The team are helpful, went above and beyond for us.

Pros

Kumulos was very helpful setting up a bespoke app and push notification app for us.

Cons

I feel like its a bit hard to tell our total user numbers, analytics could be more clear.

Reasons for choosing Kumulos

Couldn't find anything else that could do what we wanted. Kumulos was the only option.

Pros

Ease of use. Great UI/UX, ease of integration into all our mobile apps. Easy to give customers insights into their apps performance and help them drive ROI.

Cons

I would love for there to be more in depth reporting for crash information, and more details around user interactions during the crash

Pros

We have used Kumulos mBaaS, Analytics and Push Notifications and found it easy to use and the support team is the most responsive and supportive I have come across in a long time. It's also nice to have all the services integrated with only one SDK which saved us a lot of time and money on implementation. Love the fact that its microservices and that we only pay for what we use, and services can also be switched on and off if need be. Would certainly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a rounded solution.

Cons

Was missing crash reporting at the time, but this has now been added and it was added pretty promptly from it first being mentioned by users.

Pros

It is an ample software ideal to manage mobile applications. since you can manage your performance where you have an accident report to manage the welfare of the application and stay informed with push notifications and weekly reports. The good thing about this software is that you can improve the commercial performance of your application and get more downloads of google play and app store. where you can compare the performance of your applications with the competition.

Cons

You can try kumulos for free but then it depends on its use can be expensive, it pays each feature that offers separately
