It also keeps track of tasks per minute and the accuracy, providing reviews and tips when the accuracy levels are not at the targeted level. Pros This is an App that is attached to the clients FB account, that easily allows heavy task loads to be worked by clients that are provided by an outside source. This saves time and money as we don't need worry about each employee as they are managed separately. Cons There should be a way to close the messaging while the status is set on "production". Pros \- The UI is consistent and nice to look at. - It has a lot of customization options. - Group chats are very easy to create and manage Cons \- Every link in the chat is proxied through the platform, so you need to be logged in the browser to open any link - The desktop app is poorly done, often requiring restarts/refresh - Images get proxied as well, which often results in loss of quality, so they need to be packaged in a zip file beforehand. Pros I have used facebook during my intership at grinders coffee australia. They are part of the coca cola amatil amd they use facebook workplace to shre stories of employees. We made a video as appreciation for them at the end of our internship and they shared it in workplaceso that the whole company could see it. It is fun and productive than normal facebook because only relevant posts would be shared. It would help the empoloyees of the company to build up a rapport with each other which will make the employees happy. Cons Information might get overloaded at times. Groups can be hard to manage. For any events taking place in the company, it is very easy to arrange a poll. I feel connected to my organization and it is easy to recognize, appreciate, ask queries to a large group of people. Overall, it is a wonderful software and is worth the value. Pros This is a wonderful product that allows you to keep a track of all the activities of your organization. As this follows the exact same pattern as Facebook, it doesn't require any training and is very easy to use. One can create common interest groups, share videos images, post questions and polls and various other stuff. It keeps the employees engaged and create a sense of belonging within the organization. Cons I don't think there is anything that one would not like about this software. It has been an awesome way to get to know my coworkers on a more personal level, especially with those I don't get to see on a frequent basis. Pros I love that this basically mimics the layout and features of Facebook, but without having to have employees use Facebook. Most of our employees joined and this is a more fun way to keep up with company happenings without having to sift through tons of emails. I also love that you can have different categories for posting so that if there are only certain people that need info, you don't have to send a message to the entire company. Cons The only thing I don't like is the notification options. Basically you can either receive them or not, but you have to receive them through email. Cons This is a photocopy of Facebook ,which I have now used for a decade and I will think this should just be merged with Facebook ; rather than being a stand alone product ,as they basically are 90% the same thing.
