If you're looking for one platform to schedule & analyze all your social media posts on different platforms, this is the service to sign up for! It's extremely difficult to find one that does the big three (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn) + they also support Twitter & Google My Business, which is great for companies that have physical offices/shops! Overall, I'm super happy with my decision to use Social Champ and have recommended it to all my colleagues and friends who use social media for their businesses!

Pros

\- Extremely inexpensive compared to other platforms - Support for all the essential social media platforms - Schedule reminders for stories - You can upload content then customize it for each platform - Amazing customer service, had a technical glitch recently and they pulled out all the stops to get things working again! - New features and support for different file types are being added all the time - You can analyze your performance on various platforms - Integration with Canva so you don't have to download then upload your images - really time-saving!

Cons

\- It's a newer, lesser-known platform, so some technical problems happen from time to time, but they get fixed quickly. - The mobile app is a bit basic and could use some UI tweaks, but I program everything from my phone and don't really need the app.

It's an honor to write about my honest experiences about SocialChamp on Trustpilot today. As a social media manager for multiple U.S. based brands, SocialChamp has significantly reduced the workload on my team and has allowed us to be far more productive - especially with regards to their scheduling features, which allow the team to craft and plan media calendars much more efficiently than before. In addition, how they enable us to schedule, craft, and manage video content like reels and stories on Meta products has been an absolute game changer for us. However, SocialChamp isn't just the only media/digital management platform out there with all of the technical bells and whistles. The main reason why I've felt compelled to write a review (I rarely do for SAAS products) is because of the outstanding and unexpected personalized customer service. Their service manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] , is and was a breath of fresh air. When we encountered a critical technical issue that was holding up our workflow for a major client, I sent in a message on live chat, with very low expectations as far as a fruitful, non-AI, non-botted resolution. Within minutes, \[sensitive content hidden\] responded, listened to my concerns, and also personally took the issue to SocialChamp's in house engineering team for analysis. Within 24 hours, the major issue was resolved - but besides that, \[sensitive content hidden\] kept in touch in the chat with me throughout the process and reassured us that help was on the way. These days, in an age of automation, low-cost bot driven customer service and client care, it's refreshing to have a company like SocialChamp that is really "on top of it" and has an attentive, dedicated, HUMAN backoffice team ready to help - any hour of the day, any day of the week - to address issues which can cost myself (and my clients) revenue. So, thumbs up for SocialChamp and I wholeheartedly recommend then to any media/social team or agency that needs a reliable tool, and indeed, partner backing them up every step of the way.

Pros

What I like the most: ease of use, superior handling of video content like stories/reels, easy calendaring and scheduling of content, and most importantly: service, service, and service. Their client service is top notch - shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the price is a bit steeper than other similar tools I've used in the past - but this is not a game breaker compared to the value I receive. Perhaps SC can introduce a one time "Charter Client" / VIP package encouraging old timers like me for a steep discount in exchange for an annual renewal?

It nearly got me kicked out of Instagram. Apparently it is not an approved third party for Instagram.

I bought a lifetime license and it was one of the best moves I ever made for my business. As it has evolved and grown the tool has helped every step of the way.

Pros

It is straightforward in terms of user interface. I spend a short amount of time setting up each month or adding to evergreen content. Wonderful customer service. The only time I've had an issue, they responded quickly and had a developer resolve it within 2 days. It allows me to be present everywhere, without the work that would involve manually.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this tool. It must have saved me hundreds of hours by now. Leaving me free to focus on other matters.

Twitter, for example, is not available on the lower tiers (I bought a lifetime license, but lost Twitter access after the fact).

Overall, I am very happy with Social Champ and am thrilled with how much time and effort it saves.

Pros

Since this is the first social management tool I have used in earnest, I am pretty impressed with the capabilities and how much time is saved by using an all-in-one management platform like this one. By far my favorite feature of this software is the ability to manage and post to more than one social account at once and schedule posts for later publication. These features work exceptionally well on Social Champ.

Cons

While this is a minor gripe, I think the interface is a little dated and older looking. While it works perfectly fine, I think it could use a bit of a facelift, especially when comparing it to platforms like Hootsuite. Another minor complaint only pertains to those who use the free tier. The analytics in the free tier are particularly weak and only offer two weeks of data.

Overall Social Champ seems like it might have been the perfect product for our social media needs but it had 1 drawback and that was not being able to test Twitter integration because it is not offered in the free trial version.

Pros

Social Champ seems like it would have been the perfect match for our needs. The UI is nice, the functionality is exactly what I was looking for and it fulfilled what we needed except for 1 thing.

Cons

I was very upset that there was no Twitter (X) integration on the free trial version. My boss doesn't want to pay if we can't test it out fully. It was a pain and the only reason we didn't proceed with Social Champ.

Easy to use, intuitive, cost-effective, fast and efficient support. The scheduling is brilliant with included features that other software ask you to pay for as add-ons.

Nothing that comes to mind. If I had to pick something, the 'locations' in IG posting can be innaccurate and/or hard to find.

