It's a good experience but somehow tough also at times, We have to use blue jeans software to use our Polycom room system because of connectivity issues.

Pros

It is very simple and easy to use. It has served our organization for years.

Cons

There is no provision to connect with zoom and some other leading software. Polycom Trio is not available in Pakistan.

Reason for choosing Polycom UC Software

It is serving in our organization before my induction

Software overall does not have glitches, no bugs, little to no bussinesses interrupt, no call droppings, really reliable

Pros

Video conferencing, the capability to enable cross team workflows, allowing enhanced video communications

Cons

There is virtually no cons, on regards of this product very reliable, great on pricing

it is good but some more feature required on it. It is too much expensive as compare to other VC tool like Zoom, Team, etc.

Pros

It is operating from local network alos which is too good feature of it. overhall its quality is good.

Cons

It is hardware base. We must purchase standalone hardware with this software. Zoom is independent software not required specific hardware for it. we can easily use zoom within laptop,System ipad etc. But for poly com we required spacific Poly com device with External mic and speakers.

Pros

I like the high quality of sound for this, it also contains many features such calls handling, recording, monitoring which of course makes a great value for our company

Cons

The reporting has some bugs, it does offer a lot of options to download reports in either excel or pdf but some of those reports have bugs which we have reported and they've fixed some.

Pros

Very good app. The machine can be easily connected to the remote monitor without any wire. The interface is good.

Cons

Not sure but the app is a bit complex and can be simplified. ONly professionals can operate it. A bit training is required for its operation.

I need them in my work. Without a PCs, customer data, an electronic banking system and management tools, I would not be able to work.

Pros

Provides better organization, more efficient business, a lot of information and data, which leads to a quick finding of solutions to problems in the market and in the company.

Cons

A deeper connection between software products, a large system and a lot of data, can be a problem in case of some functions and tools being broken.

Easy communication with business vendors and clientele.

Pros

I like most how simple this device is. It is great for communicating, transferring calls, and sending callers to a specific voicemail.

Cons

The visual layout of this phone system software can sometimes be complicated to the eye. I wish this software had a better and easier visual display that would allow for a more basic understanding of its working parts.
