Sowohl der eigenständige Client als auch das Plugin für Outlook arbeiten hier einwandfrei und sehr schnell. Die Möglichkeit, einzelne Mails wiederherzustellen oder im Mail-Client zu öffnen unterstreichen das generell positive Bild der Software. Auch die einfache Sicherung der in Mailstore gespeicherten Daten als auch die Möglichkeit des Exports einzelner Ordner in unterschiedliche Mailbox-Formate hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bis heute hatten wir noch keinerlei Probleme mit MailStore, was die wirklich gute Qualität der Software wiederspiegelt. Auch die GDPR-relevanten Einstellmöglichkeiten sind für Unternehmen, die dieses Thema ernst nehmen eine enorme Erleichterung. Bei uns vergeht kein Tag, an dem wir nicht mit Mailstore arbeiten. Pros MailStore Server arbeitet nach der initialen Einstellung/Konfiguration für die man sich wirklich Zeit nehmen sollte problemlos und sehr performant. So speichern wir eingehende Mails zum einen sofort nach Eingang und nächtlich noch alle Postfächer und Inhalte von öffentlichen Ordnern. Und das Ganze bisher ohne Fehler. Cons Die Integration des Outlook-Plugins könnte aus meiner Sicht noch ein bisschen optimaler dem 'Look and Feel' von Outlook angepasst werden. Nachdem wir aber auch den MailStore-Client auf jedem Rechner installiert haben läuft das Ganze rund und für uns optimal. It is ideal for any small/medium business. Backup is important, and email messages have to be backuped too. Pros Mailstore Server helps you to meet GDPR requirements, allowing to secure your emails and freeing mailbox space in case of need without any loss of data. You install it on a Windows machine and set the kind of mailbox you want to archive (e.g. 365, Exchange, Gmail, IMAP...), when the archiving task will be running and if old mails need to be archived and removed from mail server (in order to free space), you choose the age. Creating a backup of the archive on external storage is highly recomended. On windows Client you can install the outlook addon or the mailstore client to manage your mailbox and search for old messages. You can integrate Mailstore Server with Active Directory and other Services. Consgilio a tutti questo prodotto. Pros Prodotto molto semplice ed intuitivo sia lato amministratore che end user. Grazie a questo software si ha la possibilità di avere tutto lo storico delle proprie mail sempre a disposizione e in totale sicurezza, andando anche a liberare spazio sul proprio box mail (grazie sopratutto alla funzionalità di rimpozione mail dal Server mail a seconda delle tempistiche scelte). Cons Implementerei degli allert quando l'archviazione automatica va in errore. In questo modo l'amministratore può intervenire subito sul problema. Pros Supporta i più famosi sistemi server di email (gmail, mdaemon, Microsoft Exchange etc..), l'installazione e configurazione semplicissima. Add on per i client più diffusi come Outlook e Thunderbird. Ricerca della mail estremamente veloce e precisa e ripristino immediato. Cons Prodotto di qualità e conseguentemente con costi non proprio bassi.
