Pros: The system on tills for the staff it's a great system and used in many restaurant and places. Quite instictive and simple to use and easy to personalize.

Cons: When it comes to errors in the system or issues that are common to happen its really difficult to sort and usually you need to call the support to get help to do so.

Overall: To deal with cash out from the waiters with the reports from the tills were quite easy and simple with this system.

Pros: unfortunately not much.

Cons: The company has unchangeable default settings that make you think that a 2 year old is running the company. If you have perfect employees this may not be an issue, but if you're like me and have employees who make mistakes from time to time, it's an absolute nightmare. Company will not even entertain the option of making changes that anyone with any common sense would do automatically.

Overall: May be fine for a very small/ slow paced restaurant, but a terrible option for any decent sized operation. Its quite apparent that no one involved with this company has ever actually worked in the field. There philosophies are ones that may work in a theory based in a perfect world, but not at all in real life operations.Customer service is also terrible, and if you're fortunate enough to get a hold of someone who could help, it doesn't matter, because they really don't care about what the customer wants and flat out refuse to customize any settings. WAY better and less stressful options out there!!

Recommendations to other buyers: Do yourself a favor and look at ALL other options before settling for this.
