Orders come off that same bill, invoices match back, and committed cost shows against budget while you can still act on it. Progress claims and variations run off the contract the estimate created. Built for Australian practice: claims by contract stage, PC and PS allowances, GST and margin on the item, call-ups for subcontracted trades. This program I feel has given us an edge in the bidding process and has kept costs in check in the completion of ongoing projects. Cons It's going to be easy for our competitors to acquire and implement.
