O sistema é instável no cálculo de horas, gerando divergências no saldo de toda a equipe e nos deixando expostos a graves riscos de processos trabalhistas. O suporte é focado em tirar o corpo fora e só dá alguma atenção quando ameaçamos cancelar. Não há respaldo algum quando mais precisamos. Pros A promessa do produto e a interface parecem boas no papel, deixando tudo em um só lugar. Infelizmente, a prática não cumpre o que promete devido aos erros graves do sistema. Cons Falhas graves e inconsistências no banco de horas, que altera saldos sozinho sem rastro ou justificativa (como gerar 96h positivas do nada em um mês). Simplifica mucho el control horario de la plantilla, las solicitudes de vacaciones y la distribución de documentos en un único portal cómodo tanto para los empleados como para el área de RRHH. Pros Se podría resumir en la facilidad para gestionar el día a día de tu jornada: desde el fichaje diario y las solicitudes de ausencias o vacaciones (con subida de documentación). Además, en la empresa tenemos la integración y sincronización de Factorial con nuestro directorio de empresa, lo cual facilita mucho la administración de los perfiles y accesos de los empleados. Cons En ocasiones, la configuración inicial o la administración de las integraciones con el directorio requiere revisar bien los permisos para asegurarse de que los datos se sincronizan correctamente. También se agradecería un poco más de margen de personalización en algunos informes. Otras veces, cuando los terminales de ficha dan error, por algún motivo, tarda un poco en cargar/volcar los datos. We have emergency differential which we could not make work with their clock in/clock out system. Pros Our team loved that there were a lot of customizations as far as separating different types of time off as well as being able to clock in and out directly from the phone. It was super user friendly for our entire team and the Factorial team worked with us quite a bit. Recently, my subscription price doubled without any prior notice or consent. I reached out multiple times (Oct 10, 11, 14) to clarify the issue before renewal — no one replied. Only after escalating and threatening legal action did \[sensitive content hidden\] , an account manager, respond briefly to say my “discount expired.” No acknowledgment of the missing notice or consent, and no resolution since. Under German law, unilateral price increases without explicit consent or direct notice are generally not valid. Yet Factorial has ignored my messages while continuing to charge the higher amount. Extremely disappointing experience from a company that promotes itself as people-first. Pros It used to be cheap and good value for Money. But the quality of support overshadows the positives... Cons Support is horrible, particularly \[sensitive content hidden\] from German team which continued to ignore request besides illegal actions by factorial. A terrible experience !" January 17, 2024 1.0 This is honestly the worst experience we have ever had with a software vendor, there were commitments made that money would be refunded whilst the company were not delivering, these were never followed through. My honest advice is unless you are a very small business is to stay away from this company. This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience and may not be representative of your experience. Pros Nothing, I personally feel "ripped off" by factorial and personally question their business ethics. Cons Our experience with Factorial was absolutely terrible, over the first six months we had four different success managers, (they did not seem to be able to retain their people) - to add to that the product was grossly over sold, only for us to find out when it came to implementation that promised features were not available. The support is slow, getting any support outside of Europe is near impossible. Any complaints were met with promises that we never delivered upon. Likewise, never missed my tasks and not had any arguments with my subordinates with regard to their day-offs. All the above achievements emerged thanks to Factorial Software. You will never regret owning this software because this will help to save your human assets in the company. Pros One of the best aspects of the Factorial app is its handy Dashboard. This provides a great helicopter view to senior staff with regard to identifying many activities such as upcoming events, pending tasks, upcoming holidays, and community posts. The Dashboard is in blocked shape with enlarged text, which helps users to quickly capture the eyes of the user without missing any activity! Furthermore, the users can easily install many user-friendly applications that integrate with Factorial through a few clicks. Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook. If somebody thinks this is an exaggeration; I must tell you that you should try their free version before purchasing this! You will surely be mesmerized by your output! Cons So far, I did not experience any issues, since I have been using limited features yet but there are many other areas to capitalize on. Focused on the spanish adminsitration, is a very complete one. Pros All features have been implemented and improved during last years. Is a very complet HRIS for PTO, time and attendance, onboarding, task list, data base, documentation, hirings, review process, singature and other important needs Cons When I implemented, I had a lot of employees based in other countries. Inthat moment, it was not ready for these differences.
