November 26, 2025 5.0 Easy, fast, for everyone to be able to connect and have meetings without have to be in person. Seeing everyone on the cameras it feels just like being in the room with everyone. Pros Being able to connect with my entire district at the same time no matter where anyone is. Logging in and having everyone there ready to start our meetings. It’s awesome. You can make internal calls with Teams, but Zoom is still much better for everything. No external calls. So depends on what you need, if your teams have a lot of calls, ad had external calls, you'll still need Zoom, and something for external calls like jabber Pros I was very uneasy when my company decided to move from Jabber to Teams for messaging, but for messaging alone, they are very good. When you receive a message, it jumps on the right bottom portion of the screen, and then stays there. You can add screenshots Depending on your setup, you will receive an email if you did not open your teams message in set time Cons jabber had phone line associated with itself (including outside phone call), jabber does not. It is very simple and easy to use. Teams increases the routine work productivity by decreasing the use of different apps as it contains everything. Cons The only con that i can think of is mobile app limitation. I feel like the desktop features are more easy to work with as comparatively to mobile. Cons It can be difficult to get it set up with other apps if you aren't familiar with how it works, but once you get it, the possibilities are massive.
