### "Instant Team Communication"

January 25, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been positive. By using Teams as a central platform, communication within an organisation can be streamlined, and having fewer applications running helps improve system performance and reduce storage usage.

Pros

Microsoft Teams offers great value of money as it is included in part of the Microsoft package. It is essential for team communication, in instant messaging, video calls, calls, and online meetings. It is easy and simple to use, and can be used by many individuals and businesses, it is widely used. You can set up channels to improve team collaboration and project management, share files and words quickly. It has a very good search function to find older items. I have an in-built landline which is very useful when working remotely. It identifies any unread meeting or other chats so you can easily navigate and find and read them. It has integrated calendars, OneDrive, apps and co-pilot. You can customize your background and other features giving customisation options.

Cons

Occasionally Microsoft Teams suffers when there is poor internet connection, but this can be fixed by turning off cameras. It offers an option to give call quality feedback and it feels like they are constantly improving.

### "Teams for the Win!"

March 3, 2026

5.0

Teams has been amazing. I am able to toggle between chats, easily see my calendar, and make audio and video calls with ease. The quality of the video calls are amazing. Using Teams has made my job easier in so many ways.

Pros

Teams is very good for collaborating with internal and external people. I like that I am able to integrate it with my calendar. The chat feature makes it easy to communicate with team members. I also like that it shows us the busy status my teammates; this feature makes it easy to know when to take messages vs. calling the person.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with Teams. All of the features are easy to use, and I like how it works with my Outlook calendar.

### "Microsoft teams - Easy to use communication tool"

February 11, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience with Microsoft teams has been excellent, it is an effective tool to collaborate with others over long distances. The system is easy to use for all and can be integrated with other Microsoft services.

Pros

My favourite features about Microsoft teams is the integration to other Microsoft services, the easy of using outlook in connection with teams is brilliant. This allows me to use a communication app in cohesion with my planner, reminding me of upcoming meetings.

Cons

My least favourite part about Microsoft teams is the constant version updates that impact the functionality of certain systems. Updates are release in phases with some receiving the update before others, meaning you may not have a functionality until later down the line.

### "A Reliable Tool for Team Communication"

March 14, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been very positive. It makes communication, meetings, and file sharing easy, helping our team stay connected, organized, and productive throughout the day.

Pros

I like how Microsoft Teams keeps communication and collaboration in one place. Chat, meetings, and file sharing are easy to manage, which helps our team stay connected and work more efficiently.

Cons

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially with many chats and channels active, and notifications can get overwhelming if not managed carefully.

### "The All in One Powerhouse That Keeps Our Business Running"

December 9, 2025

5.0

Microsoft Teams has become the default operating system for our daily work life. It effectively combines our meetings, chat, and file collaboration into one single hub. While it can feel a little bloated at times compared to lighter alternatives, the sheer amount of functionality you get is unmatched. It simplifies our workflow by keeping everyone on the same page and provides exceptional value since it is likely already included in your business subscription. It is a robust tool that handles the demands of a busy professional environment with ease.

Pros

The biggest strength of Microsoft Teams is how perfectly it fits into the rest of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Being able to open, edit, and collaborate on Word documents or Excel spreadsheets directly inside the Teams window without switching apps is a massive time saver. The video conferencing quality is excellent and reliable, even with large groups of people on a call. I also appreciate the calendar integration, which makes scheduling meetings effortless since it syncs instantly with Outlook. The background blur and custom background features are great for maintaining professionalism when working from home. It really feels like a complete workspace rather than just a chat app.

Cons

The application can be a bit heavy on system resources, often slowing down older computers if you have too many other programs open. The file structure can sometimes get confusing because everything is backed by SharePoint, so finding a specific file shared months ago takes more clicking than I would like. The notification settings are also quite granular, and if you do not configure them correctly at the start, you can get overwhelmed by constant pop ups and sounds from different channels.

### "Happy with several years of Microsoft Teams use"

March 16, 2026

4.0

Overall, have enjoyed my experience with Microsoft Teams. If I find something I don't like or that I think can be improved, I just use their Feedback feature to let them know then they can take it from there. Highly suggest Microsoft Teams, especially if you take advantage of their other products, particularly those driving efficiency such as Loop, Tasks, and Copilot.

Pros

I like how well integrated Microsoft Teams is with Microsoft's other offerings, such as Loop, Tasks, and Copilot. The Copilot features have been game-changers especially for long and/or intricate meetings, particularly with lots of people chatting. Can take notes for you, allow you to assign out tasks discussed, etc. Takes the cake as far as the Pros for me.

