The platform makes it easy to create and manage content and the governance engine helps us keep our most important information current. The "out of the box" integration with OKTA not only solved our SSO needs but also puts the applications most used by our firm at our users fingertips. Their support team has been amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. **Cons:** There has been dissatisfaction with the search functionality, including the relevance of the results and how the results are displayed.
