### "Great program, needs UX improvement."

January 9, 2026

4.0

Overall, its a great experience. I use Teams everyday and it is way more convenient than email when I urgently need to get a hold of someone.

Pros

Teams makes it easy to communicate, collaborate, and share documents with team members. I like being able to reply to specific messages using quotations, and using emojis.

Cons

The channels are not as user friendly as they could be. It is not intuitive how to utilize them. The headers and sections within a channel should be more prominent and UX friendly. It feels cluttered and not intuitive.

### "Microsoft Teams is Amazing"

April 25, 2026

5.0

Microsoft Teams is fantastic. I use it for organizing and sharing important documents, as well as posting relevant information to the organization, and messaging groups and individual people. I am also able to see when people are online which helps know when would be a good time to connect.

Pros

Microsoft Teams is amazing. The bandwidth and capacity of this software to address pretty much anything that might be needed to keep communications and documents, as well as information and posts neatly organized and efficent is incredible.

Cons

If you are in an organization that is large and everyone uses Teams, you can end up with A LOT of Teams, and then channels. So it can get unwieldy if the organization is large and there is a lot of cross-collaboration.

### "Great integration with Microsoft Ecosystem."

October 6, 2025

4.0

Overall a great platform. Preferable to slack. It is nice that everything in the microsoft ecosystem integrates making for a seamless transition between one drive, outlook, and teams. A few glitches, but overall a great product.

Pros

This is a great way to stay in touch with your team as well as external clients. It is easy to use and functions like other messaging platforms. It's nice that notifications can be customized on computer and phone and that meetings can be joined straight from the app. One of my favorite features is that meeting chats are saved so that you can go back and review later if needed.

Cons

Sometimes the notifications pop up but then the actual messages take a while to populate within the app. Some of the filtering options in the inbox are confusing as well. Also not a hug fan of the channels function. It's a nice idea but its too complicated and the interface is poorly crafted.

### "Teams is great!"

March 12, 2026

4.0

My overall experience is great. Teams is very easy to use and navigate. I've had limited disruptions.

Pros

Messaging coworkers is real time is a feature I use daily. Also, it's also easy to use audio and video call.

Cons

So far, I have not found anything that I don't like about Teams. Maybe the available, idle, etc. feature. I've heard some companies use it to check whether their employees are working.

### "A Go‑To Hub for Chat, Meetings, and Files"

April 24, 2026

4.0

Overall, Teams is a solid, reliable tool that gets the job done. It takes a little time to get used to, but once your team finds a rhythm, it’s a great all-in-one hub, specially if you’re already in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Pros

Teams is really convenient if you’re already using Microsoft 365. Chat, meetings, calls, and files all live in one place, which makes collaboration easy. The integration with Outlook and OneDrive is a big plus for scheduling and sharing docs, and channels help keep conversations organized by team or project.

Cons

It can get overwhelming if you’re in a lot of teams or channels, and notifications need some fine-tuning. File organization isn’t always intuitive since everything runs through SharePoint, and there can be occasional lag during large meetings or screen sharing.

### "Conversations and AI assistance save me time"

April 2, 2026

4.0

Overall, it has been very positive. I feel confident going to season where I need to do time management in detail. I always know I can look up my history and get AI summaries to distill down what happened.

Pros

I enjoy how efficient it is to search in my conversation history to find a related image or video that is needed for a report. I often organize my thoughts in terms of the conversations that I have with coworkers.

Cons

Sometimes, there are updates that force sweeping changes in the UI. The last time this happened, all of my coworker conversations were buried from the main sidebar and I needed to dig deep into settings to find out how to enable them again.

### "Incredible platform"

March 16, 2026

5.0

Anyone can use Microsoft teams either for individuals, friends and family, business especially from overseas. Requiring only a Microsoft account to chat, I have been using this platform to connect with my grandparents.

Pros

I have been using Microsoft Teams since the COVID period, and it has been a reliable platform for daily collaboration. It offers high‑quality video conferencing for both one‑on‑one and group meetings, as well as support for virtual events, presentations, and audio calls. Key features such as screen sharing, whiteboarding, and meeting recording enhance communication and productivity. The platform works seamlessly across PC, Mac, tablets, and mobile devices, making it easy to stay connected anywhere. Microsoft Teams allows teams to communicate through chat instead of relying heavily on email, collaborate in real time by securely editing files together, and save documents to the cloud, reducing the need for local storage and improving workspace efficiency.

