If they happen to think about something during the night, they can simply send us an email and they decide how we respond to them, phone, email, etc. Pros We use this to help generate work for our technicians. It is a non-invasive advertising/information software. Anytime we have a question about the product, the support team is happy and quick to respond. Almost no problems ever. Cons I have no complaints about this product at this time.