Cons

A big downside for me is not being able modify my cursor appearance while presenting. Having that capability makes it easier for parties to track what I am doing versus where their cursor may be. Helpful for when they take screenshots, as well, as I can make my cursor more easily visible for them. Would love that feature to be added!

Switching to Microsoft Teams was a natural choice due to their ease of integration with Microsoft's other offerings. As more features get released across their products, the ease of use is irreplaceable.

### "Team Up with Microsoft Teams!"

February 19, 2026

4.0

Overall I'd say my experience with Microsoft Teams has been extremely positive. I've never encountered any problems or issues while using Teams at home or at work except when trying to access on my Macbook or Iphone.

Pros

Microsoft Teams is very straight forward and user friendly. Also, I really enjoy the customization options and team-building/communication potential.

Cons

Unfortunately Microsoft Teams is not accessible while using my Iphone or Macbook.I do not think Teams is compatible with Apple products.

### "No Beauty Filter is Why This Review Only Gets Two Stars"

January 25, 2026

2.0

Overall, it's good. My team uses it so it's always easy to get in contact with someone whether it's through a chat message or a quick video call. I also like that all my documents are stored in the one place and I can easily share them with my team.

Pros

It's very easy to join a meeting just by clicking a link and keeps all team communication and documents in a single location.

Cons

The worst thing about Microsoft Teams is the the meetings function doesn't have a beauty filter. Apparently on enterprise level accounts get the beauty filter and everyone else (even paid personal accounts) get a minor smoothing feature which is barely helpful at all. Zoom is the main competitor and they do have a beauty filter as a standard feature for everyone.

### "Even with some small drawbacks, it's still the best all-in-one solution"

January 22, 2026

5.0

I've been using Teams for almost a decade now. It has gotten MUCH better since the beginning. I've tried a few other platforms along the way. Some outshined Teams with what they did, while others were way worse(Cisco). None of them offered as good of an all-in-one solution as Teams does. Especially if you're company is already on the other Microsoft platforms.

Pros

Have a solid video meeting solution and a solid instant messaging solution all in one is definitely the best parts of Teams. I'd give both of those an 8/10 on their own, but together they'd get a 9.5/10.

Cons

My only complaint about the video meeting part is that Microsoft still doesn't let you choose the quality level of your outgoing video feed. Zoom has had this for a while. I've spent time and money on my work-from-home setup with a nice 4k webcam and 1 gig fiber, but I'm at the mercy of Teams to decide how much compression it wants to add to my video feed, and it differs each day.

### "Microsoft Teams for the Win"

January 28, 2026

4.0

I've used Microsoft Teams for over 6 years at an organization with about 150 employees and I like it a lot. Scheduling meetings, adding outside users to calls, setting up chat threads, and other features common to programs like this are easy and intuitive on Teams.

Pros

Microsoft Teams effectively combines the instant messaging/chat interface with the video call/meeting platform within the same program, which offers an advantage over the Slack & Zoom combo I've seen in some organizations.

Cons

Within the Teams desktop app interface, there's a lot available, which is nice if you know what it all is and use everything. But for beginners or simple users, it can be a little cluttered and even overwhelming.

### "Teams is the best at what it does"

March 25, 2026

5.0

Teams has made projects for my contracts possible that could happen without it. What Microsoft has done with mobile and plugin integration is nothing short of fantastic.

Pros

Teams is the most feature rich video conferencing software available. I have use Teams with several companies now and can confidently say that when all the extra features are customized and properly set up Teams is the best for communication and collaboration. Teams is free to use and integrates well with many other Microsoft products, especially SharePoint, making project separation and management in large companies possible without any extra steps or costs.

Cons

Though Teams is easy to use as an individual, integrating it into an Azure environment requires higher skill and knowledge. Microsoft's customer support on their free products is best handled through their online forums or the open community.

### "Utile, ma non sempre fluido"

March 17, 2026

4.0

### "Teamwork Just Works With MS Teams"

February 25, 2026

4.0

Overall I've been using Teams for several years and while it was a little clunky at first and the user interface was lacking, they have continuously upgraded and improved the overall user experience. Teams is probably my most used tool on my computer as I'm in a few video calls a day. I don't think I could live without Teams at this point!

Pros

If you're already part of a Microsoft organization Teams is the common sense solution to video conferencing and calling as it'll integrate easily with your other systems. Teams works very well with other MS software like Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. For organizations that are hybrid or fully remote Teams is a great tool for team collaboration and it is also convenient to be able to simultaneously work on projects in Excel/Powerpoint etc with other team members during live meetings. Teams is incredibly easy to use and I consider it a very robust workplace communication tool.

