Pros: web based phone that allows calling from computer easy to send messages to co-workers even while they are on a call

Pros

I love how easy this software is to use. It is very straight forward and easy to use. It alerts you when there are updates needed and it works great. It also has a messenger option so you can easily reach out to other employees.

Cons

Nothing really. It does not have any auto answer function which would be nice.

It allows for us to be mobile and work remotely if needed. Our company goal is to provide service as quickly and efficiently as possible so we are able to do that with this application.

Pros

This application is easy to set up and use right away. I received great support from our tech when calling and was using it right away. I like how seamless the setup was and how easy it is to switch calls to go to your mobile device.

Cons

Our account was missing a feature originally, so when I set this up the calls wouldn't ring through properly. It was a short quick fix on the support end of things and then we were up and running full speed.

It is the application that our in office phone system is set up to utilize.

This does the job for our company because it is included with our phone plans. Not a product I would recommend purchasing as a separate piece

Pros

It gives way for my company to chat internally without the use of a public messaging program Comes along with phone plan so there are no additional charges for use.

Cons

Emoji content is lacking in variety and artistry. They seem like an afterthought Notification only lights up and doesn't pop up in a noticeable manner

It has not been great, I have fantastic internet speeds and I constantly have quality issues. Not the greatest.

Pros

I like how easy the app is to use across multiple devices.

Cons

Continually not giving me push notifications, call quality issues.
