The support team is extremely helpful and in case there is an issue, transparent and quick to respond and resolve issues. Enhancements are quickly assessed and I really have the feeling I have influence in the direction of the product!

Pros

It feels like a fully developed SaaS solution. It holds a lot of capabilities and uses an open standard approach. So no proprietary script languages like a lot of competitors.

Cons

There is not much to dislike, if anything, because it’s so mature, it has more functionality and becomes a bit more challenging in the beginning to learn