Cons

Sometimes we found frequent messages, meeting reminders, and channel updates can be distracting if notification settings are not carefully managed.

### "Teams best for large companies with remote work setup."

May 21, 2026

4.0

Good value if already paying for Microsoft 365, and a very user-friendly tool even for beginners. If we are in a Microsoft environment and want everything in one tool, Teams is best for the company. Compared with the cons, Pros have more weightage and are highly recommended when remote/hybrid work is part of the organization.

Pros

I use Teams on a daily basis in my work for messages, meetings, and calls. The connection is so clean, and sharing the screen is seamless. Strong for remote work and still connect with the team and suppliers. Recordings and break-out rooms are the best features for workshops.

Cons

Sometimes we can see a bit of lag in large meetings, and it consumes lot of RAM and suddenly loses network in a call.

### "Microsoft Teams "

September 5, 2025

5.0

I would truly rate this product a 10/10 for multiple reasons. I find that it is very easy to navigate the site and the side bar with the different channels makes it very easy to switch back and forth. I am constantly using the chat, calendar, people, features etc.. The activity tab is very helpful too because this keeps you up to date with all the latest notifications you might of missed. For example: tasks assigned to you, meetings sent out, any meeting updates, etc..

Pros

Microsoft Teams has many different tools within the site that are very helpful for communication purposes, as well as staying organized. Recently, I have really enjoyed using task manager to stay connected with the other groups on the statuses of their projects. I also like that you can choose the color/layout on your personalized Teams application. Another functionality I enjoy with this tool is having the option to record meetings. This helps to fill in coworkers on PTO as well as resort back to certain information as needed.

Cons

The only con to this site I have found is the difficulty in seeing who has joined the meeting you’re in when sharing your screen. Sometimes others have joined but I am unable to see their names because it only shows a select few when sharing. I also find it difficult to navigate sharing my screen when the bar is constantly in the way having to be moved.

### "Teams is a good product and reliable. "

March 12, 2026

5.0

Overall it's a good product. You can't go wrong with it. It has great functionality and capabilities along with good security measures.

Pros

Teams is reliable and a good product. Used it for many years. It s a good business solution and good for personal use as well.

Cons

It can be costly, I find it not as easy or simplified as Google meet. It used to be my go to but know I have other preferences.

### "Zoom over to Teams"

November 9, 2025

5.0

It came into its own during Covid lockdowns, and additional functionality was then included as standard but still my preferred option for online meetings. I found it extremely useful for training large groups of people online at the same time, and the tools provided excellent tracking of attendees, conversations and notes. Even a video recording option is available but beware, it takes up a lot of memory space if the meeting is a long one.

Pros

A very easy set-up and management of team or individual meetings. The in-meeting collaboration tools are very helpful with recording, annotation of meeting notes and attendees is perfect. Easily customized to the specific requirements for your meetings, including pop-out rooms for interactive conversations.

Cons

More useful functionality has to be added rather than provided from the outset. I have had problems with it 'crashing' during meetings, which is thankfully rare, but still embarrassing.

### "Simple and Appropriate!"

December 30, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been great and well pleased. It is a straightforward and simple app of communication. It bridges between a formal email and a informal text message: something simple and quick. I really do like it!

Pros

The biggest profit by far is the communication available through the application. I love being able to instantly have my team contacts saved and utilize different forms of utilization. I am also very pleased with its user interface: tab customization, icons, and even the quality of life integrations is so vital to me.

Cons

The application struggles with glitches and refreshment rates. I have often encountered application closure, communication and notification errors. Although these problems have ceased; this would certainly be a con.

### "Enhancing Communication with Microsoft Teams"

April 23, 2026

4.0

My experience with Microsoft Teams has been productive and has relieved a lot of stress surrounding lack of communications ability for us originally.

Pros

I really enjoy that I can easily communicate with anyone across the organization on my phone or laptop. Creating channels has made collaborating with other teams on projects much simpler and streamlined.

Cons

Sometimes I feel as if I miss some notifications on my phone regardless of my phone settings. When I need to search for a past conversation, it can be difficult to narrow it down even using some of the criteria.

### "Keep eveyone in the know- Use Teams! "

September 4, 2025

5.0

My overall expiernce with Teams has been positive. It has made scheduling and communication efforts very simple for us. The added apps are also great features.

