Mais pas toujours facile à utiliser surtout via un smartphone. Elle est surtout extrêmement chère, ce qui nous a amené à vouloir la stopper. Dès que nous avons suspendu l'abonnement, nous avons perdu notre accès alors même qu'il nous restait 2 mois durant lesquels nous aurions du en bénéficier. L'accès aux documents déposés est devenu impossible, et pourtant nous continuons de payer. Pas la moindre réponse à nos multiples mails, et encore moins par téléphone. Honnêtement, je déconseille cet outil qui pour moi n'est pas à la hauteur de l'exigence et de la fiabilité qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'une application qui stocke des données confidentielles. Pros La gestion des congés qui paraissait simplifiée. Cons Le service clients absolument désastreux ! Lorsqu'il s'agit d'acquérir un nouveau client, ils sont très dispos ... par contre, pour le reste, impossible de les avoir au téléphone, ils ne répondent jamais aux mails et ne tiennent pas leurs engagements. Danach stellt er sich tot. Das Onboarding wird einfach abgebrochen, anstatt nach Lösungen für die Themen zu suchen. Die ursprünglich zugesicherten Möglichkeiten sind so nicht zu finden und nach Vertragsabschluss, wenn es dann auffällt, da eine Testversion nicht genutzt werden durfte, fühlt sich keiner mehr zuständig. Auch leider kein Vertragsrücktritt möglich. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht und haben durch die Einführung nichts gewonnen, nur verloren! Leider Pros Grundsätzlich wäre das System brauchbar, wenn es halten würde, was versprochen war. Hier jedoch, durch viele Einzelunternehmen, alles nicht korrekt darstellbar und so nicht wirklich nutzbar. Hätte aber insgesamt viele interessante Features, die wir nicht weiterverfolgen können, da bereits beim Recruiting-System und Support (der sich tot stellt) versagt wurde. Cons Extrem unflexible Software. Keine Möglichkeit Dinge individuell anzupassen. Schnittstellen sind extrem teuer zu programmieren oder es fallen versteckte Kosten für Stellenpostings durch Join an, da dies als Zwischenschaltung genutzt werden muss oder eigene Schnittstellen programmiert werden müssen.
