It's a frustrating feeling when you have a problem and it REALLY makes you regret hiring it. But the platform among others works really well for our bussines. If they can only hear what users are complaining about and take action in providing better customer service, that would make all the difference.

Pros

I love the platform and how well it solves my daily business operations. It has great scheduling, control of products, sales, marketing, you have all the information of your bussines in one place

Cons

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN IMPROVE 100% , AT THE MOMENT YOU HAVE A PLATFORM ISSUE THEIR RESPONSE TAKES FOREVER AND THEY DONT READ PROPERLY YOUR ISSUES. SO IT BECOMES A FRUSTRATING MOMENT.

Customer service is "lacking" to say the least. Not friendly at all, no solutions ever - always the fault is of the customer

Pros

It's kind of easy to use for the administrator and for the user.

Cons

Payment processing is a nightmare. Half the time the transactions don't go thru and they have changed the payment gateway a couple of times and then the users have to enter their credit card number again. In my case this resulted in lost income.

Pague un año, como no estoy contente no me quieren devolver el dinero de los meses que hacen falta y no me responden a los mensajes que dejó o me dan vueltas y vueltas para no devolverme el dinero por un servicio que no me gusto

Cons

Se demoran en dar solución, la asesoría de marketing es muy superficial, la valoración para los entrenadores es muy mala.

Pros

It looks like once you get it set up it would be good, but it's so glitchy now I have little faith we'll actually get it done. They have misspellings and wrong titles for columns in their Excel upload which makes it annoyingly difficult.

Cons

The help to get set up is slow and painful. You run into an issue or bug every other step, and it takes someone 1/2 a day to get back to you with answers.

Had a lot of hopes since the seller was over the top of all the features in the software but have been really disappointed.

Pros

Its easy to use, has a intuitive platform, useful reasorces and fast answering customer support.

Cons

Customer support answers quickly but doesn't not offer a real solution. The app never works, and you have to constantly restart the program to function properly. Solutions are offered but never implemented and you have to be daily contacting customer support for a new bug or error in the system.

JUST ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I don't even know how they are keeping clients/making money off this.

Pros

NOTHING. The only thing I can say is the price they will work with you and we had over 10 staff so it was cheaper than Vagaro.

Cons

Since day 1 there were so many bugs, we brought this to all of the staff assigned to our account at least 4-5 times over 3-4 months and NOTHING was fixed. Every week we would have a follow up and there was always some excuse. The appointments disappear, when someone books online the appointment won't show up for like 5-10 minutes so you could end up double booking people.

Its fine! I think you could listen more to your clients to implement all their options developed in the other countries that have a presence

It is a multifunctional tool but the cost is not so cheap and I think they could develop more tools related to E-commerce

Pésima, esperaba la verdad Que fueran una empresa seria que buscaran compensarme o cumplir lo que me plantearon , termine recibiendo una Llamda donde me decían que fue mi culpa según un jefe ! Parte mandan correo a correa de prueba pidiendo que en califiquen y yo no tengo acceso a ese correo!

Nada, cuentan con mala atención en soporte, te niegan habalr con los de españa, los altos rangos, me negaron el periodo prueba, me cobraron la suscripción más cara y me prometieron devolverla y no lo hicieron

Cons

Me prometieron regresar mi dinero y no lo hicieron, pedí periodo prueba y me lo negaron al inicio pra que pusiera mi tarjeta y me cobrarán!
