It is fast and easy to send my data to my accountant. I really like this program. Pros It is really easy to use. It makes data entry a lot faster and easier. I feel it is safe to use and it is totally worth the monthly fee. It is affordable and invoice comes in by email every month. Reports are easy to produce and print. Customer support is good. Vopay is a terrible partner. Pros I am trying to learn the system and it is somewhat intuitive. Cons Cannot find the name of my product on any of my subscriptions etc. Its taken lots of trial and error comparing online videos to finally find it.... Sage Business Cloud. The help feature is awful and lacks any substance. Considering dumping the whole thing after an horrendous experience over 2 month application with VOPAY. Several pay periods it was confirmed set up, but indeed it never was leaving me scrambling every two weeks for alternatives. Finally after months of back and forth, they denied the account (after it shows as confirmed in my account). Awful. We use a lot of sales with other sales points from Square, it would be interesting for us to transfer the sales once a day in Sage Accounting at the end of each day. For the most part, thigns are where I expect them to be. Cons Connecting accounts to the bank is a nightmare. It fails over and over again, and then disconnects and you have to start over again. To top it off we got special pricing which is a huge benefit for a small business. Pros I really like how easy it was to learn. I love the quick posting of invoices!! I cut my time in doing full statements by at least half. Cons Took me a bit to learn the reporting system. I really had to keep playing around with them to get what I wanted. I will not be continuing with their service, instead using something else. Pros That it's compatable with Mac, and you're able to easily create/ send unlimited sales invoices, while tracking what you're owed Cons pricing - they don't give you a trial for it. It is discounted for a few months, but that means if I don't like it I'm still paying to try it.
