or tools. I want to use Teams to connect with people. I dont like tools such as powerpoint trying to be used within Teams. It does not work to well

### "Essential for any work place in 2026"

February 28, 2026

4.0

Really useful especially when I work remotely. I am able to share my screen and give updates to my employer; my boss can also request a pointer and use it to show me things in my presentations while I'm screen sharing, like the option to have camera off and on

Pros

Easy to meet when working remotely, can share screen for presentations and use the chat feature. Had security also.

Cons

Sometimes I have had issues trying to login when switching between work and personal accounts but that could just be my own issue rather then Teams

### "Convenient app with impressive utility"

September 30, 2025

5.0

I find it to be very convenient for facilitating seamless video calls and presentations no matter where I am at.

Pros

It takes me just one click to start an instant meeting with everyone in a group chat and I can now express myself with as many emoji reactions as I like.

Cons

Notifications can pile up quickly. This is not a dealbreaker but it does take a bit of adjustment to filter the most important.

### "Teams truly allows "Team" Work"

June 15, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience has been positive. Both of the companies I work for use it and so, like anything, the more you use it, the more you get used to the nuances and the multiple locations you can look for the information you need.

Pros

It has so many features. We built excel sheets into it, word documents, have done meetings on it, had chats on it. It has scheduling on it, so you can track where and when you are working.

Cons

It can be overwhelming with all of the side categories and there are times you feel like your calendar should have your schedule, but it has upcoming meetings. So you need to go to shifts for your schedule, for your work sessions.

### "Could use some wider functionality, but good overall"

June 18, 2025

3.0

Teams is definitely a step up from Skype. It allows us to communicate with (most) clients within the program and is fairly easy to use. There are some inexplicable things that happen from time-to-time (e.g. I will type & send a message, and then it's suddenly not visible for me, but the person I sent it to can read it), but it's overall a nice, stable program.

Pros

The ease of communication and the integration with the Outlook calendars. The Channels are helpful for keeping documents in one place.

Cons

I don't like that there are so few apps for within the Chats (not the Channels). Trying to have a shared calendar app to track vacation times and such across a whole team shouldn't be that much to ask for.

### "TEAMS review"

June 16, 2025

3.0

The overall experience is good, but there can be times, when the productivuty is not as high because of what I just mentioned before, that is something that gets me upset.

Pros

most usefull characteristics of teams for me are the instant text messages and calls, and the combination of calendar to easilly shedule new meeting.

Cons

the biggest upset I have about teams, is the fact the it is designed to only have open one window at the time. And the main set back I have noticed is when yoy want to set a meeting, as you need to have open the calendar tab, by maybe sundelly I received a message that I want to see at that moment, but if I change the tab, I lost my progress on setting up the meeting I was setting. Or maybe I actyally need to get more info in a message I am wating from a co worker, I know chats can be opened independtly, but I want to actually have 2 full operational different teams windows with out that much probelm.