It has been excellent! Very good value for money - crucial for start-ups. The functionality makes my work a breeze. The customer service is fantastic. Replies are quick and they sort out any issues as quickly as possible. I'm very impressed on this front.

Pros

The bulk upload feature. It is a massive time-saver when it comes to posting. Adding individual posts to any automated posting system is still time-consuming, so, in my opinion, a bulk upload capability is a must. What I really like is the amount of information that you can specify in the bulk upload files e.g. adding videos, thumbnails, first comments etc. Other social media posting software options are fairly limited in terms of this.

Cons

I know they are working towards it, but possibly more stats/engagement functionality. Although, this is something I will be exploring at a later stage. The interface is possibly not the fanciest, but it does the trick which is the main thing. I haven't tried the app.

Switching over to Social Champ from Hootsuite has been a game-changer for our team. Not only did we find it to be more cost-effective, but it also provided us with additional features like post recycling that were missing from our previous Hootsuite plan. The transition was smooth, and we couldn't be happier with the enhanced functionality and affordability that Social Champ offers.

Cons

While the analytics initially fell short with Social Champ compared to Hootsuite, we've seen significant improvements in that aspect. Social Champ is CHAMPS! Customer service is EXCELLENT! REAL People doing extraordinary things to make you stand out from the crowds. Love the service and most importantly their promises. They keep to their word, every time they said they launching a new feature, they did it. Excellent Customer Service

Pros

Any software is a mirror of the people that created it. I love that at the very beginning, about two years ago I purchase it, I had a challenge with the app on my phone. I wasn't happy. I never sore a team of people who worked so hard to make me, an average joe, feel so important. I love the way the team and even the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] made me feel. Great service from the people helped me see great value in their software. It's easy to use and has everything you need and want plus more for any start-up, entrepreneur, or marketing agency to be successful.

Cons

In the beginning, the software did not allow posting directly to Instagram. It was frustrating for me because sometimes, wait - all the time I missed the copy and paste method that use to be used through the app. But now you can post directly to Instagram and there are a lot more features they added.

Reason for choosing Social Champ

At the time of my purchase, Social Champ just came onto the market. Guy \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] wrote a testimonial about why he uses it and when I looked at all the features and functionality in comparison to others at the time it proved most valuable for my business. Including what I paid for it then. Now, I'm so grateful for making that decision because of how they keep on improving the platform for our benefit.

Really good. I would've paid 10 dollar per month when I hadn't bought the lifetime deal.

Pros

Ease of use. You do not need a explanation of the software. You can schedule posts for all your channels within one click. Currently using it for 2 different hotels. Also the support is fast and friendly.

Cons

When You want to automaticly post to Instagram you need to manually do that through the app. But I think this is a problem on Instagrams end.

Champion plan - 2 users, 12 social media channels, $26/mo annual — but still billed monthly. Very easy to get set up. Support team is responsive and eager to help with any problem we run into. We've had it for a month and so far we're very satisfied.

• Our Instagram Stories channels were inexplicably disconnected, but after a couple of rounds of communication with support, the problem was corrected. • Bulk publishing upload required a lot of spot checking to ensure that special characters didn't get converted into ���.

I was spending a ton of time scheduling post. The “other well known company” I was using wouldn’t work spent hours on support. Their solution was to wipe it all clean and tell me to reschedule. Which I did twice. The third time I switched to social champ... no problems since!

Pros

It works! Was paying for a higher very well known service... but it kept crashing and scheduled messages weren’t sending. This always works! So easy & reliable!

Would like to see a month at a glance across all media sources

This is definitely a time saver. I haven't taken advantage of the bulk scheduling/uploading of content yet, but I can see how valuable that could be.

Pros

I like the streamlined interface that is easy to use for scheduling content across many pages and platforms. It's easy to see where all content lives in the posting pipeline. Their introductory pricing and annual payment discount were attractive features upon joining.

Cons

I wish you could schedule video posting on LinkedIn, but I understand they are working on this. The tagging capabilities on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram also are not the best. Pages you wish to tag with "@" don't populate with the same accuracy or availability as they do on the platforms themselves, so I look forward to seeing improvement on this.

I can schedule multiple posts through the bulk upload feature and get an overview of the calendar to edit or reschedule my posts. This social media management tool is best to schedule posts. It has helped big time in analyzing performance and getting a higher engagement on posts.

Cons

The story scheduling feature on different social media platforms is not updated yet. I have to open my social media profile to update stories. No access to IGTV!

I have had a really great time using it, can schedule as many posts as I want and then I don't have to think about content creation on the fly!

Pros

It's affordable for small businesses, easy to schedule posts to a magnitude of the best social platforms and has lots of room to grow!

Cons

It's difficult to schedule to instagram when the social champ app bugs out

I like the queues feature. Queue posts and let them be scheduled according to the queue.

Cons

Not getting notified when a social media account is disconnected and a scheduled post has failed.

Cons
