My experience with GetMoreReviews has been great. Without giving away what my business is (as I legally can't) my workforce deals with a ton of non-paying customers who never want to spend a penny. These people tend to leave a bad review when we just tell them everything in the building isn't free. My paying customers love us but people only leave a bad review unless you practically beg them to leave good reviews. When I found GetMoreReviews and saw they can text and email review requests, I signed up immediately and took my Google Review rating to around 2.4 up to 4.2 in just a few months. I suspended my subscription during COVID since our service unfortunately took a hit but signed up again after everything returned to normal and I've been using them since. While they are expensive, my online reputation is incredibly valueable to me.

Pros

Easy to bulk upload contacts from a CSV, easy to craft both text and email requests, and get negative and positive feedback

Cons

GetMoreReviews is just a bit expensive. I consider it part of my advertising budget as it is worth it. $99 per month is just a bit much bu it's worth it.

Pros

I help run my family's small business. I found GetMoreReviews was easy to set up on the backend and integrate into our current business processes. Once set up it's easy enough for my not tech savvy mother to use which is a big deal. We use this primarily for review generation by sending text message requests after we complete a job for a customer. GetMoreReviews also has a white label service where you can be a reseller which is also a very cool service if you are a marketing company looking to add to your service offers. I know this because I have a side business where I am reselling GetMore to my family business as well. So I am a reseller and a user and am impressed on both ends.

Cons

The UI seems outdated. A refresh would help a lot.

Overall experience has been positive.

Pros

GetMoreReviews helped us get started with our review management process. The customer service during set up and ongoing has been great. I write an email and get quick responses. I like that it sends the follow up emails automatically.

Cons

When we do not receive a review, we find that we have to delete the contact and reinput them to send another round of emails. It doesn't track how many times you have sent an email to a contact, which is something I would really like.

It was good. One problem was that every now and then my customers couldn't get on to it. I think the program was thinking the email account was invalid. Not sure, no one was able to help me

Pros

Get more reviews has a fundamental way to get into reputation management. I have been using them for my social media customers, and the ones who use it can learn and respond to customers before it gets out of control.

Cons

For people who own a very high Social Media account, there are a few areas where some of the more expensive products like birds eye and podium can deliver more, but 99% of the time it's all a company needs

Pros

It was very fast and easy to set up and it works exactly as expected. I am running multiple accounts and it makes it easy to manage them all.

Cons

I only had one bad experience with Get More Reviews. I had a text message campaign set up and running and one day I found out that it somehow got deleted. The wording I had put in the text message template was gone. So I had to recreate it. Otherwise, no real con.

Reasons for choosing GetMoreReviews

Much less expensive.
