Having this hosted through Workplace allows for real-time collaboration using the streaming feature and also allows users to easily access the video at a later time if the time does not work for the stand-up. Cons There are times where using Workplace on a laptop causes some audio output issues with live videos, but these are always mitigating when accessing through an iPad or Mobile Devic.e Review Source Connor J. Pros I love how you can create groups to keep up with certain topics or promotions within a company and that you are able to stay connected with work associates without connecting through you regular Facebook. It is amazing how much this software can do to keep things regarding human capital management digital. Pros I liked how easy it was to make time changes and communicate with management. It was also a wonderful feature to be able to see your tax information so easily. Cons I did not like that log in process. You could not login from just typing in the website and then logging in. It is just similar to facebook, sometimes I feel that I am using facebook not Workplace by Facebook because of its user interface is similar to Facebook and this the best thing that I like about this tool. Apart from this, I like the way I can interact and publish all the important announcements to all the colleges at the same time just with a single click. Cons There is one thing that I like least about it and I would like to highlight too that this platform is a little bit expensive compared to others and because of this the small startups may not able to afford this but I must say that It is worth to spend on it. It is so nice to just put out a post to your team and get feedback immediately. We use workplace to communicate among other practice managers and share ideas across the country. If we didn't have workplace during covid I don't know how I would have figured out how to adapt to the new way of life. Workplace is awesome! Pros It's so easy to share information with colleagues or groups on Workplace. All the documents are stored in one place and easy to find. I love workplace chat as well and that you can talk with your team easily. Cons I do wish there was a way to follow a post if you want to go back to it later and see what someone put for an answer other than commenting on the post to follow. This seems to work decently. It is fun to acknowledge employees company wide. Pros I like that it is a great way for staff to stay connected and to see updates from the rest of the company about what is going on on a day to day basis. Pros The mobile app is really good, it's fast and easy to use. The chat that Workplace offer is also really good and trustable. The overall Workplace performance is good, you can access information in a fast manner. Cons With the new interface is kind of hard to find things, the old one was much much better. Facebook is going downhill big time. I am staying away from any of their products and their customer service is a big part of that. They are completely out of control with content control. Pros I have not had any good experiences with facebook business platform other than the community pages Cons The complete confusion of set up and there is always something i am not doing right.
