Staff is much pleased with the software as they no longer need to visit my office to submit their leave forms physically as the application enables them to request these through the system. Likewise, never missed my tasks and not had any arguments with my subordinates with regard to their day-offs. All the above achievements emerged thanks to Factorial Software. You will never regret owning this software because this will help to save your human assets in the company. Pros One of the best aspects of the Factorial app is its handy Dashboard. This provides a great helicopter view to senior staff with regard to identifying many activities such as upcoming events, pending tasks, upcoming holidays, and community posts. The Dashboard is in blocked shape with enlarged text, which helps users to quickly capture the eyes of the user without missing any activity! Furthermore, the users can easily install many user-friendly applications that integrate with Factorial through a few clicks. Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook. If somebody thinks this is an exaggeration; I must tell you that you should try their free version before purchasing this! You will surely be mesmerized by your output! Cons So far, I did not experience any issues, since I have been using limited features yet but there are many other areas to capitalize on. Buscamos con apps de Microsoft, intentamos solucionarlo con PowerAutomate, buscamos por la red desesperadamente. Queríamos jubilar al Excel. Y por fin topamos con Factorial. Fue gracias a su ampliación de capital que nos enteramos de su existencia y pensamos que ningún inversionista compromete 80 millones de dólares en una startup que no tuviera un diamante de solución empresarial. Empezamos por una prueba gratuita y vimos que podíamos cargar los calendarios de festivos automáticamente, que podíamos estar todos aunque perteneciéramos a regiones diferentes, que se podían crear permisos de acceso a nuestro gusto... Vimos la luz y pedimos una propuesta. Fue todo muy rápido y Factorial forma parte de nuestro día a día como si siempre hubiera estado. Factorial no puede defraudar a nadie. Pros Tiene varias funcionalidades realmente muy bien programadas: gestión de vacaciones, gestión de permisos, subida de ficheros (alucinante la división automática de pdf de nóminas por ejemplo), gestión de firma de documentos, flexibilidad de definir equipos (permite incorporar una estructura matricial), la app móvil, el onbording y la rapidez de respuesta del equipo de atención al cliente, la transparencia sobre qué se está desarrollando. Este programa lo han creado personas que saben de qué va y de qué se sufre gestionando rrhh. Además, es muy estable. Es webapp 100% y se recibe puntualmente alertas de cambios realizados. Cons El gráfico de vacaciones, aunque perfectamente filtrable, tiene un aspecto poco atractivo y en mi opinión no hace justicia a la magnifica programación de Factorial. Echo en falta también una solución tipo In/Out de Simple Made Apps, dónde se pueda ver fácilmente quién está y quién no. Pros La complicada gestión de ausencias, turnos, vacaciones, calendarios se convierten en procesos muy sencillos, tanto para el departamento de RRHH, responsables de departamento y los propios trabajadores. Gestión siempre simple y adaptable a la forma de trabajar de la empresa. La gestión de múltiples oficinas con distintos calendarios es sencillísima. Con muy poco esfuerzo de configuración la solución es operativa de forma casi inmediata. Cons Con el tiempo se han ido añadiendo funcionalidades para permitir una mayor granularidad en las ausencias, no siempre nos sirve un dia entero o medio dia, puede interesar gestionar por horas. También nos hemos encontrado con la necesidad de crear permisos de paternidad/maternidad que se disfrutan a media jornada, no hay una forma de crearlos en bloque, así que acabamos marcando como ausencia a día completo. Sería también interesante poder mostrar las solicitudes no aprobadas en el calendario de grupo de cara a poder coordinar peticiones de vacaciones en un equipo donde es necesario evitar que se solapen. Acabamos haciendo la gestión de no concurrencia de forma "manual" previamente fuera de la aplicación. Pros La herramienta es muy fácil de utilizar. No se requieren grandes conocimientos de IT para desplegarla y, sobre todo, a nivel de usuario es muy intuitiva por lo que cualquiera puede utilizarla. Su constante evolución y mejoras que van incorporando, ayuda bastante en la gestión del día día. Independientemente del plan que se tenga, escuchan las necesidades de sus clientes para mejorar e implementar nuevas funcionalidades. Cons El sistema de fichaje aun le falta alguna mejora, como notificaciones tanto por correo como por app en inicio de jornada laboral en un rango horario y notificación en la final de horario. El los útlimos meses hemos detectado varias caídas, si que es cierto que no es una app core de negocio pero sí que los usuarios se molestan de vez en cuando. La gestión de incidencias es un poco caótico puesto que a veces recibo primero la respuesta del técnico y horas más tarde un correo de apertura del caso con lo que presta a confusión ya veces no sabes si has abierto el ticket hasta que te responden. The time tracking feature is particularly useful and efficient. Employee onboarding is pretty good too, handling everything in a systematic and organized way. I particularly appreciate the free time management option, it's a much-needed resource. Cons There is room for improvements. I ran into occasional lag in the interface which can be frustrating when I need to get a task done quickly. Also, the performance reviews section could be more robust. It would benefit from more customizable options to target different competencies and grading methods. I have also noticed that sometimes integration with other systems can be a bit challenging. L'assistance est lente, il est pratiquement impossible d'obtenir une assistance en dehors de l'Europe. Toute réclamation a donné lieu à des promesses qui n'ont jamais été tenues. Honnêtement, c'est la pire expérience que nous ayons jamais eue avec un fournisseur de logiciels. Des engagements ont été pris pour que l'argent soit remboursé alors que la société ne livrait pas, mais ils n'ont jamais été suivis d'effet. Cualquier usuario puede adaptarse rápidamente a su uso, y la configuración inicial, además de rápida, permite incluir bastantes detalles según la empresa. Cons La sección de informes deja mucho que desear. Por un lado, da la impresión de que toma mal los datos, por lo que los títulos predeterminados no coinciden con la información presentada en los gráficos. Al mismo tiempo, al exportar la información, podría ser interesante exportarla como informe de pdf incluyendo los gráficos elegidos, no como una hoja de Excel con la información usada para hacer el gráfico, lo cual encuentro con poco sentido, dado el objetivo del software. También estaría bien crear vínculos con el calendario de Outlook. Nous avons opté pour une solution 10x moins cher et 10x plus performante, malgré notre engagement sur encore plusieurs mois que Factorial tient à maintenir (un sous est un sous, peu importe le service non-rendu!)
