The ease of use is a huge benefit for us and makes it easy to onboard our clients. We hear great things from our clients, meaning the tool actually works and brings great results. Cons There are some tools on there we do not use, so maybe converting them to be more functional and beneficial would be the only thing I would change. I generated a lot of reviews very quickly which was the initial goal and they continued to trickle in. They also had really good customer service. Pros It was very easy to use and non-aggressive.