Cons

For users outside our organization or teams that are not on Microsoft they sometimes have issues with joining our video calls. We often have clients request meetings on other platforms that are native to their own internal teams like Zoom or Google Meet. While Teams is a solid option, not every organization uses it so there is some unfamiliarity with it for external teams.

### "My favorite software at work"

January 19, 2026

Overall it has been a great experience. Our team works from home a lot and we use it for training and meetings. It is user friendly and took no time to learn how to use it.

Pros

I love that is so user friendly and great for team collaboration. It integrates with our phone system and crm. It is a great communication tool.

Cons

The con is that you cannot share two screens at once . It only allows one screen and at Wells Fargo in our department, we have two monitors.

### "Microsoft Teams for the Win."

February 13, 2026

I love Microsoft Teams. I have worked in other environments where they don't have anything available to communicate and it does make my job a little more difficult.

Pros

Microsoft Teams allows us to communicate with the rest of our team who is located all across the US. The ease of use makes team communication easy whether it be on the go, working from home, or in the office.

Cons

Every once in a great while, my status will turn into "in a meeting" when I am available. Easy fix though.

### "Reliable Collaboration Platform For Team Communication and Meetings"

March 4, 2026

5.0

My experience with Microsoft Teams has been so good, it is reliable for communication with secure channel feature and best for collaboration platform.

Pros

Microsoft Team enables better team communication, meetings and channels support with ease of use. It provide chat feature which supports combines chat with separate group chat. Along with that, file sharing , team channels in one place that reduces the need to switch between other apps. It support integration with other Microsoft tools such as Microsoft 365 and Outlook and OneDrive make super convenient for handling documents and improve productivity.

Cons

The downside of Microsoft Teams is that UI interface can sometime feel little complex for upcoming new users, as there are too many feature to use. It take time for understanding all feature.

### "Industry Standard and All-in-One Platform for Meetings and Collaboration"

December 29, 2025

5.0

MS Teams is a reliable and well-rounded collaboration app that works great for meetings, webinars, and day-to-day teamwork. It gets better with each update, and despite a few areas that could be simplified, it is the best platform for workplace communication and collaboration!

Pros

Industry standard for online and hybrid meetings. Microsoft really works on improving Teams constantly and every update brings more useful functionalities. It's great both for individual and group meetings, but also for webinars and internal company calls. Especially webinars function is finally on the highest level, and offers easy participants invitation, management, and sending automated emails. It's intuitive and super easy to use, both on Macs and on Windows devices. Teams chats and channels are great place to collaborate both with colleagues and with external guest users, and it's well integrated with SharePoint for file storage and management. Private channels are also a great tool to work privately within the same channel. It's also very nice that you can add many apps and add-ons to Channels and Meetings. VoIP functionality is great and allows employees to receive calls directly in Teams when someone dials their work phone number, which is very useful in Germany where traditional phone calls are still widely used :)

Cons

It can be confusing having individual and group chats mixed with Teams channels, and the backend settings for scheduled meetings and webinars could be easier to find and manage.

### "Teams - Sharepoint with Chats"

March 25, 2026

4.0

Overall experience is great - collaboration, addons, quality of calls are great on Teams. There are a few cons, mostly bugs, but overall teams is a great product.

Pros

Teams is a great application for communication Main Pros: - Simplicity - very user friendly, easy to install and configure - Access to Sharepoint - Teams is basically a sharepoint with chats which makes your collaboration with colleagues easy and fast; - Addons - supports multiple addons that can make your life easier - built in like Planner, excel, Power BI, third party - like Jabber, AI Agents, Wrike ETC - Is part of Microsoft Enterprise or Business license - You don't need to pay for a third party app if your company works on Microsoft/Office Suite apps - Works good on iPhone/Android

Cons

\- Teams can be very slow and buggy - Lack of customization options in settings - Teams v2 ("New Teams") is not very resource friendly, so you need a machine with at least 8gb of RAM for it to work - If there is a bug and you want MS Support to help you - good luck with that

### "Microsoft Team - A+ Software for Collaboration and File Storage & Sharing"

January 7, 2026

5.0

Overall, I am very big fan of Microsoft Teams and am glad that my company has adopted this software corporation wide. This is a software I use every day and since it is a product of Microsoft, it is very compatible with other Microsoft files and software's that I commonly use.

