I have been using another "well known" Estimating Software but SmarteBuild has pleasantly surprised me. The couple of times I contacted their "Customer Support" I was quickly assisted and its always a pleasure to deal with them. Pros The interface is customer orientated. The software features are well designed and appropriate for my needs. Cons I would've appreciated an Take-off module. This program I feel has given us an edge in the bidding process and has kept costs in check in the completion of ongoing projects. Cons It's going to be easy for our competitors to acquire and implement.
