"Great to have feedback from our costumers and with GetMoreReviews we have that."

**Overall:** Great - That was a good solution for a small business. We used to work with other companies that have maybe a better system but it not affordable for the small business owners.

**Pros:** The system is quite easy to access. We get results and are happy with that.

**Cons:** Not having control over the Contact that we send a review request and they did not answer "the people that click on a link to write a review but then decide not to do it. There it shows on the GetMoreReview system that they did write a review.

**Reasons for Choosing GetMoreReviews:** Birdeye would have been my first choice but it very expensive.

"Get More Reviews Is Easy to Use"

**Overall:** Staying on top of reviews real-time

**Pros:** Ease of use for the entire team and requires little instruction on it's use.

**Cons:** Sometimes it seems as though there is a delay in the information being update on a new review.