Pros

Microsoft Teams has been an excellent addition to our company as a team communications tool. We can schedule meetings through teams that all staff can attend reagrdless of thier work location. Also the channels in Teams allow us to make groups of channels that are department specific. I love how easy Teams is to use and set up. In additon the addtional apps and programs that intergrate with Teams is great! The fact that is is included in our Microsoft products is awesome too no additional charges or software needed.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Teams it has been great for our organization. Maybe if there were more resources to help users set up and integrate other apps would be helpful. Sometimes I feel we aren't using it to the full potentioal.

### "Teams is a great tool to stay organized and connected! "

August 29, 2025

4.0

I use Teams as part of my daily work flow for meetings, chats with internal team members. I also use it for training meetings and sharing of documents with team members in lieu of emailing.

Pros

Teams allows you to integrate chats with meetings, video/audio calls and keeping up with team updates. The ease of use is also helpful for those that are not computer savvy. I find it much easier to use than Zoom or other platforms that offer similar services. The customization options for background/blur/higher resolution video is also appreciated. Additionally, the integration with my Microsoft calendar and OneDrive is also extremely valuable.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything I would change about what Teams currently offers. All the areas that I would want to have (listed above) are already part of it's offerings.

### "Promising Slack clone but getting bloated"

April 25, 2026

4.0

Pros

The amount of integrations and tie-ins with the rest of the M365 suite is superb. I mainly use M365 copilot to search teams for pertinent information.

Cons

The software itself - it has all sorts of constant, nagging bugs. Freezing, crashing, video stops working - audio stops working. All sorts of issues with the software.

### "Teams for teams"

August 28, 2025

3.0

On the whole the benefits outweigh the negatives, but it's not as intuitive as we were led to believe and has caused some frustration within our team. The ability to communicate quickly and meet together as well as see who's online is very helpful and ultimately why we choose this software.

Pros

The best part of Teams is the ability to quickly communicate with our team and it's easy to engage on a project or task together. We have a remote staff, so Teams helps us meet, share documents securely and keep track of all our files and conversations.

Cons

It does not work well for organization, keeping track of documents or integrate with Apple products unfortunately.

### "An effective Teamwork Center"

August 9, 2025

5.0

I use Microsoft Teams regularly in my daily work process. It is dependable when it comes to meetings and provides powerful capabilities in the area of communication and collaboration. Although the performance can be still optimized, and interface simplified, it is an effective solution to the teams using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Pros

I liked that Microsoft Teams took everything I needed in a single platform chat, video conferences, files and tasks. It was also very convenient based on the extensive level of its inclusion and affordability with Microsoft 365 tools in its running capabilities, par with document collaboration and the utilisation of features by co-authoring documents or even setting up meetings within Outlook.

Cons

Interface can become unintuitive in some instances and the application is quite heavy, particularly on older devices. The transition between teams or channels may be slow and mobile experience is not always in line with the desktop experience. So also, the notification settings are slightly complicated to handle.

### "Teams is a great product but would like enhancements."

Overall, Teams is a great solution to comply with HIPAA and reach and communicate quickly and easily with other employees.

Pros

The Ease of Use, Team Communication, Team Collaboration, Customization Options, and Added App integration.

Cons

The cost of Teams is expensive and not being able to view messages between other employees as a Global Admin on the account. We can do this for Outlook, so why can't we with Teams?

### "Superior work communications method - Teams"

April 17, 2026

5.0

Overall, it’s my preferred method of communication across devices and teams agree. It feels like a grown up version of WhatsApp in its reliability, but a developed version in its use cases.

Pros

Teams has got to be the best application for group communication that feels as good on mobile as it does on desktop. Notifications open you straight into the chat, not like competitors where the notification will take you to the home page!

Cons

Finding scheduled calls linked to work accounts can be a nightmare. I’d have received an invite to a call in my inbox with a link that adds to my calendar, but actually accessing this from the teams app can be challenging for teams - leaving them forced to hunt through emails to join calls.

Overall, Microsoft Teams enhances collaboration with integrated chat, calls, and file sharing, though it can feel cluttered sometimes.

Pros

I loved Microsoft Teams’ seamless collaboration—chat, video, and file sharing in one platform made teamwork efficient and organized.

Cons

Occasional lag, notifications overload, and a cluttered interface can make navigation and focus challenging.