Pros

Microsoft Teams is a very robust tool that I use daily for tasks such as collaborating with coworkers via direct messaging or audio/video calls, participating in meetings with colleagues, and shared file storage.

Cons

There are very few things I dislike about teams. This is a very trivial comment, but the forward and backward arrows as you are navigating through file folders is a little quirky. Sometimes when I have drilled down several times through files I end up back arrowing my way to the very beginning without meaning to do so. Also the forward arrow will sometimes be grayed out and unusable.

### "Reliable Everyday Software That Mostly Keeps Life Running Smoothly"

January 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, your experience with Microsoft Teams was good because it genuinely helped you stay organised and keep communication in one place. You liked that it made work feel more streamlined chats, calls, files, and meetings all connected without you having to jump between different apps. It supported the way you naturally manage information: structured, clear, and efficient. But at the same time, Teams had moments where it felt slow, heavy, or a bit cluttered, especially when you were trying to get something done quickly. Notifications could be inconsistent, and some features were harder to find than they should’ve been. Still, for day‑to‑day communication and collaboration, it delivered what you needed and made your workflow feel more manageable overall.

Pros

What you like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings everything into one place so you don’t have to jump between apps or lose track of conversations. You appreciate structure and clarity, and Teams gives you that organised channels, easy file sharing, and a clean way to keep work, messages, and meetings connected. You like that you can quickly check a chat, open a document, or join a call without the usual chaos of switching tools. It feels efficient and grounded, which matches the way you manage your time and responsibilities. And because you’re someone who values clear communication, the ability to message, call, and collaborate in real time makes your workflow feel smoother and more predictable.

Cons

What you liked least about Microsoft Teams was how it sometimes felt heavier than it needed to be. When you were trying to get something done quickly, it could lag, freeze, or take a moment to load a chat or meeting, which broke your flow. Notifications could also get a bit chaotic messages popping up in different places, or alerts not syncing the way you expected. And even though Teams is meant to simplify communication, some features felt buried or overly complicated, especially when you just wanted a straightforward way to find a file or revisit a conversation. Those little moments where Teams felt slow, cluttered, or unintuitive were the parts that frustrated you most.

### "THE BEST OPTION FOR WORK COMMUNICATION"

December 22, 2025

5.0

It is a genuinely easy-to-use application, facilitating communication between large teams with extensive customization options. Its interoperability is fascinating, and I can use it comfortably on any device.

Pros

The interoperability and connectivity between devices it has is incredible. It greatly helps to improve fast, effective and instant communication with the work team, especially large teams, allowing the creation of small groups and the customization of group reorganization as we see fit. Being able to switch from my laptop meeting to my cell phone allows me to manage my devices better.

Cons

Sometimes, when I'm working on external websites and leave the application minimized, my status changes to "away," which is detrimental to me even though I'm attentive to any notifications from the application. As a virtual assistant, it's important for me not to have to constantly open the app for my bosses to see that I'm online.

### "IT-Systemadministrator"

March 20, 2026

Overall, Microsoft Teams is a powerful and stable collaboration platform that works best in a well-managed Microsoft 365 environment.

Pros

Microsoft Teams integrates very well into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. From an admin perspective, identity, permissions, and compliance are centrally manageable via Entra ID and M365 admin portals. For end users, chat, meetings, file collaboration, and calendar access in one place reduce tool sprawl significantly.

Cons

Teams can feel heavy with many teams and channels. Troubleshooting user issues is not always straightforward, as problems often span multiple services. Feature changes and UI updates are frequent, which can confuse users and require continuous communication and training from IT.

I enjoy the ease of use and the multiversity that Microsoft Teams has integrated to have access to many methods of communicating within your team and sharing documents as well as having access to multiple Microsoft applications for other programs easily accessible within the app.

Pros

I enjoy Microsoft Teams ability to multitask within the application allowing for access to calls/video chats/calendaring and access to other applications makes this program very convenience and time efficient for interoffice communications and team collaborating.

Microsoft teams has been a great communication tool for our company considering we have three different store locations so we don’t get to see everyone that works in our company face-to-face on a daily basis so this makes communication easy and keeps us organized on our expectations for the day

Pros

We use Microsoft teams everyday for meetings, communication between the sales office and warehouse, its easy to use and keep everyone the loop about what different branches are doing and needing and makes my companies workflow and communication easy

Cons

I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about Microsoft teams, we’ve been using it for years now and haven’t really had a negative experience with it. It’s a great communication tool.

Pros

Cons

There isn't much to be honest. I don't like how hard it is to understand different app connections within Teams, such as MS Planner. That said, that's a minor issue.
