Pros Having used Microsoft Teams for over 4 years on a daily basis, I can say it is highly reliable. The video quality during long meetings is stable, and screen sharing works perfectly. The chat organization, channels, and deep integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem make managing a heavy 45-hour work week very smooth and efficient. Cons The main drawback is that it consumes a lot of system memory (RAM) and heavy internet data compared to other video calling apps like Zoom or Google Meet. If you are on a limited mobile data plan, it runs out very quickly, and it can also slow down older phones or laptops during long meetings.
