### "Leader In Reputation Management"

Chatmeter allows for real-time monitoring of all of our reviews, social media pages and other listing services across all 5 states in which we operate. Their LBV score gives us a useful high-level rating to be able to compare performance across our properties, and against competitors.

Pros

The LBV Score is great! It helps us to identify areas in which we're excelling, and areas in which we need to improve. The "Pulse" feature shows us very helpful customer sentiment by drilling down to specific words and topics!

Cons

Chatmeter is a little pricier than the other reputation management software's we have been considering, but for what you get it may be worth it for us to sign on long term!

Pros

I like having the ability to gather feedback from customers

Cons

Although we receive feedback on the overall visit, we do not receive any specific data about the visit such as time, day etc... So we can see that someone rated us low and were not happy with their visit, but we don't have the ability to research when the visit occurred. We also find it frustrating when we are able to identify when the visit took place and the data we review don't match what we discover on our end. Had a survey earlier this week that claimed the service was horrible but they left the server a 25% tip? Why would they tip 25% if the service was horrible?

Pros

I love being able to see all my social media in one place. It’s also very helpful for changing hours on all platforms.

Cons

The only thing I’m not fond of is the app does not auto correct or spell check when responding to a review.

Pros

That is automatically combines all of the individual platforms into one so allow responding to reviews easier.

Cons

That is isn't "live" and you have to wait for the reviews to post from the other platforms.

It is OK.

Pros

It compiles your reviews into one place. They also offer a score as well as some ideas to improve your ratings.

Cons

It does not really do much overall. I immediately receive an email from Yelp or Google when a review is left. Chatmeter sends an email with the same exact information the following day.

Chatmeter is a fantastic resource for eliminating multiple logins and dashboards for maintaining review sites and managing online listings.

Pros

It's great having the dashboard to login to for quick and easy review monitoring and online directory access.

Cons

The dashboard provides a lot of information which is great, but can be a bit overwhelming to begin with.

It makes it easier to set up and manage all our stores on GMB. Reply to reviews are much easier when you can reply to several reviews at once.

Nothing i can think of. I'm not a main user, but what I have done works fine.

Chatmeter gets the job done. However, there are areas that could be improved.

Pros

We manage several brands within the account. It's helpful to easy toggle between brands and see how each is doing. I also like the monthly automated report that shows the overall health of the brand.

Cons

Some of the features are hard to use. For example, if you make an edit in GMB directly, Chatmeter may override whatever edit you did. You have to let your Chatmeter rep know about the changes so they can stop the Chatmeter override.
