My interactions with NextChapter staff has been extremely positive and everyone has been eager to help me when I have questions. The interface is intuitive and user friendly, which has greatly decreased the time spent putting together the bankruptcy petition. **Pros:** NextChapter is intuitive and user friendly. The system interface populates the necessary fields on the bankruptcy petition, which makes it easier and less time consuming to complete a bankruptcy petition. All of my interactions with NextChapter and its associates has been positive! Everyone is responsive and eager to assist if I ever have any questions or need help. **Cons:** When I am entering information on lawsuits and judgment liens the information doesn't seem to cross-populate so I need to go back and double check those entries. **Reasons for Switching to NextChapter:** It became too expensive, and then once I changed I liked the cloud-based system.
