It’s definitely our hub for staying connected. While it takes a little bit of time to get used to the organization of files and channels, the benefits of having everything in one place for project management and communication far outweigh the minor learning curve. Pros The seamless integration with the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite is a huge plus—being able to open and edit Word or Excel files directly within the app saves so much time. I also really appreciate the chat and video meeting quality; it’s very reliable for remote team communication and collaboration. Cons It can feel a bit bloated sometimes, and the interface is sometimes confusing, especially when trying to navigate between different teams and channels. We have multiple meetings a day on various platforms. Many of our vendors and customers prefer to use teams. I've never had any issue with it and would say its on par with any of its competitors. Pros Ease of use - while I dont have an account myself many of my clients prefer to meet on teams. I find it to be just as robust and valuable as any of the other meeting products Cons We are a mac office and so we dont use microsoft products here. The integration with Microsoft 365 is great, I can easily share files, collaborate on documents and projects. Cons The thing I like the least is search function because sometimes finding older messages and files can be difficult. Pros i like how efficient and easy it is to use and do team collaborations. it is a great value for money because it does everything we need to. Cons i wish there was more customization options like changing the colors or background in different chats. It makes everyone's job easier when a platform such as Teams does all the heavy lifting for you and Teams has never let us down! Pros Microsoft Teams ease of use was wonderful when working with a strictly virtual team! Helping new employees' setup their accounts is very easy! Cons Nothing. Microsoft Teams integrates smoothly with all other Microsoft platforms. We have no complaints so far! Pros It has many tools for communicating with my team, and help with productivity, it is very easy to customize too. The free version is good, the paid version adds few features, that are not essential. Cons The learning curve is a bit stiff, it takes a while to get to know everything you can do with it, and is not very intuitive at all.
